My Subaru Impreza was involved in a hit and run. I used this shop because it was a Geico express shop. My car was ready in a week and looks perfect. Im very happy with the work done and the time frame.
I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive about the staff. Upon arriving I listened to a staff member deal with a customer who was receiving a rental vehicle they didnt like. The staff member was polite, very understanding and did his best to assist the customer.They were always responsive to my update requests and tried their best to explain where my vehicle was in the process. As the process took several weeks I realized that a lot is out of their control.The Insurance Company has to be dealt with and a price agreed upon. In my situation this took almost a week and the insurance (Progressive) company basically accepted this part of the process. Parts then need to be found, ordered and delivered. Then they need to fix your vehicle - I didnt see any magic wands.Overall, I was very satisfied with the end results after about 3 weeks without my van. Not happy with the time it took, but asking those who are in the business for the amount of damage done, they say it was reasonable. I could find no fault, so 5 stars.
They were very professional and nice, also willing to help, and the work that was done on my car was high quality work my car looks brand new. I would recommend them to friends and family. Great job. 😎😎😎😎
In the last four years, we have had three autos repaired by Manchester Auto Collision Center. Their work has been terrific. The finished jobs made the autos look new. The staff was terrific, worked with the insurance company, and kept me updated on the work and completion. The time estimate was less than expected. I recently brought my car in for some body work. From the moment I walked through the door it was a great experience. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy. My car ended up being completed two days before the initial quote time which was a nice surprise. The car looks great and as if it was never in an accident. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would recommend anyone to come here for professional bodywork. Car accidents are never fun to deal with, but Manchester Collision Center made this an all around easy and pleasurable experience.

My experience at Manchester Collision was not a very good one. I went in to have my rear quarter panel of my vehicle repaired after somebody punched my car. They had my vehicle for 15 days. I went down to go pick it up expecting to have my beautiful car back all repaired and the vehicle is now in bad condition with no dented in quarter panel. My car creaks all the time now in that corner when I go around corners and little bumps. My rear tail light has a huge gap between the top of its casing and the metal outer shell from the quarter panel as well as my rear tail light not even being tightened into place. The paint job was not very pleasant there were particles captured in the paint that transposed onto the metal so now I have l i n t particles in the paint job. As well as primer spray on my rear hatch over the original paint as well as primer paint on my inner assembly for the back hatch. I do not believe that they got the metal lined up correctly before they welded as now when I open my hatchback on the back of my 2017 HRV it Wiggles and kind of like pops off a little bit like it was out of whack and it was forced a little bit to get that latch rather than a nice clean close and open. I would definitely not recommend anybody going to this Collision Center. As the gentleman said when I got the car back its fixed just like new. I think not.

Do NOT go here. They have a sign that says they are not liable if any personal items are taken from your car- and take that as a huge warning. I thought I took all my valuables out of my car- but forgot a pair of nice sunglasses. They were not there when I got back, and everything that had been left in my center console was thrown onto the passenger side floor of the car. Mind you- they were only supposed to be doing work to my front bumper, which is nowhere near the center console. They also gave my car back to me with the check engine light on, which was not on when I brought it to them, and did not think to let me know or note it when the work was done. This place is shady- head elsewhere.
Manchester collision center is top notch!! I was updated throughout the process to tell me how the work was going on my car. The best part was when I picked it up, it looked like it had been detailed! Weve used them twice now and wouldnt go anywhere else.
I brought my car in a few weeks ago after being rear-ended at a stoplight . I was very nervous that my car would not look or drive like it did before. The service was fantastic and every time I called they seem to know what was going on with my car. It was done in a very timely manner and everything worked out just fine. I would recommend Manchester collision center any day the week.
They quoted my mother an insurance repair to be completed within 7 days. They had her truck for 28 days. The first time I picked it up, it had running and bubbled paint on the front corners of the bumper. It had over spray in the cabin. Thats right, they managed to spray paint the dash. The hood was not properly aligned and had a chipped corner, paint was chipping from the bumper and the grill had orange peel from a poor paint job. This apparently passed Manchester Collisions quality control and they let me take it home. After I inspected it, I returned to the shop to have them address the problems. When I picked it up the second time, i found they repainted the bumper but in the process got over spray on the fender trim on both sides. They washed the dash but did not remove the paint from the grain of the plastic trim. The chip on the hood still was not fixed and the bumper still had a paint run. Also, the left fender now had a spot in the middle of it. I left it a third time to have them fix these issues. When I picked it up next, the bumper was good (finally) and they had replaced the dash trim piece that had paint on it. They fixed the chipped hood but got over spray on the windshield trim (really? yes.) I left it one more time and it finally have a truck repaired to my technical satisfaction (satisfied in the sense that it looks better than it did with a crumpled front end). Throughout the process, they did offer my mother a rental, but it couldnt perform the duties a truck is needed for. They made no effort to provide a comparable vehicle even though the truck kept returning for their poor workmanship and quality control. I spoke the the shops GM and requested the deductible be refunded due to my dissatisfaction with the repair process. He informed me this constitutes insurance fraud. I then called the NH Insurance Commission and asked them if my request constituted fraud. They informed me it did not. I then called the shop again and once more requested the deductible be returned. He then said that it was the shops policy to never return deductibles and offered to fix any issues with the workmanship on the vehicle. This was the worst repair experience ever. A 7 day repair took about 28 days. I highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for repair unless you have a month to waste.
The worst thing about having a fender bender isnt the damage to the car, most places can fix that so you cant even tell it happened, but its the wasted time and hassle of running around and searching for a rental car, etc. Manchester Collision made it easy. They respected my time and even set up the rental car for me so it was ready when I dropped off the car and able to simply leave it behind when I picked up the car. The car was not only repaired expertly, but they washed the exterior and detailed the interior for me.Manchester Collision made me forget that the car was ever damaged to begin with!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know where to begin. From the very poor customer service to the terrible body work and paint job. InitiAlly I had my car fixed there for body work and paint job that took over 3 weeks, with no call or update. They painted my car a shade of orange, my car is red. After I tried to bring it back to them showing them one side is orange (the side they painted) and does not match the rest of my car, they argued saying that’s not their fault and we’re extremely rude. They said I needed to pay for it. After trying to call them to arrange for the car to be painted for the second time, the woman Mary argued with me saying it’s not their fault and denying the car is the wrong color, again rude and no customer service whatsoever. Fast forward to it being painted AGAIN, it is AGAIN the wrong color!! I’m not sure if they just don’t care or they don’t know what they’re doing, probably a combination of both. Do not waste your time and energy here. They don’t respect their customers or the work they are doing. I highly suggest not coming here. I’m not sure how they are still in business.
My car looks amazing... Outstanding work performed.... Never thought it would look as good as it did before the repair...completely satisfied!!! Thank you... Hopefully I wont need you anytime soon but if I do Manchester Collision will fix it for me!!!

Did not look into all issues effecting the vehicle only did the body work, car stalled and died after leaving the shop and they refused to fix it and found a way to make it unrelated to my claim because they were to lazy or did not feel like doing a thorough inspection after the accident. Not satisfied at all. Extremely overpriced for the work done which is expected for this type of shop but over 3000 for a car that they couldnt even get to run properly? I would highly recommend finding an alternate location for your vehicle.
Manchester Collision did an amazing job. Looks brand new. Like it just came out of the showroom. Everyone there is professional, and easy do work with. I couldnt be happier!

They found additional damage then what was originally thought and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was safe and done correct! Mary who helped me along the whole painful ordeal of having to have my car repaired, was very knowledgeable and professional. Her last name happens to be Winning... and it fits her well!!
Honestly, some of these reviews made me a bit hesitant to bring my car here, but its a geico inspection shop. So I went anyways. From the moment I got there everyone I interacted with was very nice. They got me into a rental even though I was there before enterprise opened. I just picked up my car and couldnt be happier with the work they did! Dont let negative reviews drive you away!
I purchased my Honda Pilot from AutoFair, and have continued to utilize them for my service work. When I was in an accident and my Pilot needed body repair I naturally took it to the Collision Center. I was impressed with Billy Thomas, he made sure I was scheduled for a convenient time, and that all my questions are answered. His positive attitude is infectious! Thank you.
My experience could not have been more streamlined and smooth. I found my car had been hit in a parking lot, and between Geico, Manchester Collision, and Enterprise, I only had to make one call to my insurance and everything was taken car or for me. Everyone I spoke to at all three places were polite, helpful, and did what they said they would. What they said they could do, they did. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this experience. I had an overall good experience with Manchester Collision.I had an accident on the 15th of May, brought it into Manchester Collision four days later to get an estimate. They were quick in getting together a total and paperwork off to my insurance company. My insurance company took a little over a week to get someone out to look at the car at Manchester Collision for an appraisal of the vehicle. Unfortunately, after Manchester Collision begun working on the car, there was a supplement estimate that was needed and so the process begun again of getting someone to look at my car from the insurance company. After finally getting all the repair costs in, Manchester Collision begun working on my after the 1st of June!I worked with a technician, who advised that they would call me after a week to touch base, I waited until the very end of the week to get back in touch after not receiving a call and they were surprised to get my call. They let me know that all was going well and I arrived on the day I was told to pick up my car to find my car hadnt been completely reassembled (front bumper missing and passenger side wheel well and mirror gone! I was shocked. The technician told me when I went in....oh I was going to call you! I was irritated thoroughly but they said that I could pick up the car the next day.Sure enough at around 1130am the next day they called and told me it was ready. When I arrived I was a little hesitant but sure enough the car was ready and it looked fantastic. They did a great job and I cant knock them for the quality but the customer call back service for updating the customer on the work progress could be improved.If they quality hadnt been so good I would have given them a 1 but they definitely know what they are doing with body repairs and I would recommend them for that.

Every time Ive had to do business with them Ive received excellent service and any issue not handled was immediately rectified. Ive dealt with other collision service companies and hadnt received the same level of service. They definitely have a leg up on the others.
I never write reviews about anywhere or anything, but I felt obligated to about this place. I got into a minor accident and my insurance suggested we go through them to fix my car.. I went with it, got my car there and dropped it off on July 10th. The total work came to $5,000.00 for a fender bender and a front windshield. So thankfully I only had to pay 500 deductible. My car was suppose to be done in a week or 2 tops, 3 weeks later they had a delay for the pick up date, two times. Then the day of pick up I was moving from Manchester to North Carolina, so I had to INSIST on the pick up date of July 27th..they told me they would be detailing my car seeing as how its 5k worth of work and 3 weeks, as well as working on the car they were obviously going to get a little messy, I pick up the car and it is DISGUSTING as we as a wheel grease stain on one of my seats from putting a tire or rim IN my car ON the cloth interior.. when I asked them why the car was a mess and not cleaned they told me because they had to rush to finish they didnt have time.. I picked the car up at 5pm they close at 6 so they still had an hour, and to top it off my alignment is now WAY off and pulls to the left dangerously and Im driving from Manchester NH to North Carolina. Im absolutely disgusted with this company and with NEVER go here or to any of their other companies EVER again. I would strongly suggest finding another company besides this one. I have never had worse service in my life. NOT happy and clearly stated that when I went in and did not even get an apology.
Im doing well! My service was awesome! I couldnt believe how quickly the service was done! I noticed that when I went outside my truck looked brand new. Clean and professionally repaired! I actually hugged the truck!Thanks to all!!
AMAZING QUALITY - In my opinion, this is the biggest factor when dealing with vendors, second is customer service and third is timeliness for the work to be done. All 3 are knocked out of the park with Manchester Collision Center. I have a Jeep that was slammed into from behind so their Geico insurance took care of everything. They saw me in 2 days, completed an inspection where I actually asked detailed questions and they had already gone through all of it with their mechanics (very thorough). Then completed the work in 3 days. They matched the glitter paint exactly the same and fully detailed the car. When I got my car back and did my inspection, I wanted to walk back in the store just to tell them how impressed I was. I decided to do it in this review, instead. Great job MCC and if I ever need body work, I will be back. P.S. Price was much less than I thought. Came out to around $800 for super high quality and fast turn around.
They took a little longer than I wanted, but they did a very good job with what was a very big project. The whole car had to be taken apart and reassembled, it was in pretty rough shape, but not anymore.
I have brought my car here twice now for different problems (tree falling on my car and another driver busting up the side), both times the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I brought it back a second time without a thought of double checking other places. Second time (smaller damage to side) was handled quickly and efficiently.
Great work and great service. I will bring my car to them every time. I had a nice little front end hit and I thought the car looked horrible. Now it looks brand new and my headlights are nice and clear now!!! hurray!
I would write a full review....if Manchester Collision would ever return my phone calls. I had an accident a couple of weeks ago. I got my insurance quote and checks in the mail, and have repeatedly tried to schedule with these guys for a repair....no return call. I guess they just really want someone else to get the money....fine with me.

Very Unprofessional..... I had some damage to the front and side of my Jeep however it was still drivable. The damage also included some lights and electrical work. Drove the car to the shop for the repairs to be done. ONE MONTH LATER I had not heard from them at all so I called to see what the status of my vehicle was. I was told that it had been finished that very morning and that I could come and pick it up. Upon arriving to my vehicle I noticed the side that was replaced was not flush and one of the panels stuck out about an inch and a half beyond where it was supposed to. When I asked about it I was told it is an easy fix and they could fix it in 15 minutes. If this was the case why was it not done right the first time? After paying the 3200 dollars for the repairs I went to start my car and it would not start. I went back into the shop and was told it started fine for them and that I was the first person to experience this issue and that I was on my own. I was offered no help, no assistance, and no explanation. I simply drove my care there and a month later in their hands now it will not start at all. I immediately had it towed to a mechanic in the area and am now awaiting the results. Bottom line very unprofessional and I was treated very poorly as a customer. They literally handed me my keys in the rain and said that I was on my own. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN...... Hope this saves someone else out there a huge headache.
My car was destroyed while it was parked on a busy street. Manchester Collision was easy to work with, communicated with me often, and did an amazing job that I do not believe any where else could top.

I wish I had read the Google reviews before leaving my car for at Manchester Collision for an insurance repair. They had my car for 8 weeks - was originally predicted to be a 5 day repair. Each time we called they changed their story, found additional issues, and went back numerous times to the insurance company for subsequent approvals. Plus they damaged the new door panel, and had to go back to painting 2x. After weeks of hearing it would just be another 2-3 days, I finally got my vehicle back. My insurance company has now dropped from their authorized list. I would strongly recommend you find someone else to repair your vehicle.
These people had our car for 31 days and not once did they call us. They were rude onghe phone and rolled their eyes, sighed and blamed Allstate for all the communication problems. Perhaps needless to say, Allstate was not pleased. They do not care about you, your accident, your financial situation, or how much pain THEY cause you. Money money money. Honestly, if they had just given me a call once a week to let me know what was going on, even if it was nothing because its winter in New England, I would have been so much happier.
I have brought my car there three for different reasons and would not go elsewhere. The work they is fantastic and they went beyond what needed, and very friendly I have shared my experience with others as I know they would be happy with their work, and very friendly people.
My car is still there I made my appointment back in December and they still havnt ordered my parts or got my car in the shop.if your insurance tryies to send u here tell them no this place has horrible customer care. And the one in charge john wont give u a straight answer and tells u to get over your self.

I agree with the rest. I wish i read the reviews before taking my car there. Everything was shifted inccorectly. Pieces are sticking out... they have no idea what they are doing there. They dont call back to give you a check up on your car... I had to call and ask if my car was done. Once the car was done, i drove off.... got on the highway, hit over 50MPH and there we go... a huge whistle coming from my door. I dont live in this state, so when I finally got the chance to go to this shop again about my whistle problem, they said they will take a look and call the next day to give me an update... once again i had to call to see what was going on.... and they STILL havent taken the time to look at my car. and they KNOW i have to leave the state within a matter of two days. Unprofessional, and they dont care about their customers. Obviously they havent fixed any problems since they keep getting bad reviews.UPDATE : my car HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. got it back, them telling me its fixed... i drove it for a few days... NOPE! not fixed. took it back, they had it for 10 days, called me saying its fixed... drove it around for another few days... NOPE NOT FIXED. and guess what? they cracked my bumber while my car was there, and when car was returned i mentioned it and they yelled at me telling me that they never did that and to never come back there again! HA. what wonderful people....TOOK 7 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX IT! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. CALLED MY INSURANCE AND THEY ARE SENDING ME TO A DIFFERENT COLLISION CENTER. DONT EVER GO HERE, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
After two and half weeks of waiting for my car to be fixed here I very happily get to pick up my car to find not only about 10 pairs of my sunglasses missing but my things went through in my trunk and a laptop taken from my trunk. To put trust in a company to help me by fixing my car I in return get my personal belongings stolen. I will NEVER return to this shop and I will make sure to let my friends and family to never go here either. I dont recommend anybody to trust this place unless you enjoy your things being stolen from you. Unless my things are returned or they give me what was taken from me I will contact the police and go from there. Nobody deserves that and I feel absolutely horrible knowing someone would do that to somebody. I really cant believe it. Dont bring your vehicle here and if you do remove every single thing in it (even though it shouldnt matter ) nobody should EVER touch something that doesnt belong to them. I am truly beyond angry and somebody is going to be held responsible for this.

After my car was in a small accident, Manchester Collision came recommended through my insurance. 24 hours after dropping off my car, it was fixed and ready to be picked up. They were fast, friendly and professional.

Manchester Collision has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. I contacted Manchester Collision on September 19th to review my appraisal. They agreed that they could do the work, but could not fit me in for an appointment to assess my car until 10/3. Having made an appointment, my assumption was that they would be assessing my car that day or at least that week. It took them 8 working days to even touch my car with zero communication. And that was only the beginning. After three times being called and told my car was not going to be done when promised and getting a revised date, I asked why. I was told that my car was not a priority because of the insurance company that was paying for the work and other cars that came in after mine were being serviced first, causing me to be in a rental with Enterprise, a business with which they have a deal, for an unnecessary amount of time and wasting insurance money. Had they been honest about their business practices, I would have taken my car somewhere else instead of waiting two months for my car to be fixed and having to deal with their very poor customer service (I didnt get notified it was ready until 11/17 and I was on vacation and couldnt return the rental). I also had asked for a timeline of what had been happening to my car and realized that they had not been honest about my cars status all the time. Along the way, they did not act like they cared about me, my feelings, or my car. After reading others reviews on google and yelp, I realized that I was not the only one. I hope that people will stop giving them business so they get the message and clean up their customer service practices. They are deceptive, discriminatory, dishonest, and indifferent to their customers needs. Although they did pay for the couple extra days of rental the insurance wouldnt pay for and I have not found anything wrong with their work on my car (other than they did not fix my trunk as I asked them to do at least three times that has failed after previous work they had done), I would never recommend this business as it was an extremely stressful and horrible experience.

I read a bunch of the other reviews and I’ve noticed that one star comes up more frequently than four or five stars and the reason is poor Work Poor customer service just recently took my daughters car there is a red Volkswagen and it was painted orange on one side ..the car is red we brought it back and they just finished it again it is still orange I would never take my car back there and if you’re reading this message on the review do not take your car there they do not do good work and once you call them out on it they’re not happy about it and do not want to own up to it and do the same exact thing they did the first time crappy work !!!! As a business owner myself I would never treat customers like this and I would never try to pass something off that isn’t good work I wish them the worst of luck and I hope they go out of business soon ...Thanks for nothing Manchester auto collision hope to see you never

Had a blown tire tread come up from under the car ahead of me and literally slam down on my hood before being sucked under the car. Went to Manchester Collision Center on a recommendation from a co-worker. Made the appointment a week in advance in order to make sure all the parts would be there when we brought the car in.. They told me 2 days to put a new hood on, 3 days at the most. We planned on using the car for a trip on Saturday so we thought dropping it off Monday night for Tuesday morning would be fine. They came up with lots of excuses, like not enough personnel, part just came in (Wednesday), other cars ahead of us, missing another part (Thursday), and, the best one was when they had to get permission from my insurance company to buy a $6 part to proceed and unless I called the company myself there was no guarantee I would get the car until next Monday or Tuesday (this was on Thursday, when it should have been done). Then finally, they got around to painting it Friday night/Saturday morning (the graveyard shift, not when I would want MY car painted). When I got the car, it was missing a decal for under the hood, very important (they checked my hood beforehand to make sure they knew how many decals were on it; it also had loose rubber parts protecting the hinge that I had to put in before they flew off, and it had a large amount of tape still attached to the sideview mirrors. I think next time I will go to my local guy instead, or try a different shop. They just changed their story and made excuses too many times for me. The actual work was good, not great, they painted over the rubber feet that protect the bottom of the hood from rattling against the front of the car and they wiper nozzles are set kind of strange.
They are quick and keep you informed of tour repairs.
Im sitting outside of this place right now car was supposed to be done yesterday and still isnt done. They told me i MAY be able to get it today. Little do they know they better get it fixed today because I am not leaving without my car. I contacted Geico. When they call back I will be mentioning the MULTIPLE other complaint about this company. XPRESS is a lie. I may go to jail today. Dont mess with my car.UPDATE: My car was done today but they did a HORRIBLE job at putting the bumper on. It doesnt even look like they put a new one on. Have an appointment with an insurance supervisor with Geico tomorrow. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at MCC. Never again. My car will get fixed AGAIN but it will NOT NOT NOT be here.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. To replace my bumper cover and 1 sonar they had the car for 3 weeks then returned it completely covered in scratches, dings, and paint chips. The sonar wasnt even fixed! The manager had me return the car to paint two parts and fix the sonar. The car was returned with my passenger door reflector broken, a part missing from my passenger door handle, and the rear right molding panel was just barely holding on. Days later water appeared in my passenger side headlight. They never fixed the sonar either so I ended up going to Concord Nissan. 2 months and $2,200 later I have a mostly scratched and very marred but functional car. These people need to go out of business - absolutely criminal how disfunctional the whole thing is.
They were careless with my car, it ended up with scratches that werent there when I dropped it off. I would not recommend this shop to others.

I wish there was a way to give this place NO STARS! They still have my car after a month. I was in an accident with my new car. The insurance paperwork gave a November 20th date. My car hasnt even been worked on. They keep saying parts from subaru are backordered and we decided to investigate on our own. The deal that they ordered from said ALL the parts have been delivered a WHILE ago and NOTHING is backordered. They are ripping off the insurance company and lying to customers. I am sickened by their unprofessionalism and unethical business and the BBB will be contacted!
Someone side swiped my new car before I even made a payment. My insurance company had them listed as a preferred repair center. Dropped the car off on a Friday, Monday was called stating that the insurance company had reviewed the damage and authorized the repair. Was told the car would be ready on Friday. Got a call on Thursday stating that the car was ready. Picked the car up on Friday. Could not tell where the damage was, and Im very picky about repairs and was ready to refuse the work if I could see anything. I say some of the negative reviews here and had my concerns about getting it fixed here, but after such a good job, figured I would leave a comment on my experience.
DONT GO HERE! Its a horrible place. They killed my battery so I had to buy a new one. They also burn holes in my seat when they welded it. They never called me to tell me it was a delay and I went over there several times. I kept getting told it be done the next day. It took three weeks instead of the two days they said. I am not recommend them to anyone!
Liars! They will tell you a short time frame to have your repairs done and when your vehicle is disassembled they will keep it for weeks with one lame excuse after another. They told me 5 days for a little fender bender and ended up keeping it 3 weeks and calling on a Saturday afternoon during a snow storm to tell me I can come get it now or wait till Monday.
I will never ever go there again.they have worst customer service they just taking money from your insurance. I had side mirror and broken handle work which they did but that still making noise when i drive the car.i got call from them after getting car i told that its still making noise they just said okay and hang up on me.
Do not take your car here! They broke my gearshift. And then they had the nerve to tell me I had to get it repaired myself. Repair was below average too. Bad place...
I have used these guys a few times because they are an Express location for Geico. The last time bothered me because they couldnt set the right expectations, first it was supposed to be done by Friday, then Monday, and then Tuesday with little follow up.
They took extra 15 days to fix the car. Poor comunication.Once i picked up the car i had to go back twice because of issues. Looks like they dont do quality check before handing the keys.
Its been over 6 months and my car is STILL not repaired. the will not return any phone calls, and drag their feet, and now say the rest of the repairs are on me! wouldnt recommend them to anyone and would tell people not to go there.
I had my door painted and repaired there I had to bring it back three times because parts in the inside of the door have you come loose...I wouldnt bring my vehicle back there again for free and nothing but a headache
