Ive been to a lot of different SalonCentrics between MA & NH and this one is by far the best. The place is cleaner and brighter than others Ive been too, and the shelves are fully stocked with more of a selection of products as well. Awesome friendly, helpful staff. A special shout out to Bill who went above & beyond, the last 2 times I was there, to help me find exactly what I needed, even calling other stores.

Most of the staff are great. Items are never priced correctly or at all so it usually is a big surprise upon cashing out. Prices are inflated and its cheaper to buy thermal styling tools elsewhere.

Work environment is comforting as are the employees. Personalities were very friendly and very knowledgeable about products with honesty
