First rate service. Outstanding work. Reasonable price for the quality.Took my vehicle in for a rear bumper replacement. The work was done on time (1 day!). Vehicle looks exactly as it did before the damage. Same results with my wifes car a few years back. The folks are fast, friendly, and professional.

They had my car over 30 days. Picked it up. Took a quick test drive to make sure it was ok. Check engine light came on. Took it back and the told me it was some loose connection. Fixed that they said. I left and the next day the check engine light came on again and my car feels like it has some kind of miss. I need my car for work and I cant use a rental for my work so I just deal with it so I can make some income for my family. Oh yes, BTW, they left all the parts they took off of my car in my car.

Sent my 2020 Mazda 3 in to have some dents repaired along with my driver side mirror. Service took about 2 weeks, as they had to order a new mirror. Upon receiving the vehicle everything seemed okay at first, however about 2 weeks later the plastic trim along my door started to come off. A week after this, I was adjusting my driver side mirror and it also popped out of place and was barely hanging on. Upon sending it to Mazda to have these issues looked into, I learned that somebody broke clips off of both of these parts, and since Briggs dealt with these parts of the car, its obvious that a worker there broke them off when assembling the mirror and replacing the trim on the door, and didnt bother telling me. Wouldnt go back if they paid me. Garbage service.

Me and my fiance went in to get a understanding of where we were at and looking to buy sometime in the future. Me and my finace talked to Tim Cuddy. He was very nice at first and we let him know where we were in our timeline to buy but nothing was going to be done today. I felt like he heard us but wasnt actively listening. Towards the end we felt like he became a little too pushy to get us into a deal today. We started to feel uncomfortable and wanted to leave.

Tavion, Rob and Chad were super great to work with! No pressure from them at all. I gave them my list of wants and they suggested several. I test drove 4 or 5, and quickly fell in love with my car. Their listing price was pretty close to reasonable, and they worked with us from there. Hubby and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

We went to buy a car here and it was a great experience. Honestly some of the nicest people in the business. I worked with chad and cj and they were both amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer and will always recommend this place to someone looking for a car.

Had an accident on my vehicle back in March, Briggs Auto Body being a USAA preferred shop I took my vehicle to them. They were quick on setting an estimate and order parts, they charged over 5k for a partial front bumper repair. They ordered aftermarket parts and my vehicle ended up with several misfits. Johnny from Briggs stated that the bumper was secured in place and there was nothing else to do. I escalated to the shop supervisor and they order new parts. 3 months later my vehicle still looks bad and they are trying to cut corners not even offering a rental while my car would be re done. Not the first sour experience at Briggs but probably my last. I’ll rather go to Topeka or junction before going to Briggs again. I highly recommend you to not ever take your vehicle from them unless you are 100% satisfied and you have check every single component on your vehicle, they replace 1 fog light in my car and didn’t connect them. That’s the kind of quality control you can expect from Briggs. Also they are quick to collect payment but very slow to correct their mistakes or properly do what they got payed to do. I’m really disappointed a local shop doesn’t provide quality customer service.

I had an unfortunate circumstance happen while purchasing a used car from here. I was upset, frustrated, and very displeased with what happened. Then I received a call from the sales manager and he went above and beyond to work with me and do everything he could to make it right. This is a rare trait in todays world. Speaks mountains about how much they really care about their customers and the product they are selling.

Ok first of all Class act to the man who helped my wife. These guys helped her with her spare tire after a tread off on a tire and they’re a body shop! They didn’t have to help her but they did and it was so fast she was back on her way to Wichita in about 15 minutes from pulling over. I can’t say enough about this place. When places go above and beyond is when you see customer service because honestly, customer service is dead now. This place gets 5 stars because they helped her with something they don’t even specialize in. I would love to know the mans name who helped her. Thank you guys.

Very dissapointed with my experience at Briggs. My daughter wrecked her truck in Manhattan. Being a young college student she didnt know where to send her truck so the tow truck driver picked Briggs. The estimate from Briggs was $7900. Having only paid $6900 for the truck I had to pass. I trailered the truck back home to Wichita and the first body shop I went to gave an estimate of $6300. That was still too close to what I paid for the truck so I elected to fix it myself. By the time I get it done this next week I am going to have about $2700 in the repair. Thats to pay a shop $1200 to do the frame and me buying the parts. Where do college children that dont have a father with body shop experience take a truck in Manhattan for a reasonable price?

2,500.00 worth of damage to my car when someone decided to hit my car and not tell me. But Briggs came to the rescue!!!!! You all are so Amazing WE WILL BE USING YOU FOR EVERYTHING WITH OUR VEHICLES... THANK YOU SO MUCH

Dropped our vehicle on July 23 at 8 am. to get repair estimate on body work. didnt hear back by end of day on 23rd I f July so we called them and was told that man in charge of our vehicle was busy and would get back to us shortly. now its the 24 th of July and we called at 4pm., once again we were told man in charge of our vehicle was busy but would call us back momentarily, once again no call back. they have had our vehicle for 2 full days and have not even bothered to contact us in regards to our vehicle. very bad service, we will be picking our vehicle up tomorrow morning and taking it to RC auto body.

They were all super nice, polite, respectful, down to earth people. They met what we were looking for in the right price range and monthly payments. Couldnt ask for better service !

I chose this shop due to the high reviews, but was very quickly swayed to another shop when the employee doing the estimate glanced at the surface damage and without looking anywhere else, very confidently was able to reassure me there was no possible way there was undercarriage damage with the incident I described. I had to point out the damages for him to notice them. He showed no concern for what I was trying to explain occurred during the accident. His reassurance of no possibility of damage without ever looking or expressing interest pushed me to look somewhere else for service. By the way, I never got a call back for the estimate. Two days later I looked for a different shop.Collision works in Junction city was the complete opposite and did a very thorough initial assessment and were very proffesional.I will be referring Collision work for my military buddies. Complacency of one disgruntled employee cost Briggs auto shop $3k, maybe they make plenty and they can afford it. Good for them.

Work was completed on time and was satisfactory however Im very disappointed with their customer service. When I brought my car in they gave me an estimated completion date that was dependent on how quickly the insurance company approved the claim. I didnt hear from them until the tentative completion date when I CALLED THEM and they let me know the car should be done that day. I then received a call at 3 PM asking if I could pick the car up before 6 when they close because the insurance companies dont like to pay for extra days in a rental.I recently brought my car here for another estimate. At the appointment we were told they would email us the quote. We didnt hear from them for a month until again, I CALLED THEM. They apologized and said they would send it right over (which they did not). I received a call 6 hours later during which the employee told me the estimate over the phone.Overall Ive been unimpressed with their customer service. I dont think its hard to keep your customers updated on the status of their repairs.

I had my car taken here to get fixed after someone ran into it because it was one of the approved places through insurance. They had it fixed the next day because they overnighted the parts (it was more minor damage). On top of that, they wash and vacuum the inside of your car just because. I was very impressed and my insurance agency said thats just a service they provide and that they dont pay them to do that. I would recommend Briggs to others!!
