If you are looking for a car or just rental Enterprise Car Sales (13750 Manchester, Mo 63011)... is the place to go! I am a an Enterprise Plus member and I am constantly renting vehicles for travel etc. I was recentely in the market for a new vehicle for myself and my 18yr old daughter. We had been sharing her car for the last 6 months because renting became too expensive. My daughter totaled her vehicle on May 28, 2021, which left us with out transportation. So a friend refered me to Cory Critchell (Cust Srvc. Mang. over Car sales) and the next day he and I met and he than introduced me to Mike Mataya (Sales consultant). People before I knew it...I drove off the lot with a 2020 Nissan Altima (fully loaded) and the financing only took 3hrs.I was so impressed with these gentlemens professionalism, kindness & patience that I came back two weeks later and bougt my daughter a 2019 Nissan Sentra. I wanted to get a dependable & safe car for my daughter to drive while she goes off into her 1st year of college. Lousiana State University (LSU) is 9hrs away from our hometown. These two men went above and beyond and they cut no corners. They made sure I was satisfied by working with-in my budget and they walked me through step by step helping me to find the perfect fit vehicle for myselft and my daughter & for my money! The financing process went smoother and faster with the 2nd car purhase. I cant tell you enough how wonderful the customer service was and the over all experiece was for my daugter and I. Very helpful and professional! I am young and inexperienced with car-buying, but they made it seamless. They have a very user-friendly website with filters so you can find exactly what you are looking for without having to go to a physical location first. Prices are on or below KBB too. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they were slightly pushy on financing even after I made it clear I was not interested and was going to pay in cash full. Other than that, really great place. Anthony was a pleasure to work with!

Okay, they were awesome, especially John. He was amazing in helping me find the vehicle I was interested in. My monthly payments are lower and it still includes my GAP and warranty coverage. Best place to by a car. I was recommended by a friend who had an amazing experience. I had been shopping for weeks. Although when I walked into enterprise the customer service right off the bat was phenomenal by all staff. The prices are great, the vehicles are in amazing condition. I even missed a minor error with the vehicle I bought and the found it before letting me drive away, took care of it immediately. I have purchased a vehicle from Enterprise in 2012 and again in 2018. Both times the location was on Ladue Road in Clayton, MO. This location was closed for my 2021 purchase so I had to go to the Manchester Road location.The experience started nice enough. I knew what car I wanted so once I paid to have it brought to St. Louis, I was expecting a 2-3 day delivery. It turned out to be over two weeks before the vehicle was delivered.Once it finally did arrive I spent over 4 hours to close the deal. Some of that had to do with my own credit union, but is was a long time nonetheless.I traded in my 2018 vehicle and it was worth more than I owed on it. Enterprise could not seem to get that process right. I wanted the overage to given to me. Six days later they paid off the trade in but told me the check owed to me would sent to me in a few days. I waited a week and called back. I was then told it would be 2-3 weeks before I would receive my check. I was frustrated with that response and wanted to speak with someone other than the salesman. The business manager called me back later that day and told me that my check would be ready that day. I visited the dealership later that day and picked up my check only to discover it was dated the same day they paid off my trade-in some 11 days before hand.Overall, not a pleasant experience from the time I first visited the dealership on January 6th to finally receiving a check for the trade-in on February 5th

I’ve bought a lot of cars and trucks in my life, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. No haggle price was nice and trade in more than fair. The seven day return was nice to have but not needed. Mike the sales consultant is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

He was able to keep me in a search database and when one came available in a different state we just shipped it over. The buying process was very friendly, never received any kind of pressure, no hidden fees and I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off like at other dealerships. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Everyone at Enterprise (the Manchester location) were friendly and helpful.I purchased a car for essentially the same price as most dealership have used cars for. The difference was mine had only 27,000 miles as opposed to the cars the dealerships had where the mileage was anywhere from 90,000 to 150,000, plus you know Enterprise takes great car of their cars, who knows what you get from an owner you never met.I am very happy with my purchase and will definately put them at the top of my list next time I need a car.

Staff was friendly and attentive - without any pressure. I do have some concern about not receiving the title right away, I thought that was a requirement in Missouri - but the title packet did arrive within 2 weeks.The actual delivery was a little sloppy - car was delivered with only a 1/4 tank of gas, there was insulation from the windshield that popped out and a lipstick or crayon mark under the passenger visor. They did immediately fix the windshield insulation and stains.....(I didnt notice gas until I was driving home)

I picked out the car I wanted on the inter webs, went to look at and drive it, paid and completed the transaction all within a 2 hour time frame. Enterprise was extremely easy and efficient to deal with. Great standard warranty with the peace of mind of a 7 day buyback program as well as knowing the car has been properly cared for and maintained. All for a fair price. I’d certainly do it again.

I had no idea that enterprise even sold cars. Our experience was interesting. We got there and the car I wanted to look at was supposed to be at another lot but it wasn’t. Someone sold it and didn’t take the right one of the site but that’s okay things happen. It took them half the day to figure out what happened. Turns out the persons who bought it decided they didn’t like it and it was not the right fit for them. They needed something bigger. We may have been there all day but in the end the customer service was amazing. I appreciate the lunch they got for us and the other little things they did while we were there. Even after buying the car they still made sure to call and see how everything was and if I still liked my purchase. I still love it and am glad we stayed and made that purchase. Even with that small hiccup I give them a five star rating. We are all humans and things happen. Thank you enterprise for everything.

It took over a week to get my trade in car towed from my home to Enterprise. And today I ran into even more hassles that have completely ruined my experience. I was assured by the salesman that he had given me all of the documents I needed to register my vehicle. After waiting in the heat for 45 minutes at the DMV, I learned that he excluded a copy of the title from my trade in as well as the emissions test; which he neglected to tell me was a FAILED test. This is unacceptable.

I appreciate the no haggle pricing. The car was priced below market value, and was nicely cleaned and delivered after purchase. It took a little while for them to get the title to me, and the left hand didnt know what the right was doing in that regard. Thats the only reason this isnt a 5 star review. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

The Manchester location appeared very upscale. The Car Sales team never felt like they were pushy. The Car Sales Consultant Bryan Brown was exceptional in listening to what vehicle I wanted and was very accommodating to my changing wants. I did have some trouble with the Financing Department which was resolved by the locations manager the following week. All in all I found the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted.

Things I liked with my first experience with Enterprise:1. Liked the no haggle system based on blue book value or less. I believe the longer a car fails to sell, Enterprise slowly lowers the price till car sells. Felt got some price relief because of this policy.2. Cleaned up car nicely before received.3. Got car sent from out town and it arrived as projected.4. Was able to put entire cost of car on credit card with no additional cost.5. They have 7 day trial period after purchase and within that time can return car with $200 restocking fee.6. Helped me get car home.Things I disliked.1. Salesman Mr. Hall responded to my question about wanting to see the cars of interest service records by saying they did not keep service records because they have so many locations. When I asked how did they know when the appropriate service was being done by their staff, his response was the staff would be fired if they did not do the appropriate service. Almost walked out at that point because it is not believable they dont keep service records. Especially in this age of computers. I think Enterprise just chooses not to disclose that information for reasons of their own. (STRIKE 1)2. Was interested in extended warranty but it had to be decided while there doing car purchase paperwork. Wanted to check prices with other warranties to see if program was competitive and what was covered. Since could not do that, did not take extended warranty. (STRIKE 2)3. Could not believe how long it took to actually purchase car - took about 1 1/2 hours.At this point, uncertain if going to use Enterprise in future.

Super friendly sales staff that are willing to listen to you. They will be happy to search their Network to find you exactly what you need. I worked with Cory and Michael, and they made the car buying experience Very Easy!!! They were willing to work with the procurement group to find the exact make/model and color I wanted. Michael helped me on his day off, and Cory drove to St. Charles to pick up my vehicle. This is my 3rd vehicle from this office in 2 years.!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!

All in all, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Steve Hall is an amazing guys who really cares for his clients. The price is good for what youre getting, which is a rental fleet car thats been driven NON STOP for a couple years.That said, youre not getting a perfect car. They are as well preserved as possible, but its a rental car. There are dings and scuffs and odd injuries you wouldnt expect.This particular location seems to experience some bottlenecks in leadership when its really busy (only one guy that can do that or another guy that can do that), but as I said, very friendly staff. As I waited for my bottleneck to be resolved, I was asked 100 times or so if I needed anything or if I had been helped.Thank you Enterprise!

I cannot say enough about Bryan Brown and my experience at this store. My mother needed a car and had some very specific needs. Bryan took the time to listen and suggested a car that would most closely meet her needs. He didnt pressure towards a particular model. This store had a model, but not in the color my Mom wanted. He found an identically priced car at a nearby store. They had it driven over to their lot within 45 minutes. My Mom loved this car! Bryan personally detailed the car while we were signing paperwork. The entire team was a pleasure as well. If you need a fairly priced used vehicle, this is the place to go!
