The place was busy but the staff worked quick but efficiently which was really nice. I had to ask for help in finding something in particular and the gentleman was very helpful and got me out as quick as possible which was even nicer!

Went in to get some oil, tag said buy one get one half off. Guy rang it up and it was full price. I told him about the tag, he went over and said no it wasnt that brand. I went to go show him and he ripped the sticker down and said thats expired. I still had to pay full price. Pretty annoyed

Customer service was misleading & I was quoted a price for the same part at another location, They didn’t have it in store. Show up to this one and it was more expensive for some reason. Weird.

Terrible!!! I never seen a more pitiful example of customer service. The manager was out back chatting with someone on his personal cell phone while 2 barely trained sales associates attempted to handle the customers they had. All the while the store is filled with people waiting for help. I counted 12 customers not including myself waiting. I called in earlier to ask for a part to be pulled aside and his reply I cant do that, theres a line of people ahead of you. Then when i finally get to the counter the sales associate didnt know how to do a return. If i hadnt worked there before i wouldnt have been able to do it myself. I still had to ask a manager to put his number in to process my return. And lastly the other sales associate was holding a full on conversation with a customer about football instead of finishing the sale quickly, in order to help the next person. Just terrible. If i could curse them out on here i would.

They help you with everything including installing windshield wipers for free and if one employee cant figure it out, they ask for help with another employee and get it done fast.also they dont want you to leave until they know everything is working great.

Three different stores within several miles of each other in the same area -- and none of them had the auto light bulb that I was looking for. I dont believe its an uncommon bulb, but hard to believe that out of three Auto Parts store locations none of them would carry it? Each location did offer a wide selection of Auto bulb types but there were a lot of blank spots too. Only one of the three auto parts store locations offered to order it for me -- which would have been okay but the purpose of brick-and-mortar is to get immediate satisfaction. Each location was clean, however some of them had plastic inventory crates in the aisles which could pose a tripping hazard for anyone.

AutoZone needs an automated teller for when youre going in to buy something small and people are ordering parts

Helpful staff, but be careful ordering online. Happened a couple times now, go to pick up order and they dont have sufficient stock. May want to call ahead and confirm they can assemble the order before you make the trip.@AAP suggestion: take the time to put together orders ahead of customers showing up, and be proactive to issues. (At least until you upgrade your PIM. ;)

They install your windshield wipers for free. Nice and knowledgeable staff, went above and beyond. Highly recommended

Amazing service as always!

Ive been getting pots there for years and I find your prices are good and I never have a problem with their products. I believe theyre open till 10 at night and that makes it more convenient for some people who might work overtime and cant go there by 9. You can check it out to be sure about the time that they close and I believe they close later on Sunday to which is good.

I am a try and do it myself kind of person and tend to observe what my father does while working on different vehicles and have picked up a thing or two, recently one of the hoses cracked in my Honda civic and had to be replaced as the anti freeze was spilling out so I went to get that hose the staff member came out to the car took a look at it went in looked in the computer went out back made sure they were actually out as the computer stated and then let me know where I could go to find it. Very helpful, polite and accommodating staff members.

I came here to buy 2 gallons of oil for my car. The staff were nice to me and the floors were clean. They have a small parking lot with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They sell oil, wiper blades, tires, antifreeze, window washer fluid ect for your car.

I always go by you but jeez have more registers on. At least 2 not 1

Doesnt even deserve 1 star worst location. Staff is completely rude, disrespect and have no idea what they are talking about. I was quoted a price but had to pay another. Stay clear from here this isnt the first time they have been rude. I have been in there when they have been the was way towards other people. They need some major training in this location. Go to the mast road location well worth the time and drive. Way better service.

I only stopped in the parking lot to make sure someone who had a lemonade stand(she was on the sidewalk) wasnt being harassed.

These guys saved my day. The battery died in my car and I needed to get to work. They did a test for free to make sure that it was indeed the battery and then did a free installation. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Polite staff and fast service.

If youre looking for anything for cars Advance Auto Parts on Valley Street is a great place to start even when youre buying things as new windshield wipers will come out and put them on for you if you dont know how when you change your oil by yourself you can bring back the old oil to Advance Auto Parts for them to dispose of for you for free and you dont even have to buy the oil from them its things like that that has me keep coming back

Its ok. Auto zone is much better. New kid not very knowlegable at all. I feel like Im bothering the workers there sometimes. I go there on the fly for little things since its close to my home. Love the online coupon tho. Thats why the got 3 instead of 1 star.

Better prices elsewhere

Short story. I went to Advance Auto trying to return a bulb I purchased for my motorcycle. I ended up with the store manager (bulbs cannot be resold according to this guy). The manager, after explaining my situation, agreed to take the loss and refund me the 6 bucks. Instead of taking the money and riding away, I asked for his help with finding a fit. He walked out with me, I showed him the bulb I needed in the rear, he made a comment about me being from Massachusetts, went inside the store, said he couldnt help and refused to refund my money based on the rule that its unlawful to resell an open package of bulbs, also mentioned the police station is down the road. TWO STARS BECAUSE THE STORE IS CLEAN.

90% of the time they have the parts I need little more expensive than one of the other part stores that gives me a discount but when you need it you need it

This place is pathetic. Orderd a part on line and it said i could pick it up whin a half an hour. They did not have the part.could not find it and they said they could reorder it. The store was a mess and there was only one competant salesmen. I will never use this company again.

Bought a new headlight bulb, easy and smooth, only ten minutes! UPDATE: Turns out the bulb was incorrect, went to a different Advance Auto Parts and they were flabbergasted how someone would have messed this up, but got me the correct one and it is now installed!

I dont usually write reviews, but Im very annoyed with the store clerk right now that Im going to. Maybe I walked in there on an off day for him, but he was very rude. He gave me attitude when I tried to ask if they had a part in stock and cut me off when I was talking. Ive been to other Advance Auto parts and never had an issue, but I wont be visiting this particular store ever again so I dont have to interact with that jerk again.

Tried to call to get a price on a part. She answered and asked to place me on hold..after 5 minutes I hung up and called auto zone. I always call advance first as they are closer to my my house, but the lost my business today

Just got off the phone with Carlos from the Manchester store. He was absolutely unwilling to help me, stating that he was busy and refused to price an item for me. I drove by the store (on my way to another store) a minute later and the parking lot was empty. I shop with these guys on a regular basis, but Im unlikely to return now.

Without a doubt my favorite auto supply store, they always hello me find what i need, exchange or replace things that were incorrect, and are very competative with all other supply stores, plus they have great coupons and price break programs.

Went in asking about battery warranty. I thought I had purchased mine from a AAP, but was mistaken. Before we even got to that point it was a bad experience. Two guys, one was younger and of a darker complexion the other was an older white guy. Young guy was nice enough, old guy was just rude. I know I dont know jack about cars, but you figure that a person in a auto parts store would be use to it and would want to help educate rather than just be a jerk. Turns out I got my battery from a Autozone, much better. I recommend going to Autozone in Manch than this place.

Didnt have the part I needed today usually do

I have been to this store a bunch out of convenience and each time it has been a not so good experience. The folks that help you work as though they dont want to be there or you’re bothering them when asking questions etc. Just the past two weeks I called with questions but got hung up on before I could even say bye again getting the impression I am bothering these folks. One of them was yesterday and it was the store manager.I have been in line at this store waiting to check out along with others and on more than one occasion when they opened another register to help, people would run to them who werent waiting like the rest or who were at the back of the line and the guys in the store wouldnt tell them they have to wait their turn, clearly they didnt care about the folks who have been patiently waiting to go next. Terrible customer service in Manchester, NH.I went to the Hooksett NH store and it was a night and day difference. The folks in Hooksett were eager to help and go the extra mile with a smile to get done what it was I needed, that to me is customer service.Manchester should reevaluate who they hire because the folks that have been there have been terrible with very few good ones.
