I stopped into this Sephora to replenish a few favorites and look for new products. Kevin was amazing! He greeted me shortly after I walked in the store and made the entire experience fun! He expertly recommended products for my skin type and super pale skin tone, explained how to apply them, and answered every question I had patiently and professionally. Thank you for everything, Kevin! :)

I wish I got the girls name but she was amazing helping me pick out my wedding makeup. She took the time to match foundation and concealer for me and I appreciate the effort

I’m not one to make the time to right reviews but I had such an amazing experience at this location because of there employee Taz. She takes the time to actually help people out and has knowledge of the product she’s selling. I can’t express how many times I’ve asked for help and people tell me that I’ve picked out the right stuff for my skin and I use it and it’s totally wrong for me. She took the time to make sure I had the product right for me and made me laugh the entire time I was in the store. We need more people like Taz!!!

Taz is the employee of the year! I have never ever experienced such excellent customer service in my life; she is very knowledgeable too, knows all the ingredients about products, and she always makes the best recommendations based on your skin type! I want to give her a hug every time I leave the store!

Was treated with suspicion when I returned a powder from an online order even though I had my confirmation, receipt, and everything on my phone. Then they put my refund on a JC Penney gift card which cannot be used online saying it was all they had but failed to mention I would not be able to use it online which was the whole point.

I wish I can give 0 star. Very bad experience. I bought my foundation, powder and concealer on September 20 th Sunday and now I’m done with my old foundation yesterday only and open my New foundation from sephora and I’m pumping, pumping and pumping nothing came out and tryed twisting the cap but Nop . So I went there today with my New bottle saying this thing happened and the lady pull up my account and told me that I haven’t bought anything since so long. I was so shock for those three thing I pay more than $100 cash using my number from the same lady who help me to buy those things.She sound like I was invisible on 20 th sep for sephora. Plz check your camera lady. I was there and you helped me to buy that empty bottle. Region she gave me was awful.everyone plz check your bottle immediately they can give you empty bottle also specially now because you cannot open the bottle and check over there.👎👎👎

Small. But had what we were looking for. If you come at a busy time, due to restrictions, you have to wait. Good customer service.

This is the worst store we have ever been in. The customer service is horrible. The lady working there followed my wife and accused her of stealing. She left the store in tears.

This is my favorite place to shop for make up! The staff are super amazing and friendly and very helpful. I was shopping for a new foundation and the associate came over to me and offered to color match me to the correct shade. They are never rude or act stuck up.

This Sephora is very trans friendly!! The whole staff was kind and not judgmental at all. Me being new to everything heather was the lovely lady to do my custom make over She was not only very knowledgeable about how and what to apply during the process she was also very supportive and empowering as well she made me feel beautiful and comfortable the whole time I was there! I will definitely be coming back here again in that future!

I went to buy some make up stuff for my girlfriend and the girl that was closing tonight ( December 8th 2019) was very helpful and super nice.

I had gone in to find something to fill in my eyebrows and Kate helped me and is super amazing. She was super helpful and caring and if I could rate this more stars I totally would!

Because they do not deserve a 5 star they got 3 it is just another store. The mens perfumes could have alot more of a variety.
