Jake was very helpful with selecting the battery I needed for my civic. With a line out the door, he still offered to do a quick charging test on my car running in the parking lot. I really appreciated this. Excellent customer service!

Can’t say my experience was amazing. Simple online order for curbside pickup. Informed by email that my order was ready. Went the same day (today) and called to advise I was waiting out front. Order was only partially filled with 2 of 3 items - incorrectly pulled. Rep had to ask my name again - wasn’t listening when I shared my name and asked if he needed my order number - nope but didn’t remember my name. Also had to ask what I was driving - which I had provided when paid online. Took 5 mins or so for him to come out and deliver order to my car. Seems like they just aren’t very smooth with online orders with curbside pickup.

Guys fixed my old FOB at no cost. Ordered another one for half the price a dealer would charge. Very knowledgeable with no problems at all. They definitely got my business. Thank you!

My first experience was OK. I Ordered a battery online, picked it up and brought the heavy thing to my car. After a few months with the new battery there were some problems..” with starting and having to jumpstart “ my car. After trying everything I possibly could I ended up having to go back and that was when I had my second experience ..which was OUTSTANDING… The older gentleman is very friendly. He took the time to listen and he also took the time to help solve this battery problem. He also carried the battery to and from my car. The battery was defective, So luckily having the 48 month warranty I ended up getting a replacement.

The clerk was very nice, and tried to be helpful. The store & aisles were clean, though still difficult to navigate a wheelchair.I think the issue is that the store is so SMALL. I was looking for bulbs, and they obviously cater to large batteries, and odd batteries. They did not have either bulb I was looking for (a short energy saver equivalent to 60 watt and a CL bulb I know is odd). Fortunately I can find both at Bulborama.com

I was very pleased from start to finish. Easy shopping online, easy ordering. Notifications through email, convenient. I called to check on curbside and the rep gave me great info. He greeted my husband when he arrived, placed our battery in our car, removed the core. It was simple, pleasant, and best of all it was the best price anywhere! Ive been to Batteries Plus Bulbs on several occasions. I first tried them out for a car battery. The last two times have been for service on my iPhones. One repair was a screen replacement on an iPhone 7 and the other was a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s. The scheduling process is very easy online, the prices is very reasonable and the repairs were top notch!! I would highly recommend!

Asked if a 500 watt halogen bulb was available in store. I was asked to wait while they tended to other customers at the register. I searched the aisles for the bulb. One employee finished with the current customer. Another customer walked in and was taken ahead of me. I asked again can I find a 500 watt halogen and stated I was next to be taken care of. I was told unpolitely to wait while they tended to customers. I guess they are not familiar with 500 watt halogen bulbs and did not consider me a customer while I browsed the aisle. I was not asked to wait at the register to receive help. Yes I left frustrated and expressed so.First and last time at a Batteries plus. Amazon can get the bulb I am sure.I went to advance auto parts down the street and asked the same question. Between aisle 2 and 3 at the end. Was the reply from another employee who was taking care of another customer. Less than two minutes in the store.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! I bought online to pick up in-store. There were several employees so I did not have to wait long despite going in at the same time as 2 other customers.They taught me about my electric lawn mower battery pack and happily refunded me for the first battery when I decided I did not want to buy what was additionally required. They took my old batteries to get recycled, and even installed the car battery I bought right there in the parking lot.Everyone wore their masks & other PPE correctly the entire time!! Everyone was so friendly, nice, and informative, and I learned a lot. I never thought I’d say I will definitely go back to a battery store but now I know I don’t have to be clueless when it comes to appliances and tools that require larger batteries.Thank you so much for making a trip that I was super nervous about go so smoothly. 6/5 stars if I could. I had an amazing experience at Batteries Plus store in Manchester, NH. My battery was dying and I called AAA, they told me to go to the dealership but it was closed. I was heading to Batteries Plus anyway to have my phone screen fixed. They were able to not only take care of my phone but also replace my battery and keep power on it so the computer system did not reset. Very friendly and very supportive. Made an appointment online. Walked in and was greeted right away. They took my phone looked it over said I didn’t need a repair for the port just a clean and quoted me a half hour And 60 to replace the battery I needed. Came back to a perfect phone and was out in no time. Top notch service and price was awesome.

I found on a reddit thread that batteries plus could switch out the auxiliary battery on my 2015 hybrid subaru crosstrek. I called the store to see if that was accurate and the person I spoke to was very friendly. In store the person who switched my battery did so quickly and also gave me some tips for cleaning corrosion off of the main battery. Im very happy with my experience.

Service was amazing! Charging port on my phone broke and had to get it replaced. Not only did they give me a discount but also offered to clean the charging port first to see if that was the issue. Total was $20 less than what they quoted me online and the friendliest people helped me out!

Recently had to purchase a car battery. The local store had several options available for same day pick-up. I ordered online and picked it up in-store with almost no wait time. The staff were friendly and were making visible efforts to use sanitizer.

Customer service is excellent, Helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I need a new battery they tell me so, if I dont they give it a full charge at no charge. Both have happened to me. Prices are competitive. What more could you want. Its their business, they should be and are better at it.

Shopping online was very easy. I received a phone call the next morning to tell me they were charging my battery and it would be ready for me to pick up by noon. When I arrived I got my battery and also saw they had key fob batteries which I needed so I bought that also. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and professional.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE. I regret of EVER buying anything from this place. I was treated with such disrespect. I bought a battery last year for my camper. The battery died just over a year. Came into the store to check the battery out and I was immediately accused that I did not properly maintain the battery. Supposedly the battery thats meant to be for the outside use froze up and cracked. The employee that greater me and his manager Mathew Sanders did not care about helping me in any way. They, especially the Manager were under the assumption that I came there to argue. I came to see if we can come to terms and buy a new battery since the first time I bought the battery I was not let aware of the battery maintenance and the proper care. He just kept assuming and tried in any way not to help me. He then said to me now that you are talking to me like a two year old I dont want to help you. And then said now that you have lied to us. What? Is this the proper way to talk to your customer? I asked for the owners name to call and complain. He gave me the card with his name Jay Kolodze and was told that he was not in today. I called one of the other locations and the employee said that the owner is in Manchester. Really? So who is the lier now? If these were my employees I would have fired them in a hear beat. Especially the manager Mathew Sanders.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They verified that the battery that I purchased matched the one that I brought. This may seem like a small thing, but it prevents frustration from making multiple trips to the store if the wrong battery was purchased the first time. A big kudos to the staff!Also, it was great to see that they were treating Covid-19 seriously by having the staff and customers wearing masks.

This is a good store with a lot of customer service. The price will be just a little bit more expensive than online but you dont need to pay for shipping.

Oue experience with the store was very good. We were taken care of in a prompt and friendly way and our auto battery changed while we waited. One downfall was the battery I had picked out online and was supposed to be in stock was in fact unavailable. An acceptable substitute was available.

I am a big fan of Batteries Plus Bulbs and frequently use their order online - pick up in store option as it also offers a nice discount on the price.My latest purchase was a battery for my riding lawn mower but somehow I goofed up the part number and ordered a much larger battery than I meant to. However, when I got to the store it was obvious that it wasnt the correct size and Craig B. (Concord, NH store) quickly researched the correct battery, corrected my order and refunded my credit card as the correct battery was much less expensive.Although the entire issue was due to my error it was really nice to experience such a great example of customer service by Craig.

During these maddening times, they made it easy to purchase a new battery. Purchased a battery for my vehicle online, they emailed me when it was ready to pick up, I went in dropped of my old battery and picked up the new one. In and out in no time. It was a Great experience in these trying times.

Brought my ipad in for repair. The so called tech was scared and genuinely frustrated he had to do any work at all. Bring it to someone knows what there doing and is motivated to do it. This guy daying anything he can to talk me out of it rather then try to gain any business.Update: no service was not declined just rudely persuaded not to use them. I went to IFIXPHONES >IN the mall got a 6 month warranty and was ready In 20 minutes since I did all the hard work. I understand your liability but might want to get a more experienced tech.

Oddly enough Ive had to replace 4 car batteries in less than 6 monts (all on different cars). By far Batteries Plus had a premium battery for less than their competitors. They have a lot of good stuff, car batteries are pretty good from here too. If they offer to put in replacement batteries for things like your watch or car key remote, just beware they are charging you for it. So it’s a great service if you don’t want to try to figure it out, but if you can do it yourself, an extra charge is coming. The prices can be pretty high for some things and reasonable for others, but this is a great place to have around when you need them!
