The store is in need of repairs to the roof and many of the refrigerator and freezer sections, all of which leak or break down frequently. Many of the workers are not at all helpful and some can be rude. Managers and supervisors are much better than the average customer service agents. Most of the greeters do not greet you or even look in your direction, they act like theyre guarding a casket at a funeral -- older folks will give you a smile or at least a friendly nod. Young workers have a bad attitude and gripe amongst themselves especially clustering around the self check out area. They need more cheerful and helpful staff in that area for when scanners or scales malfunction. You cannot pay with cash or get cash back at the self check out. Produce is low quality, ice cream shelves are half empty. Cat food cans are dented up and the gravy in them us dried. Great Value is low quality in many of the categories. Come on Walmart, you can do better than this!!

I was screamed and spit at for several minutes by this lunatic in the store parking lot today when I walked by his car. Never saw him before, have no idea what his issue was. After I took some video, I went inside to report the incident to the management only to be told by a bored short, older blonde -haired woman who was standing by the self-checkout area that yes, other customers have complained about this head case in the past but The management and security were all in a meeting and that The city owns the parking lot so we cant do anything. Then how about contacting the police when he is harassing your customers or not letting this individual have access to the store or escorting him out when he tries to enter? Or at least showing an iota of concern and empathy to me? The Gold street Walmart is truly the worst store I have ever been in in terms of customer service and customer safety.

Usually has what I am looking for, and for a great price. It is great to see the items on the shelves line up with what you see on the app (item availability & aisle location). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making for a comfortable shopping outing.

Walmart is great for prices just in general. The pickup department is fantastic, just be ready for substitutions but they always refund the difference and provide an equal of better product.

I believe this is the one in Okeechobee, Florida. This is a really good store! The food section is huge, and the rest of the store is well kept. I have used their mechanics before for an oil change and things of that nature, and it has a Subway built-in. Good store.

I love this place and the quality of their services. I only had 1 incident of waiting too long and I was compensated with one of my favorite products. I love that I dont have to go in and shop. Thank you so much for all that you do. ❤

Always low on stock. I have lived in Manchester for years, and I always end up having to go to surrounding towns to get what I need at other Walmarts. This Walmart is also always low on staff. I stand in lines for a half hour, while there are 15 check out lines, but only two cashiers (this isnt an exaggeration). they have more help in the electronics department (makes sense). Last time I was there, I waited in line for over a half hour and all of a sudden, the cashier turns off her light, and tells me I am leaving for the day, youll need to go to another register. Just like everyone else would, I refused. She apologized after, and I accepted it because I cant imagine the stress being one of the two cashiers with lines of 20 going all the way into the shopping isles. I wouldve left in the middle of my shift. Its insane. Looks like they dont really care about their customers OR their employees. A busy store like this should hire more cashiers and if they cant hire any, pay people more than 12 bucks an hour. Youre a multi billion dollar retail company, figure it out, stop being too busy making money and have a little bit of empathy and care for other people.

I got everything I needed I got to the register I got out in a very reasonable amount of time no lines no waiting and everything I needed was there had a wonderful person at the register wish me luck doing the fact that I have stage 4 cant turn I was in a brand new driving car with you guys provide for the handicapped very nice car by the way. It was a very very positive experience I wish you well everyday life is good.

This store is always clean and organized and has some of the best clearance deals in the area. However NEVER go the the last hour/half hour of the night. The lines are extremely long and the one or two cashiers working are very slow.

Everyone loves Wally world! The supercenters are great. You dont need to go to another store for anything. Some of them even have service centers now for your cars. A One-Stop shop!

Marched out of the store by obnoxious closing staff told I can’t even pay to checkout my stuff and to leave because I grabbed two items on the way to the cashier line. I understand you’re stressed out being short staffed but be an American be a capitalist and stop turning customers away. Make us the enemy when you’re the one running one checkout line for 40 people…..pawn your stress on your customers instead of manning up and handling it like a professional meanwhile the last few items were not remotely like I wanted because so much was out of stock…one of the largest businesses in the world. A disgrace.

This is a review of my experiences with the Walmart grocery delivery in Manchester New Hampshire. I have ordered grocery delivery about 10 times and there have only been 2 that were correct. The most recent delivery, which is going to be THE last one, It stated that it had all my selections in stock but when I received it, I did not receive 4 packs of water bottles and my bananas. There was no email stating that it was not in stock. On a different occasion, my milk bottle was leaking. I understand that Walmart people select the items and doordash delivers them.

Staff are nice, and store is clean... but theres never enough registers open and the check out lines go into the isles...if you cant do self checkout (there was a long line for that as well)... just expect a longer wait

Paid with cash for a $12.48 total. AFTER paying with $13.00 I was told that they now rounded up and I would get no change due to a national change shortage. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didnt have time to request a manager. 52 cents isnt going to break me but think of how much Walmart will take in! They say theyre donating it all to charity. Sorry but I believe none of that is right for many different reasons that I wont get into here. Give me a choice, BEFORE I pay. Its that simple.

I wanted to get a replacement lid for a waste bin. Walmart has the exact same waste basket (53 qt.) I purchased there previously. I found 2 spare lids in a messy display aisle for the same waste bin, with no bin. I took it to the front service desk to see if I could just purchase the lid. They refused. I told them there werent any bins, just scattered lids. They refused. They said it would screw up their inventory system if they sold me a lid by itself. I understand the importance of a system, but has it come to this? No desire to sell, to make a customer happy, to help or provide solutions even though its a simple task? i guess so - welcome to the new America.

This Walmart in NH was a very clean and nicely laid out. I know that most Walmart stores are basically the same lay out.As too the Walmart in MA, there are a lot of empty shelves. Kind of makes you wonder what is going on with production of products and the transporting of such.🤷‍♀️

Im basing my review on the garden center. Big improvements. The garden girl was watering the plants. She said she has plants at home too and likes taking care of the plants in garden center.

It was the first time I visited this store. Although it was late on a Friday night the store was very clean, organized and the shelves were well stacked with good variety of products. I think they should open up a few more self checkout lanes

I was pleasantly surprised by their garden center their prices and selection were vastly superior to Home Depot and smaller garden centers.Warning though, if you have any technical questions about anything, dont ever expect to get an answer at Wal Mart. Paying low wages will only get you low quality human beings. Home Depot is at the other end of the quality spectrum, a lot of the guys in plumbing were plumbers, as are a lot of the electrical and lumber people experienced and are very helpful..

I love the new supercenter. The old building was falling apart so this was very welcomed since the beginning. Also holds a special place for me personally.

This superstore has everything you would need for everyday living plus. Unbeatable prices. Store is clean, well stocked and has ridiculously low and surprising deals which having the store app helps to find these unadvertised specials. Get the app- you just might find an amazing deal that you werent even looking for but dont want to miss.

What is not to love about Walmart. The staff knows me so well since I am in the store at least 4 out of 7 days. If I cant get it at Amazon I then go to Walmart. Those are my 2 favorite stores.

Super fast in and out. Would be great if they somehow made room so people can be socially distanced. Lines are awkwardly placed so people constantly walk through the 6 ft distance you are trying to keep from a shopper.

I have been there 3 times to shop each time I have waited for someone in the jewelry department. 1 time 40 minutes I left after the third time calling over speaker for someone second time 20 mins last time 10 she came help someone then left never came back. Dam all I wanted was a watch battery. And something on clearance for my daughter. Very frustrating

Every time I order from this place I’m missing items, or I’m tossing out 1/2 the “fresh fruits/vegetables” I ordered, or the meat is faint pink and then all inside smells rotten and it’s dark brown causing me not only wasting my money on their NASTY AS* Food that they wouldn’tWant to pay for some of the things they gave me. That were bad, already opened. I took photos and videos.

I made a mistake while in self checkout, I scanned a purchase twice. When I went back to Walmart the next day, I was refunded the amount I over paid, no questions asked! In and out in less than 5 minutes

Pretty busy today overall went to get storage bins unfortunately they were pretty much stripped to the Bone just about on that but I was still able to get the ones I needed. Overall pretty crowded. The only downside is it tends to get trashy inside and Im going to put it honestly thats not necessarily the material thats the customers Lol. The problem is a lot of these people trash up the store and it makes it difficult for the employees to try and keep the place looking orderly I kind of wish that you know sometimes somebody would just go over and really just yell at someone about that. But other than that normally when I need to get something over there at Walmart I can shoot in get it quick and right out the door.

Had to shop for multiple items for our new RV camper trailer. New 25 potable water hose, bins for storage, holding tank treatment chemical, stabilizer jack socket and a tongue hitch lock. One place for all your RV needs in one stop.

Always a good selection. Never disappointed and curbside pickup is so convenient!

I went there initially to complete my second moderna covid vaccine. LOL I had to wait longer than the original appointment time it was done and Im glad its complete and I was able to go grocery shopping in the same location after that

I feel like I live here.. I always check out clearance in each department.. plus I shop around for deals. Walmart has good milk prices and almond milk . Eggs cat liter cat food . Yogurt covered pretzels. Wal-Mart brand diapers/pampers.. wipes.. Certain things. I compare prices ounces etc. Every little bit helps.
