Even though the store has one associate, they have been doing a fantastic job! They are friendly, up beat and on top of everything. Yea, the store closes some days but who doesn’t need a break? I can’t remember your name, but you are killing it!

I guess whoever works there likes to close the store early because I showed up during their listed hours to grab some nail polish and the doors are locked. Do you close at 6:45 or 7? Because if its 7 then you should have your doors open until then. Pro tip: if you want to actually make money as a business then you have to be open during your store hours. 🤷‍♀️

I love this store! It has everything! Bought bleach developer and all the supplies like brushes, bowls and hair caps all for 25 dollars!! Super happy with the products too! The people were super helpful and kind!

Hair products I need and have been purchasing for 7 years all of a sudden are not in stock at many, maybe all of Sallys stores.kemo is why I needed to buy hair and cuza covid (I believe anyway) my Chloe hair and color are never on shelves anymore, and its the perfect product for anyone else who has lost their hair, I probably should not have relied on just one stores product, should have shopped around years ago, no one expected covid to come and change lives forever

Helpful staff and clean store.

They always have a helpful and friendly staff willing to answer any questions you have. Need to find the right aftercare products, they got you. Cant find the right shade of color theyll can tell you what colors you can combine to get the perfect shade. I love Sallys. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is simply because they do run out of some of the best products fast and it can be a bit of a pain to go to a different one to obtain the product you really want.

Recently went in and was assisted by Jam. She was amazing! I had like 100 questions & she was so knowledgeable & pleasant! Will continue returning just for her!

Um im here to buy color for a guest and it 10 :15am and doors are locked. Did no one show up for work?

If I could have given them less than a star I would. pulled up the website said they were open call the number said they were open waited to speak to a associate nobody answered the phone I figured they were busy. I drove all the way from hooksett door was locked lights were on another young lady pulled up She knocked called from her phone no answer. We both looked through the windows could not see associates. Another customer came by She knocked on the windows look through all of them to see maybe if they saw somebody out back maybe nothing!! I am disabled so I went back to my car try calling again to see if I could reach an associate no answer it does say on the window that curbside is available gives you the number that we all had nothing!! Very disappointed I went in there to get a few things I purposely did not go to Ulta and tried given Sallys another try another chance due to the fact that I havent had pleasant encounters there before. But I wanted to give it another chance I figured there will be new employees. This is the first time Ive ever left the review for anything I always try to give a business and or their employees a few chances because I understand everybody has a bad day or I have a bad day and everybody deserves a second chance but I think I am done with Sallys and I am on my way home from spending $150 at a different location different store that was going to be spent as Sallys.

There is no sign on the door that says that they are closed or why they are closed. I’ve tried going to this location 4 times over the past 3 weeks and they have been closed every single time. Apparently no one works here.

Great quick in and out service. Decent prices and service. All of your hair care needs as well as great skin care products with fantastic prices here it is the only place I buy my hair color! Just as good as the Salons. Don’t let them fool you

Pretty good service and the girl with the green hair is very knowledge about the products. Helped me fix my hair after a huge mistake. Told me how to fix it and what products to use. Helped me extremely well.

This store randomly closes for no apparent reason. The last 4 times I have tried to shop they closed before their posted business hours.

Went in for a manikin. Tag said black manikin $29. Brought it up, woman said she can’t sell it to me for $29 and that one was discontinued. 1. She was very rude about. 2. Why is there a tag on the shelf when the product is discontinued. Not the most pleasant visit to Sally’s today.

Helpful staff, had knowledge on products for sensitive hair.

Honestly Ive gone here quite a few times and the staff was lovely I thought they knew what they were doing. The past few times Ive gone and asked for advice on dying my hair and highlights etc I got extremely bad advice and ended up with ten different colors with bleach patches in my hair, the majority of my head being orange. Today I also received more bad advice on mixing certain products and bleach and my bottle at home exploded bleach everywhere based on the advice they gave me and I carefully followed. Its bubbling and boiling and melting the bottle. They hired people who really have no clue how to give correct advice, they may be nice but they have no idea what theyre doing and I cant go there anymore. Theyve given such wrong advice and damaged my hair. That bubbling boiling bleach volcano crap was ready to go into my hair.

Poor customer service! Doesnt take returns. Lost my business. Found a better deal somewhere else!
