I had an amazingly easy buying experience. I found my vehicle online through a Facebook ad, messaged them and test drove it the next day. No high pressure sales pitch. Purchased a beautiful 2019 SUV which was an upgrade from my current SUV. My salesperson Jennifer H. was amazing with her professionalism, courtesy and product knowledge. She was friendly and welcoming. She never tried to oversell to me and answered all of my questions, took me on a test drive and while I met with finance today finalize the deal she and Ben moved all of my belongings over to the new vehicle for me. From the time I walked in the door to leaving w my purchase took about 4 hours total for a busy Saturday. Ben connected my phone for me and made sure I had a full tank of gas. At the end of my sale, Dawn the manager thanked me personally and invited me back to meet the service teams. A professional caring group of professionals. Awesome experience! I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Compass through Kathy Rand. Found the car on Cargurus, great price for a fully loaded vehicle. Fantastic service experience at Tulley BMW of Manchester! I was traveling through NH on I-93 and had a tire blowout (New England potholes...). It was late in the day and after speaking with the service advisor, Brian Bourassa, he assured me they would do everything they could to work me in that day considering the emergency circumstance. By the time I got a tow to the dealership it was already 4:15 PM, only 45 minutes prior to the service department closing. Brian quickly assembled a team of three techs to tackle the job. Craig and Randy mounted and balanced the tires and Samuel STAYED LATE on a beautiful June afternoon to perform the alignment. From arrival to departure it was a total of 75 minutes, incredible. Thank you Brian, Craig, Randy, Samuel and the Tulley BMW service team for saving the day! If I lived locally then I would definitely be servicing my vehicle here. I highly recommend them for BMW service and repair in the Manchester NH area.

Tulley is a great dealership for service, but their sales team is a problem.My wife and I have purchased 3 BMWs from Tulley. One purchased 5 years ago, one 3 years ago, and one purchased just a couple of weeks ago. Our first two purchases were great, but the most recent one was a terrible experience. Heres an outline of issues with the recent sale.- When I test drove the vehicle, I mentioned that I would like to discuss the purchase with my wife before making a decision. The sales man made negative comments about getting my wifes approval. Its a $40k purchase and not unreasonable to discuss with a spouse.- I made an appointment to purchase the car 2 days later, which the salesman confirmed. However, when I got there I was told there was a sales meeting at that time every week and I would have to wait.- When evaluating my trade-in, they offered me about 30% below KBB expected trade in value. The car was 100% maintained at Tulley and never missed a single service. (This was made worse by the tech accidentally sending me a video of his evaluation where he repeatedly commented that it was in great shape)- The sales team wanted me to sign a purchase and sales agreement before we discussed financing. This was especially concerning as I was already pre-approved for 2.65% rate through Capital One, but the purchase agreement reflected a much higher interest rate.- After they stated they could meet the rate I got through Capital One, it turns out they actually couldnt meet the rate, but rather made up the monthly payment difference with incentives. Incentives that only seemed to appear when I confronted them about the rates.- The service plans they offered (BMW ultimate care) were about 25% higher than the prices listed on the BMW website. This situation was made worse because of the higher interest rate through BMW financing.- The sales process took over 4 hours. This was the middle of the day on a Monday, there was only one other person making a purchase, and the team knew I was coming in ahead of time.- After the purchase was complete, I was informed that the state inspection couldnt be completed due to engine codes. I have to bring the new car back to have the inspection checked again. This is obviously a concern and also a likely cause of the delay in the sale process.- Finally, it took them 10 days to pay off my trade-in loan. This resulted in an additional payment being made on my old car and now Im trying to deal with figuring out a refund. Both my the trade-in and new vehicle loans were with BMW finance; this should not have been a problem.Overall, I wouldnt hesitate to trust my cars service to Kevin and the awesome service team at Tulley. However, my next BMW purchase will certainly be through another dealership.
Purchased a vehicle at Tulley (Manchester) over the weekend. My wife and I were getting ready to go down to a Boston Dealership when I saw there was a similar equipped model SUV on their lot. I walked in to Dylan Lesnewski as our salesman. Dylan made the experience very simple and straight forward. The only pressure we had was from the Finance/Business Manager (Wil) to buy the Gap insurance.Previously, I had great experience servicing my BMW there before, and now I know they have a great sales team.
This was the simplest car buying experience I have ever had!! I was doing my research and Kathy took what I was looking for and found me the X1 of my dreams!! Tulley understood my busy work schedule and handled all of the details over text, email and phone. I cant say enough about the no-pressure approach of the whole Tulley team, Kathy & Jesse in particular!!
I was not 100% satisfied with my experience so Ill explain.Salesperson wise was exceptional, Dylan was relaxed and didnt pressure but was also very informative, easily the best salesman Ive ever dealt with.The atmosphere was very friendly which surprised me. The car itself is fantastic but unfortunately wasnt the exact one I wanted but I still love is regardless.The bad for me1. The inability to work in my budget was difficult but the lack of availability made it understandable.Overall Im happy with my car but not satisfied to the point Id think of buying another BMW after unless some drastic changes

This review is based solely upon the purchase and sale of my vehicle. We met with a sales person who answered our questions and was helpful.We were leaving the facility and then was introduced to Christavo Sousa.Christavo was a bundle of information on what we would receive if we purchased a BMW and from Tulley BMW. More information than we had received by the sales person. This information made us think twice about purchasing our vehicle. Christavo has been more than accommodating for us. From the time we walked out of the showroom until I drove the vehicle home he has been there for me with all my questions. Being a first time BMW purchaser, I had a lot of questions. He personally met with us when we checked out the vehicle and drove away and again when I came back for a Simonize. I had purchased a used BMW with less than 5,000 miles and noticed a couple of scratches. I pointed those out and her personally walked into the service area to explain to them I had concerns about these before I had the Simonize. After pickup from the Simonize, Christavo, once again, personally met with me and my vehicle to make sure I was pleased. All I can say at this point in time is that I am glad I purchased with them and though I got a great deal. I hope this service continues throughout the life of my vehicle :) Thank you Tulley BMW for being so thorough and pleasant.

I Do not reccomended bringing your car to be serviced at this location once your warranty has expired. You need to review all your invoices as service will try to sell you items covered under bmws 2 year parts warranty.Find yourself a good independent shop, its not worth the headache dealing with service department.
Our experience at Tulley was exceptional. Our salesperson, Lloyd was knowledgeable, informative, and attentive to our requirements for our new vehicle. The quality of certified preownwd vehicles at Tulley was higher than similar vehicles at another dealer we stopped at and their price points were very fair.
I called the service department of the dealership to inquire about the warranties left on my vehicle and spoke with a representative named Eli. He was a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. I called in a frantic state and he had patience and a great attitude that helped to put me at ease. He guided me through the process of setting up my appointment and advised me on having my vehicle towed prior to my appointment so that I might have the chance of getting my problem resolved prior to my warranty expiring. After everything and getting the vehicle loaded onto a flatbed with AAA, I realized the car was going to a different location than I had spoke to on the phone in Manchester. Eli the tech assured me that my confusion was more common than I thought and he called and discussed my situation with the tech in Nashua and they set me up with a different appointment and made them aware that my vehicle was on the way to their location and be ready to receive it. I am very grateful for their strong inner-communication and for their kindness and understanding.

Stopped in to just look at the x5 and the salesperson, Rachael, was very helpful. I ended up going with the x3, which was a much better fit and i absolutely love it! She was able to identify exactly what kind of vehicle i was looking for and the service was excellent. The friendly staff helped out with the financing and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if your interesting in getting just the right vehicle
I had a fabulous experience with Tulley bmw. I found a car I was interested online and worked with Bryan through email. He was kind, patient and extremely accommodating. Car shopping can be challenging especially during the pandemic but Bryan made it easy. He sent me videos and photos of the car. When we arrived to the dealership he was patient and answered all my questions and didnt pressure me to make any decisions. This was my first BMW I have purchased and he made the process easy. Where do I begin?On Monday morning (9/21), I brought in my 2017 X5 with 36K miles to have new tires mounted (purchased from the Tire Rack), a standard scope, an alignment, and an oil change. At the time of my check-in, the service advisor recommended that I purchase a $600 extended warranty that would not only cover the cost of future scheduled maintenance up to 75K miles, it would also include the $283 worth of service that was being provided on this visit. The math made sense, so I agreed...Within a couple of hours, I was told that I needed to replace my hubs and wheel bearings because my lugs were crossed-threaded. They even texted a fancy video of the service technician showing me the cross-threaded lugs as he walked around my vehicle. I was quoted a price of $2,400, and because the service department had to order the parts, I was sent home in a loaner vehicle (well get to this later).On Tuesday (9/22) I was notified that my rear hubs had not arrived, so my vehicle had to stay in the shop an additional day.On Wednesday morning (9/23), I received a call from the service advisor stating that one of my tie rods was frozen and that the vehicle could not be aligned, so I would have to replace it at the cost of $560.When I picked up my vehicle earlier this evening, I was handed a bill for $4,283.52. It turns out the extended warranty was actually $899, not $600. To make matters worse, the loaner vehicle that I was provided was a Dodge caravan.The entire experience felt like a used car hustle. After paying my bill, I drove straight home to shower. I will not be back, nor would I recommend this dealer.
A gold standard sales environment! Past experiences have made me wary of dealerships in general. I am simply stunned at our experience with Tully Manchester. Salesperson Kathy, Manager Dawn, Finance Officer Will, CSA Jesse and Technical Advisor Ben are all top notch people and were a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I arrived to look at a specific Certified Pre-owned. First the car was ready to go and we were allowed a long test drive right away. Then it was time to talk price and trade, they listened to what we wanted and negotiated without any pressure. I made it clear I just wanted to talk numbers without all the questions and surveys. They genuinely worked with us and we agreed on a price we were happy with (after having done internet research on trade values etc). We went through the finance portion and were offered the usual additional options but again with no pressure and no attempt to sway our decisions. All throughout everyone patiently let me go through my usual scouring of data which to my surprise did not contain any hidden fees or price upgrades. Then came the shocker! After all was done and we were moving personal items into our new car, Will advised us he found an additional half % discount on our finance rate. What car dealership saves you more money after the deal is done? Well Tully did! I highly recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!If you want a classic example of pure ignorance to the consumer and their financial situation (which dealership was well aware of)So to sum it up;They did a credit inquiry 5x in 1 day and I no longer wanted to purchase car afterTHE INITIAL VISIT;I met w/salesman Jeremy last Sunday and informed him on my shaky credit, how co-signer was not an option, explained pre-approval already from another dealership and picked 5series within hundreds of the pre-approval @32k but at 22% ouch but ok it was my bad credit so..ok..JEREMY relays info to FINANCE: WILLIAM DEROSA and he introduces himself, spoke on my credit, employment..everything on my end I was up front with.I was promised to leave in the 5series if I could get the name of the bank I was pre approved for(I have active plates).I went to car for info he requested and when I got back, he was helping other persons now and makes me wait (after me explaining..in rental that needed to be returned and need a car today). I got him the bank info....he makes me wait and finished with the other more wealthier persons even though I was first....Then William from finance says after 30 min. Oh you need a co - signer and Bank is closed now because its Sunday....I said really!!Thought I was driving out of here today? And said I told you NO CO SIGNER ALREADY, and they did the credit pull 5xGot me approved, not for the car I wanted or even close to the price of the pre approved loan....and lowered my score from the 540s to 444!!! So now I was 🔒 INTO THEIR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I WAS APPROVED THERE AND CREDIT OS SO LOW I CANT GET APPROVED ANYWHERS ELSE...THEN SAY OH AND IT WILL NEED TO WAIT A WEEK FOR THE CAR...WE NEED PAYMENT FROM THE BANK FIRST (A NEWLY IMPLEMENTED RULE THEY SAID)????Then they denied doing anything wrong, said its banks fault, they cant fix credit score,, said only option is a Camary or 3series for $22500 (Pre Approved at 32k????), they cant get me into a car today STILL!!!!!!!! So THEY SCREWED MY CREDIT, LIED, BACK PEDDLED, THEN ARE UNWILLING TO RECTIFY THE ISSUES!!!
The Service Department is Great! Just relocated for work and while in transition from taking on a new team, to moving our home goods to getting setup we had to get the car registered... duummdummmdummmm... The car fails state inspection!! Not their fault I had some things that needed to be fixed. They walked me thru what needed to be done, and after I got it fixed I showed back up withOUT a appointment on a busy Friday and these guys didn’t skip a beat! Yes we’ll get it in right now. I waited a short time and BAM it was done!! Thank you Gentlemen for your patience, positive attitude and great customer service!! #BMWFOREVER

We brought a fantastic pre-owned Bimmer at Tulley, both Bryce Desrochers and Christavo Sousa who we dealt with were extremely professional and very very responsive. A good friend of ours also speaks extremely highly of Tulley and their service department. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Very much enjoyed the experience and working with Bryce, the special touches were extremely appreciated :) Also if your a bimmer fan because you like how they drive/car enthusiast, go talk to Bryce, youll have a blast.
I have purchased many vehicles and experienced a variety of dealerships but the service at Tulley BMW in Manchester was superior. Not your typical four hour ordeal to haggle and wait. Tip top and speedy service from my sales person Jeremey Caron and Matt in Finance. Both went above and beyond during the process of my purchase.

Just bought a hard top convertible from Tulley and their customer service is absolutely amazing! Dawn, Chris, Matt and the service team are terrific as well and super helpful. Highly recommend Tulley if you’re looking for a BMW!
I would give zero stars if i could...the customer service is absolutely terrible and considering it’s BMW dealership you would think they’d know how to treat people right. if you want good service head over to the NASHUA location...10x better than this place.
