Drove from Murfreesboro to get a cold air intake installed. After about 20 min the Tech or mechanic told me there was no way it would fit. He showed me what he meant and I took his word.After I got all the way back home I kept thinking about this extra part that came with the intake he said didnt belong. That just made no sense to me. Anyway I figured I would try to install it. (Im not very mechanical). Within 35 min it was finished.Now if I could figure it out and install something that he should have been able to do in his sleep, that says something. AVOID. AVOID.The silver lining is Im going to attempt to do more mechanical work myself.

The guy that was in there wasnt exactly helpful. He didnt know much about car audio. Prices seemed a lil high too. I know the owner and hes really good at what he does. I just didnt deal with him the last 2 times I was in there.

They did a great job fixing up my new pick up after another place said I had to settle with less than I wanted. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I had my 04 f250 windows tinted here and was very unhappy with it. Within days my visor tint was peeling back and I noticed alot of crooked cuts. There was bubbling in spots. My back windows were supposed to be 5% but I could see passed both back doors to the road where cars were passing by. I will not be going back. It comes with a lifetime warranty but the quality is not there. Save your money and go somewhere else for window tinting like tint tek in manchester tn or razor sharp in Winchester.

Do not take your vehicle to let these guys work on it! I took my Dodge truck to get a radio installed. My defrost was working the day before I took it. It is not working now. It only blows out to the vents. They of course said it wasnt heir fault. The truck is old, thinks are gonna break.

Had a simple 3rd break light installed on my truck which is not a challenging task what so ever! I had installed the brake light in myself but noticed a gap around the light and they were already putting subs in for me so I figured it was such a simple fix and they could put it in for me. Being said they charged me an extra $10 for removing two screws and replacing a light. They also failed to seal my break light and the first rain we had my tail light filled with water! I took my truck back up there and they were not concerned one bit that they had made a mistake and seemed very bothered that I had even came back up there. It’s a shame on their end for not doing their job correctly and overall being very unprofessional. I definitely had planned on bringing plenty more future services to them, but not anymore. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My husband was only refunded half our money back when the quality was poor on tint, every window had an issue either related to bubbling, peeling or cuts. Service was horrible and would not recommend them to anyone. The owner flat out said Ill give you $100 to be done with this issue or you can get the windows replaced. If something is poor quality you just want to get your money back. He also lied on the phone attempting to put words in my husbands mouth. Since going there weve heard bad reviews from many people, wish we had known that before.

They installed the multi color underglow on my car close to a year ago...did a great job..I need to find out if I can get a replacement remote control and possibly where to get the 27a 12v battery that the use. The remote is black,with 3 gray buttons... The 3 piece underglow remote has a lock/unlock( button on the top) an (*) in the middle and to be honest the button on the bottom is faded and cant recall its symbol. But any feed back on where to get replacement remote and battery that would be great...thanks in advance
