Very accommodating. I live 4 hours away, I was able to identify a car virtually, and heard back the next day for their representative Ellie. After working out the details, I came in on an Amtrak. My salesman, Jason picked me up from the Amtrak station. I Arrived to see my red Audi A4 Premium Plus Quattro with a bow on top. Their finance guy Rob, was very nice and accommodating, and making sure I secured the Gap insurance at a good rate. This was the best car buying experience.

Excellent experience. Steve Zitko was well-informed and helpful. He knew his products and worked hard to help me find the right vehicle. I was initially interested in the LC500 - a beautiful car. There were none in stock, but Steve was able to find a sold model that I could examine before it was delivered to another client. I decided that it was not the car I needed, and instead purchased an LS500. The purchase was seamless, and at delivery Mitch Moreno did a good job of explaining the cars technological systems. I have purchased many cars in the past, and this was one of the best purchase processes ever.

We had a good experience with purchasing our 2021 Lexus ES300h. Ellie was very helpful in beginning our search on line for a Lexus. She then introduced us to Kyle Blake which explained the ES300h to us. Kyle introduced us to Tony Gilbert the sales manager who then found a Nissan Dealer that would buy our Nissan Maxima since we had 6 months left on the lease. Kyle was nice enough to take us to the Nissan dealer and waited till we were able to secure the funds for the sale of our car. Then take us back to his office. A tech explained the controls and functions of the new Lexus, which went into after business hours. We were very pleased with our experience with Mungenast Lexus of St Louis and would recommend them.

We looked at a car at Mungenast and Plaza Lexus. There is no comparison. The people at Plaza are not professional, Id call them shifty because they dont lie but they dont quite tell the truth, either. The people at Mungenast are 100% professional, friendly, and honest. Easy to deal with, no weird tactics or car-dealer speak. We had to deal with our salesman, and two sales managers (not the dealers fault, it was the timing of when we followed up) and they were all great. No pressure at any point.

I arranged a swap of my used Lexus LS with their used Lexus GS350 before I drove the five hours to the dealership. The deal was complete before I left home,but when I got there the salesman I had dealt with was not there and another salesman tried to increase the amount they wanted me to pay. Once the deal was done the dealership failed to give me my Certified Lexus number for the car. It took four tries of communicating with the dealer before I finally received a piece of paper with the VIN and the Certification # on the same piece of paper. I have dealt with several Lexus dealerships over the years and this was the most lackadaisical and unprofessional Lexus dealership I have ever witnessed. Theyre not ready for prime time and should be avoided if possible.

Great place to buy your next vehicle. When I walked in I met Mike Medlin. I wanted to trade in my Audi and try something different. Mike was a pure gentleman. There were no sales pitches or pressure at all. He really listened to my needs and did not try and sell me something that I would not be happy with. He let me drive a couple of the SUVs. I told him that I wanted to think about it. He followed later, but with no pressure or hype. I went back about 3 weeks later on a Saturday and met Mike again. I chose the Lexus RX sports version SUV with red interior. He made to the whole trade in/purchase extremely easy. In fact, while they were getting the new car ready, my wife and I went to lunch. When we came back, we received an excellent tutorial by the staff. It was so helpful. When it was time to do the finances and again, so easy. There was no pressure to buy anything else. So my overall experience was extremely positive. People were so nice and just a first class place. Thank you.

Just leased a RX 350 replacing a leased GX460, as with the first lease Steve Zitko was great to work with. Needed to end first lease early due to a recently developed bad back and needed a smoother ride. Steve made sure the RX350 was the right vehicle for us, he was more concerned about us getting the right vehicle than making a sale. He is a pleasure to work with, as is the whole Mungenast team. Last month, we purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey from Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis on Manchester Road. For real their customer service is of premium quality like Lexus Automobiles.First of all, all CDC protocol was in place. All the staff at this dealership was very courteous and we felt welcomed at all times. Especially the sales person who worked with us, Steve Zitko, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional at the same time. At times, it felt like as he’s working for us!We took our sweet time when we took this vehicle for a test drive. Not to mention, my wife checked the van from every possible angle. 2nd Review: We are still happy with our salesman Nate & the helpful finance Manager, Brendan. However, we want to make sure others are aware of the fact that when leasing a vehicle, at least if you live in IL, I‘m not sure about purchasing, or if you live in MO, there are issues we have run into with getting the title registered & license plates transferred from our trade-in vehicle to our new Lexus. Unbeknownst to us, until over 3 weeks later, we found out that Mungenast contracts with an outside company, J & J License Service, in Hopedale, IL, to do the title & registration application for them. It took Mungenast and J & J 3 work weeks, from May 10 until May 28, for the title and registration application to be sent to the State of IL. Of course, no one was forthcoming with this information until June 1, when my spouse called to question when we were going to be able to license our car, since our temporary plates were expiring on June 8. My spouse had a difficult time June 1, getting anyone to help him & when he finally got a woman named Denise Adams, on the phone, she claimed everything was fine & we could just put the plates on the car. That didn’t seem correct, so to confirm this info I called the local IL license office. They told me we should go back to the dealer & get new temporary plates because there was no way our paperwork would be processed before June 8 & we could NOT transfer the plates until the State of IL registered the vehicle. It turns out obviously that Denise Adams, who is the dealer’s “Title Administrator” whatever that means, since she obviously didn’t administer anything, or know what she was talking about, nor have the decency to follow up on our vehicle’s titling snafu, was just making up things to get my spouse off the phone. Therefore, we had to go back to the dealership and raise a big stink on June 4 to get new temp plates. Thankfully Brendan, the Finance Mgr, intervened on our behalf. He brought Denise down to talk to us and she of course blamed J & J, adamantly denying that she was at fault for anything to do with the problem and she got downright nasty when I pointed out that we leased the car from Mungenast & it was their responsibility to make sure the paperwork was taken care of, not J & J’s, or ours, even though it had obviously become our problem. We ultimately left with new temp plates, thanks to Brendan, but we’re still waiting for the registration to be processed by IL, which my spouse checks daily. My advice is to everyone is to ask a lot of questions about titling, etc, even if it seems tedious & unnecessary. I’m posting this revision because I would hate for anyone else to run into this annoying, time consuming situation.1st Review: We were very pleased with all of the personnel we worked with at Mungenast Lexus, but especially Nate Hopson our salesperson. He was very professional & worked hard to get us the best deal possible on our Lexus, without any pressure at all to purchase the vehicle. We also appreciated the other staff members who explained all of the options, financial data, and features on the vehicle. They even made sure all of our phones were connected & explained how they worked with the vehicle. Overall, it was one of the easiest & most positive car purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. He had another car that I REALLY like and he helped with the trade-in of the Highlander and purchase of the new one. It was a GREAT experience! And, I appreciated it even more when my daughter went to another dealer to get the car she was looking for and it was a very bad experience! Kudos to Mike and Mungenast!

Have never been treated so good at a car dealership

I purchased a car from Kyle Blake last week. I originally test drove a different car but came back to Blake on a different car because he did not pressure me on the test drive. He listened, understood my needs and financial limits. We were able to do a lot of the discussion by phone due to Covid. It was a great experience with all the Mungenast staff.

Our salesman, Mark Herwitz, was a pleasure to work with, professional, friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the lady who explained our NX options and buttons, I believe her name was Shelli? She was knowledgeable and friendly, easy to understand! Thank you to both Mark Herwitz and Shelly for your help, this is our first time to own a Lexus. Each person at Munganast Lexus was very nice and professional. Thank you again, Mark Herwitz.

Lexus GX 460 does not have remote start as advertised. You have to have a smart phone then purchase an app then you can remote start your car for a monthly fee. WHAT A BAIT AND SWITCH Lexus should be ashamed of themselves. Buy an Acura instead, my wifes car was cheaper and came with remote start she doesnt have to pay $8 a month to have an app so you can try to remote start your car and have a phone and to re-login to do something so simple your key should be able to do.Also the salesman lied to me about the store being closed the day after I purchased the car so I couldnt pick it up. It turns out he had the next day off and wouldnt get his full commission if I came to pick it up on his day off, so he lied. Unfortunately, this soured the whole deal and despite other staff members being helpful made the overall experience something I never want to do again.

From beginning to end, Tony and Kyle were great! They were both professional and easy to work with. They were always quick to respond to our E-mails and inquiries along the way. They set up a test drive right away and we were sold after we drove the GX460. Were in love with our new vehicle lease and extremely satisfied with the staff at Lexus Mungenast!

I bought my car from here years ago and they have been fantastic! Ive dealt with more car dealerships over the years than Id like to admit, of varying levels of luxury, but Mungenast has blown me away with their service, transparency and willingness to give me helpful advice even if it mean they wouldnt get the revenue from it (e.g. point me in the direction a part, place to fix, etc.). The best ! My 2nd Lexus I purchased from them.I now have the 460L-AWD. Very happy ! My experience with the whole buying process was excellent. In Nov my mirror was broken. I’m so happy I purchased the extended warranty.
