Took my battery in for a recharge and test, they then told me it would be ready in a few hours and they would call me. They never called me. I called the next day, they claimed I never brought in a battery. I still had the slip that they gave me when I dropped the battery off. I then had to call the corporate office and send a picture of my slip. The big wigs called the store made them give me a brand new battery. We are square in this sense however everytime I call they put me on hold and never answer or even better have no idea of the parts or tools I ask for. They need to either educate their staff or hire better ones.

In and out, the employees are second to none... very knowledgeable and any parts thats where I go into the other ones they carry most of the parts themselves prices are better at the zone and over time you get to know people.

Terrible Customer service. Will not go back. Bought Rain gaurds last night over the phone because we live over an hour away and they were the closest location that had them. They made me pay for it to hold it. And then when we got there and waited 15 min to be rung out they wouldnt let me use my coupon for $10 off for over $50. The guy said its too late The rain gaurds were $63. Plus 2 hours of driving. Im very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location.

If the store were to be round, these guys carved a chuck out of the wall just so they could make a corner to look in.Most places ive been to will simply initiate a parts lookup and give you whatever info the computer spits out, but these guys used the internet, books, and even called other people as if they made the quest to find my parts into their personal journey.Jared and Andre pulled all the stops out while looking for the very specific part I needed for my high horsepower chariot. Jared called the stores hub in search of my part and pushed the guy on the other end of the phone to dig deeper and physically describe the part in detail... He was not going to hang up or accept any excuses until we had all the info.I was thouroughly impressed with the exemplary customer service, and they did all this while continuing to help other customers and maintain a friendly environment.

Dear owner your store fell short with working knowledge of staff. Customer service is fair but is limited by experience. Great parts for a fair average consumer price and the only company i can say that backs their lifetime warranty ( only reason i still shop there from time to time) 2nd star was lost when a staff member ensured your location had a part. I asked the rep to hold it for me and was there within 15 minutes. Part was never held and not on location. I was then told it was a 3 day wait. No point in spending all that money there when a 3 day wait from online and I have the same product and warranty for a fraction of the price. Customer service ia honestly killing that location and the companys reputation.

I like being able to get good quality parts without having to wait for UPS or USPS. Im somewhat disappointed in the society wide change in people at the point of sale these days. Problem is that I remember when the staff actually new something about automotive parts, service and offered project advice. This isnt unique to AutoZone, whom I still prefer getting my parts.

AUTO ZONE EVENTUALLY DID THE RIGHT THING AND SENT ME A NEW REPLACMENT WIPER. This review is for the online store not the brick and mortar. Bought 4 wiper blades from online store. One had been opened and the wiper adapter had been changed. Called auto zone and their solution was to have me waste my time, gas and energy to bring wiper to store or mail back used wiper that should never have been sent in the first place. As well as waste 20 minutes of my time on the phone. I will never buy from auto zone again.

Ok. So the alternator testing was very good and helpful. The manager was OK and semi friendly early in the morning. But as usual there is ALWAYS a line and a wait here. Understaffed and busy. I try not to go here just because of this. Why is there a 10 minutes wait to check out. The other staffers are always slow and not wanting to do their jobs in customer service. There is always 1 person who cares more and has pride in his work here and everyone else is just their for the pay check.

My car died in a parking lot I was trying to find a battery and a one store when it will too much and didnt want to help. So ended up driving to AutoZone and there was a crowd of people inside and the assistant manager told me to wait outside which I did. Then she came out and got me and told me I can come in then a few minutes later being in line another lady was helping me trying to find the most cost-effective battery. I ended up getting the battery elsewhere but the simple fact that AutoZone what above and beyond and had the patience to work with me and not make me feel rushed. They treated me with the utmost respect and dignity and for the store being crowded on a Saturday day today fantastic job and facilitating people to get in and out

Stopped in this am to get new headlight bulbs for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jacob was the only employee on the floor or register but was handling everyone professionally and efficiently. I had a few questions and he helped me ID the correct parts. I got home and I had more questions so called in. Jacob again assisted me and identified what I was doing wrong. Ive had extremely good luck with the three Autozone stores Ive been to. (Derry, Hooksett and Manchester) The most recent trip was to the Manchester store to get a ujoint. I was able to order it online, and it was ready later that day. I was extremely pleased at the service at all of these Autozone stores, as compared with Sanel/Napa, to which Ive given alot of business. *** IF YOU GO TO THE MANCHESTER STORE, BE PATIENT!*** This store is a hub... they do a ton of work here. The crew there deserves huge THANK YOU for how they keep me on the road.

Joe and Scott were AWESOME!!!Sunday, husband and I bought kayaks. Well the rope we had wasn’t working out so we stopped by to buy ratchets. We had no idea how to use them and my husband kept getting them knotted up lol. We were out there almost 2 hours frustrated at each other and exhausted.The store closed and Joe and Scott were heading to their cars to go home. Well they stopped to help us, off the clock, no pay, when anyone else would be rushing to go home, they gave up their time to help us.They were friendly and beyond helpful.Above and beyond customer service!Every business needs employees like Joe and Scott!!!- the Kayak People

Beyond grateful for the help and the knowledge. A+ this place is the real advanced one. I had gone to advanced Auto and they were not only ride but plain incompetent and Im pretty over them. First time I was completely bipassed by the worker there who proceeded to serve the person behind me when my children and I were clearly in line first got about 15 minutes already because I was paying with card and had to return something for my car. So I then had to wait another 15-20 minutes until someone else became available thankfully my kids are week behaved and know how to wait patiently. Anyway Auto zone was professional and helpful beyond belief. Thanks

Employee went above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns! My dealership wanted to replace my cabin air filter and air filter for well over $100. The employee not only help me with saving money and buying the filters I needed he inspected the filters to see if replacement was really needed. Upon inspection and guidance he said that the air filter was in fair condition which saved me $51.75 to replace it that the dealership wanted it done for and that the cabin air filter needed replacement. The employee helped me make an easy purchase for the cabin air filter which cost me $15.99 rather then $55.25 that the dealership wanted it done for parts and labor. Not only did the employee help me find, inspect and purchased new cabin air filter he help replaced the old one for the new one and showed and taught me how to replace both the cabin and air filters an do the labor at my own expense and for future replacements. In which I liked not knowing how to do it, now I do. The employee did this all at no cost but 100% customer service! My battery crapped out, only after a year of use, went in, floor manager looked up my info and then got me another battery as covered by thew warranty, and installed it. Gave my some tips, very helpful. Overall great experience. Also saw a person who I had sold goods to working in the store and know that he is a good guy as well. Other workers casually joking about with Manager who knew how to be casual yet still be in charge and give direction. Go here, theyll help you out.

They also have free services like engine light check etc.If you are looking for a specific auto part that they do not have, they can also order it for you.

Went in, went straight to the counter for help. Watched a bunch of ​seemingly clueless employees walk around, both behind the counter and on the sales floor. Finally spoke up and asked Is there someone who can help me? One of employees said after he finishes helping another customer. I was the only customer on the store so Im not sure who he was referring to. Pointer: acknowledge a customer waiting, right in front of you, and tell them youll be right with them, instead of making them wait to ask.

There is a level of expectation when it comes to efficient customer service and therefore my rating of this Autozone branch is 1 star.I had recently visited the store and wanted to purchase a fog lamp assembly for a 2014 Ford Fiesta. The representative stated that the item was in stock and ordered it for me to be shipped to the store within the next 24 - 48 hours and I would receive a call when the part is available for me to pick up.I was in no hurry to pick the part up but I never received a call within the 2 days and decided to just wait another 2 days. That call never came!Ive decided to drop in the store to see what the status of the order. The representative advised me that the order was cancelled due to being out of stock.Unacceptable! Ive paid for the part and was told it was in stock and I understand mistakes in inventory happen but I am upset that Ive never was notified of the cancellation. This is very poor communications skills within your company! If my order was cancelled, due you think I was owed a refund or just ignore the issue?Remember, AutoZone.....It takes a long time to build a relationship with a customer, It takes only seconds to lose it! Also remember that one bad experience is equal to losing 7 potential customers. I have already told family, friends and co-workers about your customer service or lack thereof and hope you lose more potential customers by writing this review.

Employees need basic knowledge of cars. When they think an Wrx Sti is made by Volkswagen, that doesnt make me feel comfortable buying parts from there. Would of gave 1 star but they are at least nice.
