We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Sport Trac Limited from out of state. It had severe rust damage to the rocker panels and undercarriage. We turned it over to Gary and the other professionals at Queen City Auto and asked them to do whatever they could to resolve the rust issues. We told them that this was probably our last vehicle as we are both in our 80’s!! They performed miracles… fabricated new rocker panels, removed the sport trac box to work on wheel wells and to allow better access to the rear area for a complete rust mitigation of the undercarriage. They even provided us with before and after photos of the whole project and put a big red bow on the hood for us to see as we arrived to pick it up. I decided to bring my car here after a front end collision because it had good reviews and I lived near them. They did great work. It ended up taking a little longer but it was because Gary was fighting with my insurance to replace my headlight, not glue it like the insurance wanted. I appreciated that because had the repair not worked and condensation got into the headlight, it would have needed replacing anyway or else it would have failed inspection. Gary wants things fixed right the first time and will take the time to make sure it is. I also got my car back FULLY detailed so it’s like I have a brand new car again! I recently moved to NH & was unaware of a driver not being required to carry any auto insurance coverage until I was T-boned by an uninsured motorist. After going to 3 other auto body shops & being left feeling like nothing more than a number, I found Queen City Auto Body through a referral from a neighbor.From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate, I felt the difference! I was treated like I mattered, & when I shared my story about being hit by an uninsured motorist, I immediately got information from both the front desk person & the mechanic on how to go after this driver & have him feel some consequences for his actions. I then got a call from Gary the next day with an estimate that was much better than the others I received. My car was ready quickly, & even though I was not in NH when it was ready, & would not be for 5 days, they stored the car for me at no charge.When I picked up my car, I was more than happy with the results! I was quoted for $1,200 from another place. I had told Gary that I had to have my Jeep back in 5 days and he had told me that was no problem. I was going on vacation and didnt want to be without a car when I got back. Not only did he have it ready for me when I returned from my trip but he charged $300 less than the other guy was going to. These guys are amazing. My 2011 Chevy Malibu went into trees after being pushed there and she was a wreck the whole front end needed to be rebuilt. These guys were amazing my car came out of their shop looking brand new. Like it never been hit or driven into a bunch of trees. It was a complete miracle. The most professional group I have ever encountered when it came to my car. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived. They helped me get a rental car, and kept in contact with me during the entire process. They were even able to match the paint on my car, which is an older model and the color is no longer used. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.

The damages were more extensive than originally thought. The other drivers nationally renown insurance company gave us the run around for a month. My daughters insurance company had to step in to get the job started. Gary and his team went all out to quickly get the car fixed and back to us. The car looked like new! Absolutely satisfied with the work, price, and service. Brought my car in a month ago and Gary the owner/operations manager quoted me a lower price than my insurance adjuster. With Queen citys estimate I virtually had no deductible. In addition, my console was broken and was not included in the original quote from my insurance adjuster because they believed it was not damaged during the accident. So when Gary looked at it, he told me he would take care of it. And he did, in fact he replaced it with a new one at no additional charge...WOW! You guys are Awesome. A $1,500 job lasted only 3 weeks before it started bubbling up where it didnt have rust to begin with. In and out in 2 1/2 days, maybe that has to do with it (rushed). I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. They are good at paint matching, thats about the only positive thing I have to say about this business.

The work on my truck proved to be a little more extensive than originally thought, but Gary stood by his estimate and totally took care of me.
