First visit was ok, Shawn seemed fine. They did insurance work. They didnt get all the spots, so I came back a second time. When I picked up the vehicle, Shawn seemed upset and told me they fixed the problem, but someone had detailed it since first time. Then told me they will not touch the car anymore.his exact words were were done with this car. Very unprofessional. I dont recommend them.

Prestige was amazing to work with even though the insurance ended up totaling my Volvo and they didnt get the opportunity to repair the vehicle they communicated constantly during the process and had outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to Prestige for 20 years. The quality of the work on my many cars has been 5 stars. The owner is an artist who values his work above all and has proven this to me every single time I have had work done at Prestige. The name says it all. The color matching is amazing and so is the many things that they do to make your car look like it just drove of the showroom of any dealership. And let’s not forget the staff that is the best in the business, period!!

We have been a customer of prestige for over 20 year. Our family has used this autobody place 7 times. We recommend this autobody place to everyone. Great staff and things turn out great, on time, sometimes even early..This last time has been a total 180 degree experience. I had some minor front end damage from a hit in run while my suv was in the street. After the insurance company and prestige got the cost agreement everything seemed to run smooth.I dropped off my suv and took my rental, I waited 35 mins for the rental, even though I had an appointment, which they told me rental would be waiting. Prestige never called them.My suv was dropped off on November 2nd. Its now December 9th. Still not completed. Its been 7 days without a car. With 30 day rental coverage, I need to borrow my brothers car. She told me a fender came in was ruined, needed to order a new one. They told me about the bad fender 8 days before my rental ended, which Im not convinced it would have been finished in 30 days anyway.I called, came in the shop a couple of times, the lady helping me out is always annoyed with me bothering her. Last time was when I dropped the rental off, they were putting up xmas decorative things. She just kept saying, I already told him its going to be a couple of days. Nothing else to say. We have a production meeting and Ill on know more then. Such great attitude and service.I was told they were aiming to have it done by today, December 9th. I contacted them at 12:15 pm, still no reply.Not sure what happened to this autobody shop, I was proud to tell people about it.Not anymore, a very disappointed 20 year customer. Next time ill try the new Henrys center right around the corner.December 19th update.The work still looks excellent, like the other times. Love the lifetime warranty on paint.I received a letter from prestige, expressed thier concern with my service. Included was a check for my deductible. I never expected anything or tried to request my money back. I wish Every local business would reach out. I increased my rating to 4 stars.Thank you very much prestige.

Dont go here at all if you pay for any part of your own service. When you drop off your vehicle you can choose when/how to receive updates. I opted to check as needed. To be clear my vehicle was keyed so completely drive able. There was a delay from my insurance company of almost 4 days to do a reassessment. Rather than notify me that they wouldnt be able to begin work for almost a full week, they found this to be not needed info I spoke to Dan the lead about this stating My car was drive able and there was no reason I didnt get a call to avoid unnecessary rental charges I pay out of pocket for He responded with yea youre probably right but its too late now I asked what they were going to do on their end to compensate me for the additional $120.00 I would now need to pay enterprise. Dan stated Comping things for other peoples mistakes is not how we make money. (after he openly admitted the receptionist should have provided me the option.) I am DISGUSTED with this place. Ive asked to speak to the manager, no one will call me back. The appraiser for my insurance company is now involved and the agency I use has put this business on the DO NOT USE list. I will be returning to my original shop for any future repairs regardless of the preference of my insurance company.

They did a great job! Friendly, attentive people for every interaction. Work was done a full day early, with convenient text updates, and they even cleaned my car thoroughly. The part was replaced and matched perfectly, so my car looks brand new. They even handled all the rental car drop-offs so I had no worries at all. Definitely recommend.

They tend do a good job in my experience however what I don’t like is that they never go beyond the basic. I had my 2019 rav4 repaired here and it’s rear end was replaced. They never bothered to make sure that the sensor outlets aligned properly. Now it looks as if the sensors were pushed in when they should actually be aligned with the surface of the rear plastic bumper. So in the mind of their repair guys..it’s like “that sensor hole in your replacement bumper was exactly how they cut it per manufacturer, so if it’s odd then it’s on them”.

Brought my BMW here about a year ago after I hit a deer on my way home from work. Almost completely cosmetic damage (broken passenger side grill, fender, cracked bumper, etc) only mechanical issue was that I could not open the hood due to a dent. I drove it for a month before I brought it in because it was my only ride to work until I was able to use my parents car for a week. I drove it in after I got out of work, parked it and dropped the key in the drop box.After a couple days they called me in to look at some of the damage and what they would need to replace so they could begin an estimate. I got there and they showed me how to open the hood even with the dent, showing no serious issues inside the engine compartment. A few more days later and my insurance agent calls me to tell me these guys decided to claim my car as a total loss! How?!Thinking about some of the comments they had made while I was there and now finding out they totalled it gave me a serious impression of them just wanting to keep it as an easy flip they could turn around and resell. I wasnt going to let that happen. The only way I was allowed to take back my own car was to buy it back from them, which was ridiculous! They refused to let me drive it off the parking lot despite it being perfectly drivable saying they would only give the keys to a tow truck driver and refused to even reassemble anything they had taken apart (instead they shoved everything the could into the back).When I showed up with the tow truck, they had the balls to ask if I was really sure about buying it back, telling me that if I left with it that they would never offer service to me with this vehicle. Fine by me! When I brought it to my storage unit, I could figure out why I couldnt get the hood open despite using the same way the showed me, I was definitely pulling the latch. Had a family friend take a look and showed me the hood release cable had been cut! Thats something they definitely had done intentionally when they heard i was buying it back!This review is very long and obviously very late and for that I apologize, but after having it in storage this whole time Ive finally had the extra money and time available to fix it on my own with a real mechanic. Going through old papers they had given me with their estimate is what really got me to the point of taking time out of my day to type this all out.These professionals were trying to scam me on everything they could! $8,000 in cosmetic repairs?! $1,000 of it was paint! Ive never been more angry in my life. I decided to look up prices for every single item they had on their estimate and low and behold everything was far more expensive than it should have been. Some of the parts they were going to charge me were listed as more than $200 than what the actual cost is!Even parts that were small latches were doubled in price. I understand the cost of shipping but seriously? Labor cost was about $1,000 which I can somewhat understand but the parts were incredibly over market price. They were dumb enough to include all the model numbers for the parts on the estimate sheet they gave me so I was able to go through it all day and find the real amount it would have cost for each individual part. Less than $3,000 including the price for parts that didnt even need to be replaced and were not damaged. Taking out the $1,000 of labor, they were going to up charge me $4,000! Thats insane and again $1,000 of it they claimed was for PAINT (on parts that are already painted when you order them)!Absolute criminals! Seeing other reviews here Im honestly glad I never had any work done through them, some sort of other issue probably would have showed up the moment I drove it out of their garage. Let this be a warning to anyone else looking for repairs here! I only went because they were recommended by a friend who is friends with the owner. I cant say from personal experience how he is, but I know for a fact most of his employees are some of the worst people to have around vehicles!

Just picked up my truck from prestige, the whole experience start to finish was excellent. Joe was the guy I talked to, he always called and updated me when the truck was going into a different stage of repair. The work done is very professional and you can’t even tell it’s been in an accident. This is the second vehicle we brought here, the first being a corolla that hit a deer and we had the same experience that time as well. I do recommend prestige auto body to anyone wanting a professional fix for their vehicle .

Just got my 2015 Q50 which is Pearl white VERY hard to repair this color/match i had prestige repair the passenger rear Quarter by the fuel door i had a dent pulled and the company cracked my paint during the dent removal and they did and Absolute PERFECT job i couldnt be happier with how it came out the estimate was more then most places but As anything else you absolutely get what you pay for you pay for quality Thankfully this repair did not come out of my pocket. The inside was also cleaned and handed back to me in better shape then when i dropped it off HIGHLY recommend this place if youre in the market for a repair You wont regret it.... This is my place from this point on for future needs thanks guys!

My car was hit by a delivery truck, and I had no idea what to do, nor was the insurance company offering me any kind of assistance in figuring out what steps I needed to take to make sure that my repairs were fully covered. The staff at Prestige was amazing at helping me through the process at every step. I felt that they were 100% on my side and dedicated to getting me back on the road in the best condition possible. I highly recommend this company for any sort of body repair, especially if youre at a loss after an accident and need someone on your side to get you through the hassle.

Spoke to a female whom gave her attitude on the phone said that she would call back by the end of the day Friday and as of now still nothing. I have had stuff worked on in the past and they do great work and very friendly that was years ago I guess it’s not the same anymore unfortunately.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Just plan if you go here that you will be asked to pay additional out of pocket every single time! The work is actually pretty good but without a doubt but as he said, Upsell, come out of pocket. Awful customer service! I am going to the BBB at this point.

I dropped on for a body work estimate but was told to come back as they worked on appointments. Ok, made an appointment and returned a different day for my estimate. Everything went well until they handed me my estimate. This was the third one I received. To my surprise in was double the other two which were within a few dollars of each other. Decided I would take my work to one of the other two shops.

It was recommended by the IRA Lexus. However, I left the place in disappointment. One of the managers, Tim, was extremely rude, impolite, and customer unfriendly. He behaved like he just didnt need my business. Maybe he didnt like my accent. He even said I was wasting his time because I wanted to point out a few mistakes in my Geico adjuster estimate. He insisted they will fix my headlights by bonding the shattered top brackets, although it is obvious the plastic was ripped off to the point of seeing inside the light. He insisted that if I dont like that I can go back to the Geico body shop or fix them myself. I wasted one hour of driving around, and wasted also Enterprises agent time bringing the rental car over. Dont waste yours! Or make sure that manager Tim is not your helper. BTW, the first body shop that I stopped on my way back (Kustra) agreed that the brackets cannot be fixed (bonded, glued, bracketed).

To start, I am a completely realistic and reasonable person who understands, hey things happen. Having said that, unfortunately I did not have a favorable experience with Prestige. Customer service- atrocious. Body work- mediocre at best. The reason I picked Prestige (and not the place my insurance wanted me to go) was for the reputation, quality and integrity of the shop. I was sadly disappointed and regretful.Many issues I noticed right away picking up my car: 1. SCRATCHES ON MY LEATHER FRONT DRIVERS SEAT!!! (the girl said she would be addressing this with the owner Monday) 2. Roof belt was removed and reinstalled but is clearly bent up and sticks out 3. Over spray of clear coat 4. Adhesive still on the back of the car, several spots, which I cleaned off even though my final bill states this was done by a Prestige employee and I was charged for it 5. Buffing compound (white material) left on car and in cracks ...AND ON AND ON...BUT the best was when I picked up the car. The mats were washed (no complaints, happy they did) but they were put back WET, face down on top of eachother on one side of the car. No excuse besides careless employees and/or no quality control. Given the weather being a bit warm and my windows being rolled up- the mats, I felt, were a bit smelly (like mildew). I addressed this with the staff before leaving.The kid that came out to get them not only told me they didnt smell, but that it was the end of the day for him and there was not much he could do to make it better. I asked if he could please dry them for me *again the mats were not just damp but WET to the touch*. He reluctantly took the mats from me and muttered something under his breath. I thanked him for making this a memorable experience for me, as he walked away. He couldve easily waited to be in the building, where I couldnt hear his comments, yet he chose to do this in front of me, a paying customer. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.The kid never came back out, instead the original girl (Samantha? shop lieason) brought my mats out and was extremely apologetic for the other employee, stating he was new, young, and doesnt usually deal with customers. She expressed this was not indicative of how Prestige operates BUT this being my first experience (and now last) I have nothing to compare it to.I hope the owner realizes this person is not a valued employee if he speaks to customers this way. Its a shame when a thoughtless employee makes such a negative and lasting impression on a customer. It most certainly has deterred me from having work done by Prestige in the future and recommending this shop to anyone I know.*6-6-18* I could write a long drawn out review about how I received my car back (not much improvement for the 2nd time the shop had it to correct its own mistakes) and how, again, I was asked to leave it a 3rd time for repairs that should have been done the 1st time. I absolutely declined. I will just simply say- STAY AWAY. I cant warn people enough (and I have told everyone I know and will continue to) of how poorly my car was repaired. Fail Prestige, major fail.The only good thing they have going for them is Samantha and Patti are sweethearts.

Front desk screw-up. Told me over the phone the day before that is first come first served, so i need to drop the car off. After driving 2 hours, at the shop they told me that i need an apt, and the next apt is in 3 weeks!!!! Bad customer service!!!
