ZERO STARS for the GMC Service Department!! If I could have chose zero, I would have. but it makes you pick at least one star.DONT USE THEM! Same manager at the Chevy service department too, just so you know.Dishonest, no integrity, cant perform the most simple of services, an oil change. They didnt put oil back into my truck. NO OIL. Caused my engine to need large repairs. when brought to the service managers attention, he lied and demeaned me as a woman, telling me he needed to show me how to properly read a dipstick, and as a customer in a BRAND NEW truck. It suddenly had issues with a factory default in the lifters, which wasnt present four days earlier. BAD BAD BAD service.

The people are always really nice and Steve was very helpful in Service; however, I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change and some items to be looked at--which took 3.5 hours. The problem I have with that is only the oil change was done and one last minute test drive to listen to a noise which turned out to be normal--the other items were just discussed and no work actually was done. The oil change held up the test drive, so is it normal for one to take 3 hours? I had expected to wait for an hour or 90 mins--not 3.5 hours. That was very frustrating.

The sales department is great there however the service department is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. The service side has a lack of communication or care and the work they do is subpar. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to have work done at this dealership!

From my initial phone call to the dealership inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website to emailing me quotes before I even step foot in the dealership he was fantastic. My husband and I went in on a Monday evening and they happened to be short staffed, but they were still able to help us with trading in our ancient acadia. We found the perfect upgrade with Ryans help. He was fantastic helping us with our purchase! We have bought cars before from other dealerships, but Quirk has to be the most easy and friendly dealership we have ever done business with! I will definitely be returning when its time to trade the old Kia in!

Worst experience with a dealership! Worked with Matt and Frank. While in the middle of negotiating Matt at one point stated I dont have to sell you this truck. You dont say things like that in a professional business environment. Frank had the audacity to say If we sell you this truck, GMC will send a survey. Just dont fill it out if you have any bad things to say or anything less than 100 %. DO NOT go here. Corrupt!

The service tech advised me that a transmission flush was required due to a recall and that it was completed. Upon driving home the vehicle was making noise again in the transmission. further contact with service supervisor indicated that the flush was not completed and reschedule the vehicle. next thing i find out is that the ENTIRE dealership is out of trans fluid.Also, i have had to drive to the dealership twice because the phone is never answered in the GMC service area.

Craig Anderson was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He was great! But, we had issues with the vehicle from the minute we got home, something with the vcm computer. After multiple trips, we are hopeful it is resolved. And, after a lot of missed work, gas, and time spent we have have not been compensated at all for this! Also, at pickup, the truck was not meticulously cleaned and had spots and over spray from the tire cleaner on the wheel wells, rear quarter and bumper.Update: the manager contacted us and did get us an extra year of onstar, since the issue with the computer was preventing us to get in, or out of the vehicle without the app for onstar. The issue does seem to be fixed after the 3rd trip back within the first month of purchasing. Also, this is the second vehicle we purchased from Craig and he really was great to deal with as the salesperson!

Went in to purchase a truck on Sunday. The one we were interested in was already being help for another customer who had until today to refuse. We cashed down today and the customer has refused so we started the negotiation process and the truck was sold out from under us to someone else. Horrible way of doing business. Will not return or recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would. I recently moved to the area and have been having problems with my 2014 GMC terrain. After having work done at a local auto repair shop, the check engine light is on. The repair shop suggest I take it to a GMC dealership (actually they suggested Tully in Nashua but because Quirk is closer I called to make an appointment).When I called to schedule the appointment, to my surprise, I was told by the service department that they wont take my car because they dont want to be responsible to figure out what was wrong with it. The service agent informed me that they dont feel comfortable fixing older GMC cars....mind you, its only 6 years old.They actually told me to take it somewhere else and suggested Tully.Called Tully in Nashua and they could not have been nicer and we had a great laugh over how incompetent Quirk is. Needless to say, I know where I will be buying my next GMC at.

Tech was great and everything was performed as requested. Extra effort was done to insure my mirrors were fixed. However website to book service is one of the most unfriendly and is very difficult to navigate. I have complained about this before and nothing improves. This is not enough to make me go somewhere else, but it is NOT premiere customer service!! Hence my 8 grade on recommendations.

I feel I wasnt welcome. And the person who first approach me when I walked in, didnt even welcome me to the place. I went for a free full service and only had an oil change. When I bough the car I was told that the car will be clean, oil change and tire rotation will be done.And of course i ended up paying $ 247 for a tired. I will definitely not bring my car with you people again. Next time I will bring my car where I bought it for service.

Made an appointment to go in 10/6/20 after receiving an e-mail regarding trading in my current lease toward another GMC. Went in and met Sean MacDougall who explained the offer and had my trade appraised my current vehicle and we discussed numbers for lease, or purchase with several different options. Had some things I wished to review with my wife and told him I would get back to him. After discussing and reviewing with my wife, I called on 10/9/20 and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I had in mind. Went in at appointment time and Sean had vehicle ready to go and explained some of the key features between my current vehicle, 2018 Yukon Denali XL and the new body style 2021 Yukon Denali.After road test, returned and spoke with Sean who presented lease and purchase options and I made my choice. Sean got everything going and gave me help in getting credit for plans on old truck to apply toward new and sent truck down for delivery prep. Once all the paperwork was ready, we got everything signed, went through all the vehicle features and I headed home. I must compliment Sean on his knowledge and thorough process from start to finish. My compliments to a great dealership and personnel!

Brought my truck in to have the a/c looked at and said specifically I thought it had issues other than needing to be recharged. It was only recharged and now my truck stalls out when the a/c is on which it never did when it didn’t blow cold air. Still think it’s the compressor! But now I need to bring it elsewhere. I rented a car expecting you to have it for days and cost over $1,000 to repair. Got it back in hours for $70. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean I wasn’t willing to fix it

Bought a new car four weeks ago, took a family vacation to Northern Maine - car broke down on our very first trip, stranded with the whole family/dog in the middle of nowhere, got it taken to a service dealer up there and its going to take a week to repair - had to leave my vehicle three hours away from home and load the family into a loaner, leaving half our stuff up in Maine. Called Quirk to see if they could help (1) get the car delivered back to me, since it is so far away, and (2) give me some sense of security that the car I bought isnt a lemon. Quirk basically said nothing we can do, bad luck, better luck next time, and refused to help get my car delivered back to me. Told me Im being unreasonable that Im asking for my car to be delivered back, and that I needed to drive the 6-hour round-trip back to Maine to go get it myself. Car was not even a month old with only 1,000 miles on it - now in the shop for a week. Quirk completely unwilling to provide any help with this. Will never give them business again. I expect my dealership to stand by their vehicles and make things right when theyre not. I now have zero confidence in my brand new car, and that feeling sucks - especially when the dealer has washed their hands of it now that they have my money. Terrible.

I brought my 2018 Acadia in for another repair recently. Quirk was very accommodating, allowing me to drop my car off the day after I called. I was told that it would be ready sometime that day (Friday). It was ready at 3:30, but I wasn’t able to leave work until 5:00. What I didn’t know was that the service department closed at 5, and was not open over the weekend.Even though I did not owe anything for the repair (it was covered under the warranty), I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car. This is the first dealership I have used that is not open on the weekend for service.

This place is absolutely awful. That really doesn’t even describe the service either. I’m not sure about this place as a whole but the service department the people that are suppose to help you are absolutely useless as well as rude. I walked in to hopefully get my vehicle hooked up to the little computer they have to find out what was wrong with my sensors so something that takes maybe five whole minutes and I was absolutely ignored they heard my problem then proceeded to leave the room and left me there standing there with no answers. I then turned around and left got into my car and left problem still unresolved. The service department and the people in it are an absolute joke!!!

I was very confident that I had made an appointment through the GMC website. I swore I even got a confirmation email. When I showed up for my Saturday morning appointment, they didnt have any record of it. The service manager asked if I had received and email because he wanted to fix and issues they may have had with the GMC site and their own. He told me it was no problem and they would get me in. I sat down and looked through every email in both my inbox and deleted. I never got a confirmation. I must have done something wrong. It was great that they got me in on a busy Saturday morning even though I had messed up the appointment. The service was completed quickly. I appreciate the great service and will be back!

I arrived a bit early, they whistled me right in for oil change and the works. Spotless building, upbeat staff and music. Efficient and friendly. I was in and out of there in 42 minutes flat.
