Excellent repair work, great customer service, they dealt with my insurance and were accurate with the time it would take. (Price was almost $1500 over the quote though.. i didnt pay out of pocket, but this is quite a jump!) Inside of car had little rubber pieces everywhere and the inside of my door was scuffed, door handles had a bit of film/grease on them. My car is brand new and was perfectly clean when i brought it in, so a little more attention to this detail would be good. Overall very satisfied with the work they did and very nice people working there. I would definitely return.

I had extensive mouse damage from my car sitting for prolonged periods of time during the pandemic. Mike at Crossroads Collision spent time explaining what would need to be done and what possible outcomes could result ( car being repaired or totaled per the insurance). Estimated time for completion was 2 weeks but due to delays in obtaining parts, the repair took 30 days. During this time, I was kept informed of the progress, what parts were in transit, and the issues that were discovered. Everyone was informative, kind and willing to answer questions. They even sent my car to Prime Subaru for difficulty with the dashboard lights and had a service tech for electronics come in and troubleshoot why the buttons on the steering wheel didnt respond. I cannot state enough how satisfied I am with the service provided by Crossroads Collision. They are friendly, courteous and the work performed is top-notch. I highly recommend Crossroads Collision. I am a very satisfied customer.

Crossroads collision was great! They gave me a quote for repair work quickly and did a wonderful job fixing the scratch on my car. I was so impressed to find they had also vacuumed my drivers side car mat and filled my tired with air when I picked up my vehicle. Great job!

The paint scope of the project was great. Good quality, clean crafstmanship. Everyone I delt with via phone and in the office was great aswell. The attention to detail was severely lacking. There were multiple unclipped wire harnesss under the hood, one mud flap fell off on the drive home due to incorrect/ lack of plastic push pins. The abs plug was left dangeling on driverside, 2 wire harness that clips onto the plastic inner fenderwell liner was flapping in the breeze, left side of the plastic valence was broke and just left hanging there. Oil dip stick was broken through out the process as well.

This place is amazing!! And they work with State Farm which is awesome. From the moment we called, we knew this was the place for us. They were incredibly welcoming and informative, without the usual condescending attitude you get from most auto shops. Everyone we came into contact here was so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. They really do everything they can to make an already stressful situation just a little bit easier. We were even able to drop off the Hertz rental right there when we picked up the car.

They are very professional, great work, kind, friendly, and even vacuumed/washed my vehicle which I did not expect. 👍🏻

Excellent experience. The front of my BMW 335xi was hit. Damage included both aesthetic and functional components. Crossroads worked directly with my insurance company, sourced high end components and communicated openly regarding the status of the vehicle. Three weeks after picking up the vehicle there have been zero issues mechanically and she looks great. I just picked my truck up from crossroads and I would have to say all the paint shops Ive ever seen they are one of the best

Brought my truck in to get repaired after and accident. Went to get it picked up and noticed new dents in the quarter panel. The owner was persistent in saying they were already there even after I had pictures of the truck before it went in to get fixed and no dents. Owner was very rude and had an attitude when picking up the truck. Had previous work done with them and very poor quality.

Came here years ago when my car got hit, excellent work..my new car got hit last week so I went back there to get it repaired..they are awesome, great work nice people

Got my 2007 Hyundai fixed here the other day because a friend backed into the side panel/back bumper. The whole staff is very friendly (including the little black dog), and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. The paint job looks great, and the owner also fixed my broken door handle for a small cost. When I picked my car up a few days later, it was all cleaned and vacuumed, and not smelling like cigarette smoke, like some other mechanic shops. As a young female customer, I am very used to mechanics/ car repair men high balling me on quotes, which I had experienced multiple times before coming here. The price was VERY reasonable, and the work done was exceptional. Hopefully I wont need to be coming back here any time in the future, but if I ever need body work done again, this will be my first stop.

I had a small fender bender and needed to repair the minor front bumper damage. When I stopped in for an estimate, the owner was talking to one of his employees. But he immediately came out and fixed my bumper. He didn’t charge me anything even though he spent a good 15 minutes. I was so glad that one of my workers had suggested Crossroads CC earlier that afternoon.

Gone here multiple times over the years and theyve always done a great job.

While it took a little while to get in because of how busy every body shop seemed in the area, but I couldnt be happier with my overall experience. Gave me a precise date to bring my vehicle in, and actually started work on it that day (received a call hours after bringing it in that additional parts needed to be ordered and might cause a slight delay in completion). Staff is super friendly and helpful, and cannot complain about the finished result. Asked about an additional estimate for buffing out some weather damage in the paint on roof and trunk and they actually buffed my entire car for free. Also had the car nicely detailed thanks to being a State Farm preferred shop. After having nothing but bad experiences with body work (one month for a fender bender thanks to ice, and close to 3 weeks to have a car radio and center console repaired after a break in), its refreshing to see an honest body shop. I know where I will be taking my vehicles if/when the need arises.
