The crew at Bandit Off Road are second to none. I went in for a 6 inch lift and tires and with my vehicle being a 2020 I was told there wasn’t a lift that would work for my truck. After doing some research they called me back with a fix and even manufactured the small bracket required to make a lift work on me truck. Moved to NH summer of 2020 and needed to find a shop that handled 4x4 accessories, performance and most importantly - install and support. I hit the jackpot when I found Bandit OffRoad. I wanted to do 2/1 level on my Toyota Tacoma and found Bandit OffRoad online. They were very knowledgeable and experienced on performing the upgrade I wanted. They handle all types of mechanical work not just off-roading upgrades which is great because you can come here for regular maintenance as well. The owner and his staff were very friendly. They will work with you on whatever your needs may be. During my visit I was also able to work in their waiting area. They have very comfortable couches and they even turned down their television while I was on a meeting online. They have two adorable dogs that will greet and entertain you during your visit and the owner even shared lunch with me which is great since I wasn’t familiar with the area. Overall I loved the work they did on my truck. Everything came out perfect! I highly recommend you check them out and don’t forget to ask about B’s BBQ sauce :)

I had a front level kit installed in my2020 Colorado ZR2.Brian the owner and Amber were very professional and pleasant to work with. They take the time to answer all your questions and walk you through whatever modifications you’re having done to your truck. I bought BBQ sauce and were all now addicted to it! The flavor is so great and the consistency is so perfect for all the different things I use bbq sauce for. My latest use was smoking a new chicken recipe in the smoker that called for cherry chipotle bbq sauce, so I added about a 1/4 cup of cherry juice to half a bottle of Bs and it was a total hit with the company we had. No leftovers that night!

I recently had a 4 inch suspension lift, wheel and tire package totaling almost $5000 from bandit off-road in Manchester NH. Less than a month later I was back to find out I needed an additional $1300 work in my upper control arms. I received a quote and asked if there was anything they could do since an alignment had to be repeated and I had just paid for one. I was told they would not budge on the price and I just think that unreasonable for a business who wants to take care of their customers. At no point did I ask for any free parts. I did ask if there was anything that could be done on the $99 alignment charge I was paying again. So much for holding value in repeat customers. If you’re looking for someone who just wants to make a buck and get you out the door I would go to them otherwise find a shop who cares about their customers in the long run.

These guys are amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and Nate (the one who worked on my jeep) is great and really knows what he is doing. He answered any question I had and helped me out on a few decisions. I just got a lift, new tires&wheels, and a few more things done by them and I couldnt be happier. I gave them my budget and we talked and they made it work. They do very good work and they keep you updated if they run into anything and need to discuss what you want to do. They will give you all the information you need to make a decision and will not make you do something that you may not want to do. They wont install anything that is bad quality and they do so much work for people that they have a ton of experience with all types of lifts and many more types of jeep mods. Whether you just want your oil changed, you only have enough for a budget boost, or you are looking to go big and do a massive build on your jeep these guys are the place to go. I will be using them for years to come for anything else I decide to add on to my jeep.

I had a BDS 2” suspension lift and Goodyear Duratracs installed on my Jeep JKU and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. The setup was perfect and rides awesome. If you’re looking to build a 4x4 they are the people to see.

Apparently youre supposed to know theres no parking out front of their business & to just pull in (even when construction workers are blocking the entrance). My inspection coupon is good until March of 2018, so I guess Ill give it to someone else that might want to deal with them. Terrible customer service, would NOT recommend to anyone.

Botched my gears acouple years back had to have it completely re done within 1,000 miles. When I have a someone who knew what they were doing they said the crush collar was untouched in both axles. Shop wouldn’t stand behind work.I absolutely have the right place. I had a set of nitro gears and Yukon and because I didn’t buy them from you I was told to pound sand.
