Would not buy mattress here again worst customer service I have ever experienced! Their return policy is ridiculous. They sell you a mattress no problem but to return it with a receipt the next day won’t work. They have to pick it up from your house and mail a check in 4 to 6 weeks. Worst experience ever! I had visited Mattress Firm a few months back looking for a new mattress. I wasn’t ready yet to make a purchase. Kevin, at the location across from the Mall of NH, was so helpful and easy to work with that when it was time to buy, I specifically came back to this store to work with him. They didn’t even have my mattress on their show room floor. I found it at another competitor.Kevin was able to order the mattress I wanted and was pleasant and helpful without all the salesman showy stuff. I even bought a new pillow! So much for Mattress Firm anticipated cooperation . I purchased a mattress from Kevin back in April 21st 2021. I came into the store to exchange my mattress order. It was so disappointing when Kevin said he had some where he had to be. So, another sales person Klaus said he could help me with my order. Unfortunately, when I exchanged Kevin’s order-I forgot to mentioned to Klaus-I was looking for a low profile mattress-this was a deal breaker and only Kevin knew this! Bottom line-I have an invoice on June 30th showing my the mattress order was refunded. But, I’m still getting billed from MATTRESS FIRM /SYNCHRONY HOME. And, forget about Mattress Firm customer service number..they have you fill out a form on line…there’s no live agent. We’re in September 2021 and I’m still waiting for MATTRESS FIRM to send the refund from June 30th to my Synchrony Bank!

The day that my husband and I bought our mattress and base, I called to get a quote. The gentleman I spoke to, Kevin McAllister; was super nice, answered any questions that I ask, and gave me a lot of information over the phone that I needed. Later that day my husband and I went in to go look at the mattresses. Kevin was there to help us. Again he answered any questions my husband and I had, he never gave us the typical salesman spiel that usually makes you feel like you have to buy that bed. All in all, I had a amazing experience and I will definitely refer people to mattress firm.

I went to the store on South Willow in Manchester after a big box store down the road cancelled my delivery. What an awesome experience. Ronni was my sales representative and he went above and beyond. He showed me a ton of options, answered a lot of questions and in the end my new purple beds will be delivered in 2 days not 2 months like the big box store. They were super friendly, financing was available and I would recommend them.

I went in looking for a solution to my back pain that Ive had with cheap low end memory foam mattresses for years, Zach helped me find the most comfortable mattress that was within my budget, and Ronnie helped me get a great deal on it. Would recommend them any day. They really know their stuff!

Drew and the delivery team were fantastic. We went to the store to compare mattresses in person. Drew was friendly and knowledgeable with each brand. We left to do some pricing comparison and they were able to meet the pricing we found online. We opted for the mattress to be delivered and our old mattress to be discarded. The delivery team was on time and had the new setup complete within minutes. Awesome experience.

We walked in and was kindly greeted by Kevin McAllister. He asked a few questions and offered to show us the different technologies they offered. He explained each one thoroughly while providing us time to lay on them. After each one he would ask how they felt to us and what if any would like more. After narrowing down to 2 brands, he had us lay down for more time to feel each ones level of support. Once we decided which Mattress was right for us, he worked with the many options and price points explaining them completely. This experience was great! My wife and I were intending to just look at their offerings. I went in this afternoon knowing that I wanted a queen sized mattress, but not much else. Ronni was incredibly helpful and engaging even while juggling multiple customers seamlessly. I didnt feel pressured all, I was given plenty of time to weigh my options and several beds multiple times until I was comfortable with a decision. We had a wonderful experience buying our first mattress. When we entered, we were immediately greeted by the manager whom offered plenty of helpful information about whats where and how to get the most out of our shopping experience. We then, following his advice, laid on the medium and soft mattresses we liked. He then lent us aromatic memory pillows for us to try out for all the beds.He offered us bottled water too and also explained which promotions were in effect. Next he told us about the guarantees they back for their beds. He told us to sleep on the bed for at least 30 days and, if we are not satisfied, we can exchange it for another (free delivery) and even another after that. We also got $100 off our bed purchase and free pillows. The whole process was smooth and worry-free. I am extremely happy with the bed. Since then, it never lost its shape, I wake feeling great, I dream every night, and it holds up very well. Im grateful to Mattress Firm and their value and service. They stand by their products and I will certainly recommend them.

A very informed and constructive visit the Mattress Firm and sales associate/regional trainer Ryan to find the right beds for us.
