I have a 1997 Infiniti I30 that had some rust spots on the radiator support. I went in to get an estimate for the work done, they were very professional and friendly. They checked out my car and gave me a very fair estimate for the work to be done, so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. I dropped my car off to get serviced and they said it would take two days, and it did. They said it would cost this much and it did no more no less. They said it would be done in two days and it was. How can you ask for more than that. They did an awesome job as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs any kind of body work done. They will do the job right the first time!!

If there was an option for zero stars, Midcity would receive it. We called at noon and were told our tow would be to our home at 3. Received a call from our insurance company at 330 stating that Midcity had contacted them and would now be arriving around 530. At 615, we received another call from our insurance company saying it would be another hour and the tow truck would be to our home around 7pm to tow. At 830 we received a call saying that the towing company was on the other line with them and claimed his driver was on the way to our home finally. The insurance company put my husband on hold to let the towing company know that we were still waiting and had NOT been towed yet. The towing company then basically says nevermind - its too late if he hasnt been there. Are you kidding me?!? Had he admitted at 6pm he couldnt handle our tow, I could have had my vehicle situated. Bad business and a liar. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy to be stranded for hours without an actual answer of whats going on and when it will happen. Disgusting.
