We bought a BMW from here 2 years back and we’ve had no issues with the car. We bring it to this service center too and they take such good care of us. Better yet, their price is unbeatable. I get quotes from many different service centers and even with bigger maintenance, they cost about half of what BMW service center would charge me. This is the best dealer I have ever seen! I bought Q5 from this dealer three weeks ago. I saw its attractive price online. Then I went to look at the car and test drive. After comparing multiple dealers, I finally bought a car in this one. The whole process went smoothly, and it made me feel sincere. I have to mention Luke. Such an amazing place and people to buy a car from.. the car I bought from them is 10 times way better then my expectations. First time ever I bought a car from out of state without actually seeing or test drive it. In fact, just as week before I went there, I was fooled by another dealership in New Jersey, who fabricated a big time lie on their website, having that experience I was almost declined my feeling to drive 4 hrs to Kingstowne. Purchased a car from here a year ago and I have to say that they really fix up the used cars back to like-new conditions. Havent really have to replace parts or conduct any services other than the basic oil change. When the car was purchased, it literally drove like a new car and the physical condition of it was like new as well-- still feels that way after a year! Ali (owner) is professional, responsive, and his number one concern was whether or not we had what we needed, and the car was running in the best condition. They changed the breaks, rotors, tie rods and spark plugs, all, just to be safe. Their mechanics truly care about doing the right thing. I live in SE DC and was ready for a new car. I originally walked inwanting to buy a Jaguar F-Type with a specific color combination I seen online however upon arriving that particular car was being serviced so I started test driving everything on the lot (Maserati, Jaguar, Corvette and Audi S5). I like the Audi S5 out of all of them. After talking with Billy and Patrick they were able to get me a lower rate with Suntrust then Navy Federal had gave me previously. To get the lower rate it took all of 20minutes, immediately Pat told me to rip up the navy federal check I had with me. I drove off with the Audi S5 the same day with the color combination I wanted, percentage rate and price. Billy and Pat are very professional and have a no hassle style of salesmanship. The only gripe I had is that the car will need tires in the next few months or so as they were below half quarter mark, other than that my experience with Kingstowne Motorcars was pretty good. I’ll definitely recommend to a friend or come back for my next car.

Great place to buy some these people are about their word. Surprisingly. I bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E class 350 had a few things that needed to be fixed (minor things) I bought the car and they had told me they would fix everything. I was a little sketched out in the beginning, but once I brought the car back they fixed everything in the car! It drives fine I still have it great place to buy a car!

If you are looking for a high end vehicle with low miles for a fair price, these are your guys! As an owner of a few businesses, I dont have much free time in my day, and Im aware that purchasing a car is an all day process. Luckily when I began my phone calls, Ali, one of the owners picked up on a Sunday. The previous dealerships that had a model I was interested in were all closed on Sundays, so going to Kingstowne made my life much easier! Here is why Im super amped on this dealership. When I was about to leave the parking lot AFTER purchasing the car, my airbag light went off. Juan did some diagnostics and said, dont worry, we will take care of everything.The next day, Juan personally came to my office, picked up my Range Rover, and left me with another RR and took mine to the dealership since it was still under warranty. When the issue was fixed (just a seat belt that needed added tension), Juan came back to my office and dropped off my vehilce and took the loaner back to Kingstowne. Bottom line is, the took care of me even after they got the sale. As soon as my wifes cars lease is finished, we KNOW we will be coming here. Thanks, Ali, Ben, Juan and the entire team at Kingstowne! These are good people. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. They have reasonable asking prices. They fixed all the issues I found with the car, pre-purchase. One modest dealer fee. Nothing else, except local town tax, as I took the car out of state. I’m not local to Virginia, but if I was I would do business with them again. I was in the area for business and they had the vehicle I was looking for.

Very friendly staff and lots of high end cars to choose from. We were in the market for a nicer than average family car. And was lucky to find a Mercedes R350 which to us is a fancy minivan. Suits our needs perfectly. Has a 3rd row, good for carpool etc. Now i can schouffer my kids around in style. We traveled 5 hrs to pick up the car and on the drive home we got caught in a severe rain storm. the salesman was very accommodating and even called the following morning to make sure we got home safely. Very impressed with the professionalism and genuine personalities. Not to mentioned they are the most polished and best dresses group of men and women i have ever seen. Takes much pride in themselves. Their business and their fleet or cars. Definitely recommend them.

I went there for the first time not knowing what to expect. I left the dealership with a great experience! I have bought a lot of used cars over the years and this experience was the absolute best. The entire staff is very transparent about the car and very willing to work with you to ensure you are comfortable with the car before you purchase. They went above and beyond to ensure the car I bought was fixed, prepped, and ready to go to my satisfaction. The entire staff is friendly and very nice. Ali and the team were beyond fantastic. Upon entering the dealership I was immediately struck with how clean and professional everything looked. I had a short time frame due to other family plans and, rather than reschedule for another day in the week when I had more time, Ali and Ed rapidly walked me through the car-buying process, addressed all of my concerns, and had me driving away in a beautiful vehicle that I felt I got a great deal on in under 85 minutes. If you want the hassle of having to dicker back and forth on vehicle price, with a salesman who runs off to speak with the “manager” every 15 minutes, choose another dealership! That’s certainly not what you’ll find here!

I recently purchased a BMW 550i from Kingstowne Motorcars. The buying experience was unmatched and Bill Sean and Sam were outstanding. I got the financing, the extended warranty and gap warranty in a breeze with a great rate. The vehicle passed inspection in VA but when I took it to BMW, they came up with a list of repairs: 4 rotors, braking pads on all wheels, lift pads and alignment. To tell the truth, I was quite surprised because having own BMW 7 series in the past, the 550i felt outstanding to me. When my kids asked me about the vehicle, I summarized it by telling them PBS! Power, Brakes and Suspension with the car were remarkable. However I went ahead to replace all the parts mentioned above and Bill charged the parts only. Labor was zero.! And all was done in one afternoon.The car passed MD inspection today without a hitch and I thank these great professionals for their dedication to make buying delightful. If you looking for a great car and peace of mind, just go check these guys out and they will match your expectations. I will be back for any future purchase

The car was priced more than reasonably. I insisted on getting a personal mechanic to check it out. They offered and then actually dropped the car off at my private mechanic! I was very impressed with how easy they were to work with, and how much they worked with me.

Vasile and the entire team were extremely helpful. They understand the pressure involved in buying, so they were understanding both during and after the purchase! There was some additional paperwork I needed to fill out, so when I returned to the dealership they paid for my gas. Everyone was friendly and courteous the entire time.
