Out of all the places Ive been to have my car is fixed looked at or whatever this has to be the best so far no hard time at all told me exactly what was wrong what needed to be done how much it would cost and was even able to get me and some extra money off is a couple coupons I didnt know they had. Also dimension theyre very very friendly the whole time every step it went the car went through they told me about and exactly how long it may take and everything Im very happy with what they did with my car.

These guys are straight forward and honest, went over everything in a used truck I bought that had a ton of issues. They did a crankshaft sensor re learn for me free of charge, went in for brakes and they showed me the wheel bearings and why they needed to be replaced, they went through the inspection with me right there and gave me a list of to do’s with the most urgent being top of the list. When they did my exhaust manifold they replaced all the wires for me too. I’m taking it in again for an alignment and my girlfriends car for an inspection. They were honest and it was fast, they are stand up guys. Thanks guys!

They were so nice! My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave! I was able to get my car in the next day and it was fixed immediately. They explained the problem, my options, and were communicative the whole time. Loved my experience and will definitely go back for other issues should they arise.

Shop was great. They are incredibly honest. On two different occasions a dealership quoted me over a $1000 more than what Meineke ended up servicing my car for. I will definitely go back again and again for the needs of my vehicle. I trust that Im not going to get raked over the coals or upsold on every single thing.

Went there for an oil change and strange wobbling of the back wheels and they were honest about what was wrong. They gave me a quote but let me know to reach out to the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty and luckily there was. Ill definitely be coming back for all of my car work from now on.

False advertising states tire rotation included in oil chg and its not. Also had to wait 1/2 hr when had a set appt 🤷🏻‍♀️, whats the point of an appt?

Setup my appointment online for the next day. They took care of me right way when I arrived. It took them 10 mins to find the issue. I left the car for the afternoon and pickup the car after work. They did the repair as promised. Very professional and did good work. I would use their service again. Highly recommended.

I was treated at Meinicke as if I were the only customer they ever had… I thought my brakes had gone out but I was wrong and they repaired whatever was causing my car to make a strange noise within minutes without even charging me… Got my state inspection there and was so pleased with the kindness and professionalism I found there… Will definitely go there for a future repairs!

Terrible service. Brought my vehicle here to have simple work done and they did not do the job right. They don’t know what they are doing at all. 4 men on my vehicle at one point to install a wiper transmission and none of them could get it right. I waited over two hours for a job that I was told would take less than an hour. I took my vehicle to someone else and had it fixed properly. Then when I asked for my labor money back they had a huge attitude and told me “they really should’ve charged me more because I was there for over two hour” no fault of my own. They have some nerve. I finally did get my labor money refunded only because I threatened to go to corporate. I would steer clear of these bozos.

Cane out to my car after work to a completely flat tire. I was only a couple blocks away from this Meineke so I hobbled over. The guys here were great and got me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Not crazy expensive either.

When I had dashboard lights come on they took us right in and quickly resolved what turned out to be a minor issue

I took my daughter’s car for a state inspection and they were thorough and efficient. They pointed out the wear on her brakes and gave us a reasonable quote to repair them. She will be scheduling an appointment in the next week or so to have that maintenance done. Very professional! I was impressed.

I have been to Meineke before to have a complete front end replacement for my 97 Ranger. My most recent experience was a piece of my muffler broke off while driving which required a tow from AAA. I arrived a Meineke around 5 pm and expected to pick up the next day. Dan and his crew said we can repair it right away. In a 1/2 hr the old piece was removed and the new one installed. Very impressed from beginning to end.

Super pleased. I went to the one in Manchester, NH yesterday & they told me my car was completely unsafe. Instead of any other shop just trying to take your money regardless. He directed me to a dealership in Derry. The dealership let me take it to the shop in Derry. They looked it over thoroughly & were very nice! I will definitely be going back for maintenance on my vehicle.

After being quoted $200 plus labor to fix my AC I brought my car to Meineke. For my AC + an oil change the total was $167. The guy was so personable and finished my car so fast! I will definitely go back!

Came for an estimate on a frozen calliper. He did a visual inspection in the parking lot and wrote up an estimate for worst case scenario. I preferred him to put it on the lift for a more accurate estimate. He said if he did that they would have to actually do the work because it would otherwise be a liability issue to have me drive off without the calliper fixed. This is not true, it is a common lie among auto repair shops to get you to do work, he just didnt want to take the time out of his mechanics schedule, which is fine if he had just said that. I just write this so people are aware that they lie here.

I have been going to Ron and his crew at Meineke in Manchester, NH Elm St. location for close to 15 years. Although this is a well known brand (meineke) Ron has embedded a care culture in his te that truly adds to the overall experience. I called asked for an oil change and inspection and didn’t have to wait. I was told to come right in, it was great! My time was extremely limited so I was grateful To get an appointment right away.

My ac wasnt working. They fit me in the same day. Did a recharge and made sure there were no leaks. Great price and they were very professional.

We were traveling and a belt had broken. They were able to get us in and on our way in record time. We were extremely happy and impressed with the service and hospitality of all their employees. Very highly recommended.

Started coming here because my original mechanic was too busy. Think I found my new place! The first time I went they looked my car over and told me what was wrong with it. They didnt even charge me anything. Brought it back to dealerships for repairs since I had a warranty under them, but they refused to do all the work it needed. I brought it back to Meineke to do the rest of the work and I am impressed. They do great quality work.

I’ve been to a lot of mechanics, here they are honest and trustworthy. I recently had a caliper lock up, which caused me to need new rear break pads and calipers. They gave me a great price and helped me tremendously. Great group of guys there. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I have not been to other locations and cannot claim this to be a view on all locations.I made an appointment Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning at 8am, to have my brakes inspected and any necessary repairs made. I explained that I was feeling a pulsing when braking at any speed and that I had purchased the truck two years prior and had not yet had the brakes serviced, so it was very possible that it was time for new brakes all around.I dropped the car off Tuesday morning around 7:30am, leaving my keys and registration in the overnight drop door, having parked my truck in front of the bay labeled brakes. By 1:45 that afternoon, I had not heard from the shop, so I called for an update. They advised that they had not had a chance to get to the truck due to being short staffed (But, I was first in line that day?), and asked to confirm that I just needed a state inspection. I corrected them, stating that it was there to have the brakes checked and replace anything that was needed. It was proposed that if I could leave it overnight, they would get to it first thing Wednesday morning. I agreed and left it overnight.Wednesday afternoon at 1:45, as with the prior day, I had not heard anything, so I called. I was told that they were trying to get ahold of me, but they didnt have a phone number (then how were you trying to get ahold of me?). They had not yet started working on the car. They needed a special tool to get my wheels off, but confirmed that I needed new brakes all around. They stated that they could go get the tool immediately and still finish my brakes well in time for when I was out of work at 5pm.They added my phone number to a system which texted me, stating it would update me on the progress of my vehicle. 5:15pm came, and they called to let me know the truck was ready. No text notification, so that was pointless and I will need to be sure to get my number unsubscribed.Thank you for two full days, unnecessarily, without my vehicle for what amounted to two hours of work. You should be paying me instead of the other way around.An all around very unorganized and frustrating experience.* 2 days in a row of being first in line, with an appointment and no work being done* Multiple times clarifying that the truck was there for brakes, not a state inspection* Terrible organizational skills, misplacing my contact information and not knowing what my vehicle was there for, in the age of all information being stored in computers.Will not be returning and will be sure not to recommend.

These guys are great! Had to get a spare tire put on my wheel and not only was it a great deal but they threw on an extra nut that I was missing so that the wheel stuck properly on the back of my 2004 Honda CRV!

All they had to do was repair my ac, that’s all they had to do… these mofo’s tightened my brakes and now my car can’t reverse and drives very slowly, it’s very dangerous and I don’t think they know how to fix what they did because I already went back twice

However he went above and beyond to get the proper machine in to work on my year vehicle and to get it done in one day! The staff is exceptional and very professional. The staff are all so nice, so professional and well mannered. I observed them explain to other customers what they did or planned on doing and then explain how long it would take. They were all kind to each customer. I went there for my car to be inspected.

They got me in with a last-minute call which was great. The price is fantastic. The only problem I had was that I had previously had my oil changed by a different Meineke and they had overfilled it. When that happened it caused my lower Engine Seal to blow out. It was a big hassle. So when I gave them my car this time I told them about it and ask them to be sure to put the correct amount of oil in the car. When I got the car back I drove to work and then checked my oil and it was overfilled again. Luckily I caught it before any damage was done this time. And it was probably an error in the program that fills the oil not human error. I was only upset because I warned them when I gave them the car and apparently they did not believe me or did not find it necessary to double-check. They did fix the problem right away by sending me to a different Meineke to have it fixed. Overall a good experience

There are very polite and courteous gentlemen staffing this location. I went in for an oil change and I will be going in for further diagnostics because my car is on the older side.Follow-up:The also fixed my Mass Airflow Sensor. I completed a round trip to NYC without any issues. Before getting my Sensor fixed, I stalled on the way to Meineke! Thank you very much for a great job!

I bought a new truck with 34 thousand miles on it and the macanic noticed a leak coming from the top of the motor. I immediately called the Ford dealership and everything is under warranty. If it wasnt for the knowledge of the machanic, I would have never known. I highly recommend this place. Very professional

Continuously disppointed with this Meineke. Wont be coming back.Issue #1) They will give you a quote for a ridiculously high number, and then when you express discontent, they will rewrite it for a lower, but still quite high price. They did this to me twice - once for removing window tint, and once for replacing the windshield wiper fluid motor. Its like they try to trick you into thinking its a good deal.Issue #2) They offer services that they dont actually do properly. Whatever you do - DO NOT GET WINDOW TINT REMOVED HERE. They charge an insanely high labor price just to do a terrible job, leaving most of the adhesive on the window. You can do better by yourself with a heat gun and windex.Issue #3) They try to get you to pay for services you may not even need. They tried to convince me to pay $350 to replace my windshield wiper fluid motor because the fluid was frozen. I elected to instead wait until the weather got warmer - and turns out, the motor wasnt actually broken. Glad I didnt take their advice.Plus, there isnt a proper waiting room to sit. Ill be taking my car elesewhere for future service.

On 10-10-2020- I went to Meineke car care for the first time. I needed some exhaust work dome & a oil chang. I was shocked on how adorable the price was for the repair. Went for state inspection and tire replacement. Found out I needed brakes. Service was fast and they keep you informed of status by text. They also help keep cost down by applying specials or coupons available to the bill. Only thing that bothered me and left me feeling less than 100 percent satisfied was after picking up my car the check tire light came on. Didn’t have time to go back and inquire but would think this should have been addressed before releasing car to me

The most important detail about this place is that if they make a mistake, (and we all do) they fix it and honor it. Cant ask for more than that from an Auto body.

The crew at Meineke have been nothing but wonderful. I recently moved to the area and was having issues and barely made it into their parking lot. They took my truck right in, inspected it through and through, and were kind enough to show me in person everything that needed to be addressed. They were very quick in getting me an estimate, and were kind enough to allow me time to make a decision on whether or not I was prepared to have the work done. Once I decided to go ahead with things, it was ready within half a day. I price shopped a little to make sure I was making the right decision, and they definitely beat everyone out in price. I could not be more appreciative of their help. Unfortunately I do still have some other issues I need to address with the vehicle, but they’re on top of it and working diligently to help me diagnose those as well! Glad to have found honest hard working mechanics so quickly.

Very honest and fair pricing. I’ve used them for years. My prior mechanic use to tell me something was wrong with my car every time I came in, but Meineke never tries to up-sell me on something my car doesn’t need.

I went in for an inspection, for 40.00 dollars, and ended up paying 433.00 in the long run, they found I needed front breaks, new filters. Plus paid about 95.00 per hour for all this. A little expensive when you live on less than 6oo.oo a month. I was not a happy camper! That leaves me less then a 100.00 to live on for the month!! 😱 Will I ever go back there, absolutely Not!! Not for that price. ☹️😢. No all set! Thanks for the compassion. Not!!

So I had a 1993 Honda del sol that needed the tie rods changed. They said that they didn’t touch the back wheels when they did it and apparently the nuts on the wheels were off. Then they suggested to get them replaced ASAP, which I don’t understand. But the other thing is I told them that I needed an oil change aswell. And I paid for it I have the receipt, and they left a little tag on the car that says the next oil change. But apparently I guess they got busy or something and forgot to put the oil in the car. So now my car is seized and I’m not sure what to do.

Was quoted almost 700$ by dealership for whole exhaust pipe. So came to meineke and they are fixing the problematic area for under $200. Always worth coming here for service. They are great at what they do and care about the customers,and willing to be helpful anyway they can.

I went here reluctantly as a new customer due to an issue with my exhaust. I am familiar with cars and do a lot of my own work so when a shop tells me nonsense I generally know. I was impressed by the honesty in the diagnosis and a fair price given the cost if exhaust and catalytic converter work. The manager, Mike, seemed ethical and followed through on calling me when he said he would. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would I could have gotten similar parts much cheaper on my own if they were okay putting them in.
