Decor was very nice, but customer service was non existent. I greeted the greeter with a friendly hello, and she looked the other way as to avoid interaction. None of the other employees so much as said hello to us when we walked by, nor did they say excuse me if the aisle was extremely congested as they walked by.. Perhaps it was just an off day for the store altogether. But that was just our observation.

Love this place. Has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked also. Staff always happy and friendly.

Good selection and fast check out

Great place for household furnishings and a lot more. The selection of furniture, carpet, and accessories is outstanding.

Place is great, never know what you might find. Walked out with three pairs of shoes, all name brands. That was Sierra, next to Homesense and Marshalls in Bedford.

All I can say it is great, if you see something you like buy it chances are it will be gone soon!

Both the Homesense and Homegoods in Bedford have mildew/must problems. Im very sensitive to mold so couldnt browse at all in either store. I know its not the imported merchandise, as I dont have this problem with any of their other locations.

Put a chair on hold, once I came back it was already sold. Excuse was, “took too long” however, told the lady it’d been a couple hours (which it was). Awful experience tried to talk to customer service and was told there’s nothing to do.
