I accidentally made a appointment on my phone for my brakes service at BMW Manchester when it popped up as a option on the app after I started receiving a brake notification on my car about a month ago. I meant to go to plaza which is closer to my work.At any rate I forgot that I had scheduled a loaner so was surprised but happy that I did. However, they loaned me a ridiculous big vehicle to which oversized SUV causes me anxiety. It was a huge Jeep Cherokee on empty basically. Why wouldnt it be another BMW I thought to myself. I didnt complain initially but i did let my service tech Mindy know I wasnt happy with it by text once i made to work . She responded theyd have me back in my vehicle in no time.I was also under the impression that my vehicle would be washed by the website when i scheduled my appointment. When I returned to retrieve my vehicle i noticed that it had not seen the likes of water in any way. I informed the service cashier of my concerns and she immediately grab my keys from the service box to make sure that the vehicle would be washed properly while I paid for my services. She left and was gone approximately 5 minutes and returned to check my out which took less than five minutes . Before i grab my card out the credit card machine they were returning my key fob.Oh let me not forget that when I brought the car in this morning I thought for sure my front brakes needed replacing because the tires are brand new but brown with dirt from the kick back from the front brakes which i referenced to Mindy before I left in the loaner. However when I spoke with Mindy later she stated that the brakes on the front did not need replacing . However, when I brought my concerns to the cashier about my vehicle being still dirty she stated on her return from dropping off the key fob to the cash washer department, that she had just leaned that they dont clean tires unless you pay for a detail and they were only required to wash and vacuum the vehicle for my service.Attached is the finished vehicle they washed and vacuum within 5 to 7 minutes. It is horrible that I can spend this much money on a service and they negate their part of some of the amenities they informed me I would receive. I wont ever make the mistake of confusing this with the BMW plaza on olive and dont you do it either.They didnt wash the car at all not so not sure
We had a wonderful experience this weekend at BMW of West St. Louis. Brandon Giganti (salesman) was so helpful and patient with us. We have some not so perfect things in our financial past and he assured us he would do everything he could for us. Well not only did he do that but he found us the perfect SUV for our family at a great rate. Lindsey (the office manager/finance) was great. He worked with the lender to get us the best deal at the best rate and even gave us an additional incentive for us to get another key from Lexus. Bob, who did all of the final paperwork with us, was well organized and explained things in a way that was easy to understand for someone whos not in the world all the time. All in all the process was easy and went so smoothly. Brandon said something that really stuck out to me. He said, (Paraphrasing) You can buy a car from anyone, but I think its our team that really sets us a part. And hes right! 10 out of 10 for Brandon, Lindsey and the whole team at BMW of West St. Louis.
BRANDON GIGANTI WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MY RECENT PURCHASE OF A MB E 350. HE OFFERED USEFUL INFORMATION AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS THERE WHEN I NEEDED HIM BUT HE GAVE ME TIME TO MAKE MY DECISION AND WAS NOT PUSHY. HE CONTINUES TO WORK FOR ME TO RESOLVE A RIPPED SEAT ISSUE THAT WAS DISCOVERED LATE IN THE BUYING PROCESS.. ILL MAKE SURE TO LOOK FOR BRANDON WHEN I START SHOPPING FOR MY NEXT VEHICLE.
Very relaxed atmosphere without the pressure to buy. I also felt valued as a customer which was somewhat hard to feel at other BMW dealers. Dawn was an excellent help 😀 The finance team went above and beyond too!

The experience I had this week with Bobby in the parts department was exceptional. I have to say I called with a problem. I washed my key fob! Bobby reassured me and made me feel better about it. I work similar hours, so it was hard for me to get there on time, he offered to stay extra till I got there, to make it more convenient. He explained the procedure to order a new one. I went in and ordered it, and within a few days it was there. Challenging ordeals happen, but when you have a friendly voice and great customer service, it always seems to make it better! This is/was my 7th BMW purchase/lease and it was the most efficient and the easiest. From the moment we drove up, we were welcomed. We were greeted immediately and our client advisor Zach stayed with us throughout the process - he was truly a 10/10. Very personable and willing to answer any and all of my questions. He took all of my crazy thoughts and numbers and put them to paper until I decided the best option for my budget with zero pressure.The finance office was a breeze. 1,2,3 done.The processes they have put into place are organized but don’t make it so organized it feels like it is like the customer is “just a number” ..And one very important thing: everyone says thank you here. I heard it repeatedly. Everyone pays careful attention to details. I appreciate this as a detail person. There’s respect for the customer. Old school respect. This was my first visit since relocating from the Denver area. Although I was half an hour early, I was greeted cordially by Rick, the intake technician, and given an estimate of time and estimated cost. While waiting in the visitor lounge I was given progress updates through texts. Ultimately, the work was completed ahead of the estimated time. Rick gave me excellent, on point directions for exiting and returning back to my home. Due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of the service, BMW of West St. Louis will be my future choice for my car service.

Worst service department I ever experienced. I took my bmw to get recalls fixed and to fix a bad oil leak and engine misfire codes. Paid $2500 after being told it would be $2200 and as soon as I pulled off the lot the check engine light came back on and it was leaking more oil. I got it towed back and they wanted another $3000 to fix what they say were “new codes”. Then I was told that it was still leaking oil because who ever replaced the gasket didn’t put it on right and it was a gap. They didn’t offer to fix that even though it was a problem that the technicians caused. I would not recommend to bring your vehicle here to get serviced at all, would definitely recommend elsewhere.

This dealership isn’t like the rest. You won’t get the typical car salesman, especially if you get the pleasure of working with Brandon. He didn’t push a car upon me just to get a commission. He made sure I could afford it number one and made sure I absolutely loved it before I signed any solid paperwork. The initial paperwork he had finished upon my request before I even got to the dealership which saved a lot of time (since I knew which car I wanted). The financial manager gave me several options with warranties that I could choose from that fit my budget which I found amazing. He was very personable as well. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needed a vehicle. Absolute best car purchasing experience ever!

The car was cleaned and full of gas when I went for a test drive and Tarik had a route planned out so I could focus on how the car drives instead of trying to figure out where to drive. BMW of West St. Louis gives the best price with no tricks. They want to be competitive and so there’s not a lot of negotiation on the prices to be done. We purchased a really awesome Used Honda Element from this dealer. It made a noise after a few hours of driving (not serious but curious) and since we had been going to a Honda Dealer with our other Element, we opted to take it to them to be reviewed for anything that needed to be done. The Honda dealer was not honest and the BMW dealer asked we return it to be worked on. THEY WERE SO GOOD AND SO PROFESSIONAL. i cant say enough about the experience. They have won my trust and will use them moving forward. BMW of West County has my business.

They keep my car from 4 days for un update and they will order a part that I need it.After two hours I picked up my car the battery light goes off I took it to Plaza, they told me that the battery was not connected back after the update and the part that they “supposed to order “ was not order at all! Not to mention that during the five days they keep my car I have to call them several times and leave a voicemail because they do not even pick up the phone!Lesson learn
