I love Market Basket! Best prices around! Quality is amazing too! The employees are friendly and helpful. There was an item way in the back on the top shelf and an employee was nearby with a ladder, and she helped get the item I wanted! Only downside is the checkout lines are always long and they never have many lanes open.

Excellent attention. Only outside there must be some security, a man in a truck accelerated his car when he was passing towards the parking lot. the speed of him may have killed someone.

Always way too busy-too many people never enough registers actually open. Maybe time to invest in self checkout. Or maybe cant due to the always 1/2 dozen or more characters lingering around

The prices still seem to be the cheapest however theres deals at other stores.

Only 4 registers open. 2 fast lanes were open too but, they allowed folks with 20+ items in the 12 or less lanes. I always shop Market Basket. Normally a very good place but, they must have had some call outs?

I participated in the senior shopping frenzy at market basket this morning at about 6:30. Most everything I needed was in stock and available however shoppers still need to be careful in the produce section. When I got home I saw that the Bunny Luv carrots that I had bought already had mold and were rotten. Most of the other shoppers adhered to the mask requirement as posted in the front of the store with the exception of one and of course there were still several people who decided that going the wrong way in the aisle and having their mask down below their nose was perfectly acceptabler. As always the staff at market basket was friendly and helpful.

Honestly this place is the worst. Sometimes things go okay but most of the time they don’t. It’s hit or miss on finding anything fresh. Mostly miss. Don’t even bother asking for help because you won’t get it. A lot of people that work here have actually been very rude on multiple occasions. A lot of the kids that work there I’ve noticed are super lazy. This one lady is just the worst. She got annoyed because I asked to take something off the bill and afterwards went out of her way to throw a heavy bag in my cart right on top of the bread. Today I overheard that same woman trying to explain something to a customer who was having some kind of issues cashing out . I literally couldn’t believe the way she spoke to him. Very loud, aggressive and patronizing. No way to speak to ANYONE never mind a customer.

Usually has amazing fruits and vegetables that isnt Ioverly bruised, good choice in meat, breads, cheese, cereals etc.

Okay. Not to be a Karen but people need to start wearing masks again or keep wearing them if they never stopped. Manchester has substantial community transmission again. The management could mandate the employees to wear masks at least. Public health is not to be a joking matter. If a certain political figure wasnt so vain wearing masks would never have been denigrated and thought inconsequential. Remember folks not everyone chose the wise option of getting vaccinated to have some antibodies to fight off the virus. I am sorry if folks thought still need to be educated about how viruses /diseases and vaccines work. Remember the expression its better to be safe than sorry? Dont make that your reality.

Cafe, where you can get ice-cream to coffee, food court, where you can get sushi to sandwiches, a store lay out that is different from the other Market Baskets. Has 12 and 20 items or less registers. Parking lot is very busy and you may have a challenge to get a parking spot. Cashier was friendly.Update; Sunday, August 2020; Ordered a pizza and it was ready within 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Busy store with long, but organized lines. Sunday is usually busy for all Market Baskets. Facemasks required. Im not big on pizza 🍕 anymore, but, Market Basket pizza is good.Update: Columbus Day Weekend, 2020; Still busy! RedBOX available, located on side entrance. Pizza 🍕 still good. Bathroom was in decent shape.Update: Saturday morning, December 2020; Busy. Though there were people working to keep shelves stocked, the shelves are showing signs of hoarding. Customers dont want to follow the directional arrows on the floors. They will go whichever direction they feel.

I have always shopped at Market Basket even way back when they were called Demoulas. I know prices have gone up but they used to be cheaper than Hannafords. Not so anymore. I go to both and find that Market Baskets prices can be higher on the meats and seafood than Hannafords. Market Basket however, has more variety.

There is only ONE time that I didnt feel respected. Other than that, the clerks & sales persons smile back and are happy to help. It Really does make a difference! (especially in the pain aisle)

The manchester location is always busy, not the cleanest, and by far the worse market basket location. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Bedford

Nice selection (cow heart, chicken feet, fiddleheads!), rotisserie chickens, and produce. Usually SUPER rude check out. Yesterday was was the first friendly greeting Ive gotten out of 7 or 8 visits. The time before the lady didnt so much as say hi. Not even a grunt. She tried to bag raw meat on my salad, and refused to use my reusable bags. It was so bad, the lady behind me in line was laughing her butt off.5 star for the store. 1.5 stars for the service.

The only real reason way this store has real good ratings is because the people giving them are friends and or locals. This store is unperfishonaly ran. If you go to the hot food area. You will notice that from bag to bag box to box. The price for the same thing in the same amount changes. A cup of soup will be 2.39 and then another one that is the same is 2.89 or some where In between. The workers will be rude and even thertin you. They will miss gender you on purpose. Basically being professional is a option here. Not a requirement. The customers are rude and will even assault you. And they have no problem in getting in your personal space and or blocking the hallway. they support and feel sorry for homeless people that put themselves in the shelter or streets. They allow them to do drugs in the bathroom. And even camp out behind the store. Behind the fiance and in between the rail road track.

Despite being in a shady location, this is a nice store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They typically have a great selection of products and good level of stock.

Love that theres 2 lanes for a few items. Im always in a rush or running late so this helps out a lot. Prices and products are almost always available and priced well.

Fairly nice store, decent selection of things. The one thing removing a star is when I asked one of the workers there if they had fresh noodles, they sent me down to the kitchen area where everything would have been already prepared, not necessarily a spot where you could find fresh noodles to cook.

Clean and well stocked. Reasonable prices and very diverse line of products. I love the pre sliced meats and cheeses that saves waiting in line for. The stores brand products are quite comparable in quality and taste to many name brand items. I am a satisfied and dedicated shopper.

This place is HUGE! Bigger than Nashua NH Market. Set up very different inside than Nashua but plenty of whatever I wanted. Parking lot was very big more than one entrance to enter and leave. ( I have relocated from nashua to Manchester)

Typical grocery store with most all that you want. Store can be like the Twilight Zone. Given its location, it attracts all kinds of people. On my last visit there were several people not even wearing masks and many others not even covering their nose. One of these people not wearing a mask was actually talking to the police officer stationed in the store. The store has signs that say face coverings are required. Even if you cant read you should know to wear them. Im not likely to step foot back into the Twilight Zone for a few years.
