After purchasing a brand new 2020 Ram Laramie that we spent over $70,000 for, we reached out in concern after the paint started chipping on the door handles in the same exact spot. The service manager Kyrin refused to fix the defects. He stated we would have to pay to get it fixed and said something had to of hit the door handles. Mind you its in the EXACT same spot on 3 of the 4. We also had an issue with the touch screen but they stated they couldnt fix it and to bring it back in when it happens again. Had I known we wouldve been treated so poorly we wouldve gone somewhere else. They do not stand behind the brand or their promised Youll Live it at Lindsay. By far the worst customer service we have EVER had and I would not recommend buying here. They are all about making the sales and money. They failed to take responsibility for a faulty defect that has been documented as weve had the vehicle professionally washed, waxed amd maintained. Bottom line. Dont waste your hard earned money here. The dealership in Fairfax where I bought my promaster is top line and never had any issues there. Definitely recommend making the longer drive for better service and overall experience.* Should they do right and stand behind their product and do whats right and fix the paint defects I will gladly edit my review. *

We set an appointment to have one of our vehicles get serviced. We used their “ Pickup and drop off” services, HOWEVER, they never came to pick up the vehicle. We did not get a call, email, text, slow mail, smoke signal, etc. When we called back to speak to a service manager, they sent us to the appointment department. They person didn’t seem to care and on top of that, wanted to charge us $25 to use the “Pick up and drop off” services. The “ Pick up and drop off”service was told to be free to us the first time we tried to used it.On top of that, last time we had them service the vehicle, they told us they “ top of every fluid” but the vehicle’s coolant was extremely low when we came to pick it up. However, by then the service department was closed.We would of used another place to service the car but they got us with the $7000 “warranty” under false pretenses.

Very bad service - We had an issue with a stress crack in bottom left corner of the front windshield with only 104 miles on Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nothing hit the windshield - it was in the driveway in the sun - undriven for 2 days. No impact mark on the windshield - just the L shaped crack. Customer Relations and Service refused to replace the windshield. We will NEVER deal with them again and will not recommend them either. They would not even return any phone calls - we had to drive there and show them the car in order to get any response. Had a great buying experience with this dealer and Chris F as salesperson but never again.

Last week I needed some assistance getting a windshield part number for my 2019 Ram 1500. I contacted the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle (not Lindsay) and their customer service was terrible. I decided to contact Lindsey Chrysler to see if I could get help with the information I needed. Wade in the Parts Department was very helpful and provided me the part information which I needed. Also, Tony in the Service Department was very helpful with information about camera aiming after windshield replacement. They provided great customer service even though I am not a direct customer of theirs. I will consider going to this dealership when it is time to by my next Ram! Sadie was the reason we purchased. She was genuine, and helpful. I could tell she really wanted to get us into the best vehicle for us, on terms that were fair to everyone! The dealership had lots of vehicles to choose from, a clean environment, and even a Coca-Cola freestyle machine for drinks. We came on a Sunday, so I didnt get to check out the service department, but it looked large, clean, and inviting. Please go see Rafael Erazo. He will do what he can before you talk to the manager to close the deal. Car buying experience should never be a one-day ordeal if you want a good deal for your car. But Rafael really works hard to save you time and money. We missed on our first car, but Raf got us back in a few days later with a better car at a better deal. Purchased a Gladiator. Went there because of the selection. Once there, they were easy and great to deal with. No pressure. No up-sell nonsense. They wanted to put you in the vehicle that you wanted. Sale value of vehicle was very good. Trade in value was definitely fair. When it got down to dealing with financing they were straight forward. Would not hesitate to recommend if you are in the market for one of their products. I do not live close to the dealership but would make the drive again next time because of my experience. In my opinion- DO NOT DO ROUTINE MAINTENANCE HERE! My wife took her Durango on to get the headlight replaced. They charged her $327.06 for a $75.00 D3S HID headlight bulb! AND they charged us $24.50 because the part is considered special order! For a lightbulb! Total damage was $547.65 FOR A HEADLIGHT BULB! Let me ask you this dear reader: how much do you pay for tires? This mark up is disgusting! Weve been going here for 4 years due to the warranty. NEVER AGAIN.UPDATE: youll see below that Lindsay took an interest to discuss this matter. Ms Rader referred me to their service manager over a week ago. No call no email no discussion. The result of the interaction was the sales Manager was screaming at us to get out of the store!! On the sales floor while also while cussing at us. My Jeep is 14 months old. I brought it into the service department with a tire pressure issue, computer issue and oil change. The traction control is turning in by itself. The tire is losing pressure.I paid for the extended warranty and paid for the tire warranty when I bought it.They tried charging me 500 for checking the computer and tried telling me I need to pay for the 3 remaining tires. Brad at service is a crook. He sat there and looked at me when I said it’s only 14 months old and said,”well if my techs have to spend time on this and we can’t find anything, I’ll have to charge you.” Yes, Brad. I’m wasting my time dropping it off and being an inconvenience for fun.DON’T waste your time at this place. I should of taken my 2020 Jeep to the Dulles Jeep. They don’t try to take advantage of you like Brad in service. STAY AWAY FROM this location.I own 3 Jeeps. I’m a Jeep guy.Last time I bring any of my Jeeps to this location.

They are dishonest, manipulative, greedy, & uncaring.I went to this dealership interested in a specific minivan that they had listed as certified used. We checked it out, liked it, & went to do paperwork to purchase it. I was already pre-approved for a loan through my bank. Suddenly their price went up several thousand dollars because I wasnt getting my loan through them. I relented & agreed to get my loan through them, despite it being a much worse interest rate. Then I was told I couldnt put more money down on the vehicle. After haggling for a fair deal for my trade-in (they tried to offer me 1/4 of the Kelly Blue Book offer for my vehicle), we spent nearly an hour trying to convince them that we did NOT want extra warrnties/add-ons as we were already over budget. With paperwork signed & a down payment given, they said the van would be ready for me that evening. Well that evening I got a call that they couldnt sell me the van because they couldnt certify it (despite it being listed as certified). They tried to offer me a similar vehicle & we asked to have it inspected first. After several days, they couldnt certify that one either. We asked for a refund & it took multiple calls plus my husband physically going into the dealership for them to finally give us our money back.It was the worst dealership experience I ever had. Do NOT waste your time here. You will overpay, be manipulated, & lied to. Avoid this place at all costs.
