“Customer service” put me on hold then proceeded to talk trash about me. When I showed up at the store to question them about it. Magically no one knew who answered the phone. Save your time, go to rite aid

I needed pedialyte popsicles and they can be hard to find. Walgreens has them. I ran in quickly with my 2.5 year old son. As we got in line the cashier made several comments about how loud he was being. We had just come from his speech therapy session which he has been attending for over a year to help him process words. When he gets excited, he can tend to yell. I was extremely uncomfortable and angry with the cashier. I bought the popsicles and then was upset with myself for having the transaction with her. I went back immediately and returned them. I didnt say why but she clearly knew. If you work in customer service but dont like kids, get a different job.

Honestly very unwelcoming environment in the pharmacy section lol seems like their employees just like to stare at you instead of helping you get a vaccination you signed up for.

Jillian was amazing! There was a problematic customer and she handled them very well. Instead of being rude to them, like they were to her, she resolved the issue and had excellent customer service! With it being Christmas, I felt like she deserved a special thank you!

SLOWEST CASHIER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. If youre in a rush do not go in the store. I have been there twice to grab a few items and the old employee behind the counter barely moves. Never before have I see this. I thought she was messing with us. If you want to wait 15-20 minutes in line and be late for work be my guest.

I went here to get a passport photo, and Dustin was extremely patient and helpful, especially when we were having problems with a coupon. Hes very good natured and made a stressful experience not so stressful. Also, the store is handicapped-accessible and they have plenty of handicap parking.

Went in for the first time yesterday. Young lady working near the door greeted me as did the young man behind the counter. The Pharmacy ladies went out of their way to get me a medicine my regular pharmacy couldn’t supply. Very pleased. Great customer service.

Place wouldnt give me an insulin needle to take my insulin with,unless I had a prescription.
