You will not find better service anywhere in the state. Perry is great. Theyre did not pressure me and have fixed any issues without question or hesitation OR treating me like a silly female. The dealership itself and what they stand for in customer satisfaction is top notch. My car is a 2014 MKZ and they still treat me as if I bought a new car. Fix anything without argument or question. Even the service dept is the same. They strive for customer satisfaction and they have my attention! This is the car buying experience everyone should have. I had been treated so poorly and argued with by other dealerships, that I was very much on guard and their team has made me feel great and definitely less stressed! I will be back!

With the current chip shortage the auto industry is operating in an interesting space right now, and Mungenast St. Louis Acura is still building and maintaining long term relationships with their clients, rather than what some other dealers are doing, at clients expense, for a short term gain.One stand out thing is how they handle delivery. They don’t just set up your Bluetooth, and send you on your way. They truly take the time to teach you all of the quirks, buttons, and functionalities of the vehicle, and will sit with you and get anything set up just the way you like it.I sold my old car before my TLX arrived with Dylan, the acquisition specialist. He was great, very nice, knows cars, and had everything done accurately and efficiently. When I bought my TLX, I had a great rate from my credit union and Mungenast Acura was able to beat it. Another stand out thing they did was before submitting my credit, they went and made sure they would be able to actually beat my rate. This is another stand out thing about Mungenast St. Louis Acura. Unfortunately a lot of dealers would just “shotgun” the credit app to see what they can get to keep the financing in house.My sales person Becca was simply amazing. She answered all of my questions; I am very inquisitive, and overly analytical, so this is no small thing. If she didn’t know an answer she always went and found out and followed up. She proactively went above and beyond to make sure I got the best of everything, while never applying pressure to me. Best experience I have ever had buying a car in 32 years of car buying experience. Price quotes online was fair, so no need to haggle. Cars we liked were ready to go for test drive (thanks, Nate) when we arrived. And the financial part went super fast without the exhausting constant upsell pressure (I forgot his name but the finance guy had his stuff together). Another amazing experience with St. Louis Acura. Fourth Acura from this dealership and the experience continues to elevate. This time I had some particular needs which, due to personnel-change reasons, werent being met. Clayton gave me a call and sorted it out immediately. He was super friendly and helpful and set me right to work with Peter Mungenast looking for my next vehicle, which really was a process of discovery. I knew what I *thought* I wanted and everyone did their best to make that happen. Caveat: theres a global supply shortage right now and many manufacturers have delays. The car I decided on wouldnt be ready for a month -- during which time I, with Peters knowledgeable and very patient help -- ended up deciding on a different model. The difference in my buying experience this time is that I needed a lot of information. Peter answered every question in-depth and gave me everything I needed to make the best choice. I had to drive the car several different times. And never once did I feel pressured or pushed to make a decision - in fact, it was fun (as car buying can be, I guess). Ive said this in previous reviews, but I dont like to be sold. I want a partner in the process of decision-making, and Peter was exceptional at that. Also another shout out to Ryan in Service. Dealers say Sales sells the first car, Service sells the rest. Thats certainly true in Ryans case; best service advisor Ive ever worked with. If youre in the market for a new car, St. Louis Acura is where I would start. It may be the only place youll need to go.

We were shopping for a certified used white Acura MDX A-Spec. I found one on the web at Mungenast STL Acura and submitted my info to be contacted. Within minutes I had an email from Dale Wilke requesting a brief conversation to discuss specifics. This was a great conversation and most of the deal was done before we went to the dealership. Dale is an up front and transparent sales consultant which I respect. I gave him info on our trade, he returned a sight unseen offer on the trade, and told me where he was on price with the MDX. My wife and I made an appointment to go test drive the MDX. Our experience at the dealership was great. Dale was a very good host. Although I had pre-approved financing, the finance manager checked to see if he could beat it at a couple of providers they use. He succeeded. Sam did a great job walking my wife through all of the technology in the vehicle. We were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours, including the test drive. Best car buying experience so far!!

I purchased a pre owned car from Mungenast a couple of days ago. Upon driving it for a couple of days, I noticed a fairly substantial shake in the steering wheel. I contacted my Sales person (Oliver) and he took care of the rest. He personally talked to the shop and had me in and out in no time. Do not buy from this dealership they do not stand behind their work, nor service and Will stoop to unscrupulous methods when servicing your car.I was injured in a 99 Acura TL that I had the full service done by this dealership. The interlocking mechanism failed on the car when I pulled up in the driveway and I was badly injured by the car. This dealership and Honda refuse to pay any restitution for the things they had done there was a recall on it in a locking mechanism I was not informed of that at the dealership when they repaired the car I took it to their collision shop for repairs they still did not inform me of the failure of that device the interlocking mechanism had to be replaced a second time and I only found that out after taking the car to the dealership for the fourth time. You were taking a huge risk trusting them with your car and them to do the right thing when it comes to defective recalled items by the manufacturer.

I always drove the same make of car since I was 16 Yrs old. I stopped by Mungenast STL Acura to see what they offer in comparison to what I have been driving. I was introduced to Becca. She took the time to get to know me and showed me the difference between a RDX vs MDX. I had no intention of buying a new car this early in my shopping. She brought in a RDX that she thought would meet my needs. After my husband and I test drove it, we decided we couldn’t go down in size so I switched my mind to a MDX. Becca stayed in contact with me and found my dream car plus worked a deal on my trade in. I’m so happy with the ride and features!!! I don’t know where to start off, but let me say this is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The customer service is extremely horrible. Each employee says something different (meaning they do not do their job correctly). If you come here and you are willing to purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you read EVERY SINGLE PAPER, most of the time they’ll sit their and tell you “this paper is for you to give us permission to run your credit or whatever” NO, do not believe it. They will say this just so they can sell out the vehicle and get you out of their as quick as possible . Another thing is this car is no good quality at all. As soon as I bought my TLX 2021, it came with scratches, the radio was messed up, the mirror light stopped working and all they had for me was an apology. Also was told, if I bought the vehicle, it would come with a free car wash WHENEVER I wanted, when I go to the dealer ship they said NOPE, that’s incorrect and we will only wash it when you get service . And when I do get service and they repair the vehicle they don’t wash the car. This is the worst dealership, please be aware of who you speak with, read all paper work, and choose wisely!!!

You immediately get the feeling that they are GENUINE - and do not over use the obligatory yes sir or yes maam mantra. Even though the waiting room was under construction - the show room was very suitable as a substitute waiting area. I want to start off by writing that our sales experience went very well. I worked with Greg, and never once did I feel pressured to go beyond my budget nor was I pushed to consider any “extras”. He listened to what I was looking for and genuinely helped me get in the right vehicle with no hassle. He gets a five-star rating. However, I was disappointed when it came time to put ink on paper. I think it’s generally expected to have a dealer try and sell you on extended warranties, but I really felt like I was dealing with the typical used car salesman at that point. After I expressed that I was at the payment point I wanted, he still tried to push by knocking a few bucks off the extended coverage. I got the feeling we were an inconvenience from the start and the temperature in the room really changed when I interrupted the sales pitch. I find it unsettling that I had to deal with an attitude from this person after not only purchasing a vehicle, but also after having put a substantial amount down. I don’t know, maybe I was wrong to expect more when purchasing a luxury line.

Looking to replace my current Acura. Looking at in stock vehicles they did not have the color combo I was interested in. Salesperson and manager were quite pleasant to work with. I was just not quite ready to buy. The fact they did not have the color combo I decided to hold off and think about it some more. I have to say they did theyre best (sales pressure) to try to talk me into committing before I left. For your info I buy two to three new cars per year to two as I rotate them out. Ive definitely had better experience with other dealerships. Im also quite familiar with the process and do not feel they had presented a deal that would be beneficial to each of us. Not saying anything bad about them, just didnt work out for me. Possibly next time.

My parents have been buying Acuras off the Mungenast’s lot since the 1980s. Every car they bought from them was built solid, including my old Acura Integra they bought new back in 1993, which still runs great to this day! My next new vehicle will be an Acura - likely a hybrid - from Mungenast Acura.

A great experience purchasing a car there. Dale Wilke was very helpful, worked every eligible discount, worked a very fair deal on my trade. No pressure but a great job of following up, anticipating and answering questions. Totally upfront and direct on pricing, services, financing etc. Kyle in the finance office was a pleasure to work with. My experience was so good I came back the next week and traded in a second car for a second Acura. These guys were amazing to work with on both my trade ins.

Sold a vehicle to Dylan at Mungenast today. Dylan was great to deal with. Very professional and made the transaction very fast and simple.

The latch on the trunk of my HRV was loose causing the door to not close fully and turned on a “door open” light. It was a problem not big enough to remember to make a service appointment, but just annoying enough to drive you crazy while driving. On a whim, I pulled into the Mungenast St. Louis Acura while I was running errands. The Service Attendant was happy to grab the gear to help. While he was gone for less than 2 minutes, another employee checked with me to make sure I was being helped. Customer service is clearly at the core of what they do here…Big shoutout to CORY on the Service Team who finessed the fix, while being so easygoing and kind to take 5-10 mins to help me and send me on my way.I’m not a review poster, but the customer experience was too good not to share.
