Always treated well here, service guy Adam is A+ always takes good care of my wife and I. Great and honest service department that has always been fair and straight forward with us. Sales is better than average and typically will give as good of a deal as most places. Sometimes better, they might be a little low on trade in assessments. Not by much from other dealers, what they lack there loan and overall treatment have mostly made up for.

Im giving it 4 stars, cause I never hand out 5 :-) but honestly ive never had a bad experience there since i bought my new car, from sales to parts. The customer service is polite, friendly and forthcoming when it comes to what you want vs what you need.

They were amazing and very HONEST with me about my car - they didnt try to rip off a single mother of 2 that walked in there alone completely naive- they told me flat out that to fix it would exceed the value of the car- so I was able to make a clear decision on what to do next : ) I give them 10☆s!!! : ) they were also very accommodating while we waited, thats my son and I- and at the time? We werent taking that picture for Google lol - but the point is we were very happy and satisfied customers : ) Go Quirk!

Let me start by saying that i am 55 years old and dread going to buy a car.I CANT STAND SALESMEN!!!But this has been the best experience ever dealing with a car salesman. Bought a new Volkswagon Atlas. What a wonderful experience it was. I searched on the website and submitted my phone number. Less than 1 minute later, I got a phone call from Cheryl and she set up an appointment for us later in the day. I was very short on time and they were understanding of my situation. I literally was available for 1 hour. When I got there, I met with Brian Grogan. He was very attentive and answered every question I had and was able to test drive that car all in that 1 hour. I reassured him that I would be back. I cant speak highly enough of Brian Grogan and his professionalism. The ease of purchasing this vehicle makes me a billboard of good publicity for quirk. I would highly recommend you go visit him if your in the market for a new vehicle.

Sales staff is great, but the customer service from the dealership and the brand is the worst Ive delt with. They mislead you on promotions, dont explain things well and give you attitude and blame corporate. Was looking to purchase second GMC here but will move to a more personal dealership

Bait and switch. Left very disappointed. Had multiple contacts through email and phone calls. Traveled 45 minutes worked with sales guy who was very freindly but even after walking off to begin financing paperwork with my preapproval and car offer sheet. He came back (after test driving and stressing my price tange) with what was basically the sticker price....NOT the advertised price. Not his fault, he tried to work with me but manager was not willing to offer the advertised price. Again felt like a total bait and switch left disappointed and a little angry.
