They just like to waste peoples time. I made it clear I was driving for an hr and 20 min away and I had my own financing and was ready to purchase. Randall received me the first time by saying the car was on finance hold and all I could do was look at the car. How ever we liked the car and told them to let me know when it was ready. So a few days go by and Randall texts me and said that the car was ready to purchase oil changed inspected and detailed so I drive back down again. This time being told all they had done was sticker slapped the vehicle so I could drive it. I say this because the inspection work hadnt been done and it already had a sticker (this is illegal by the way Im a VA state inspector). The car was still not detailed and had several other issues. Low brake pads vibrations exc. Very disappointed all they talk about is there reviews in the show room. I was not impressed I was actually concerned for other buyers with no mechanical experience. Buyers be ware or take someone too look the vehicle over for you.

I just saved over $3000.00 thanks to Shannon Auto Repair! My 2006 Infinity QX56 needed a new fender and bumper. I asked two other shops for quotes to fix the car, not too worried about final look, just get it road legal and safe. The two other shops came back with what I thought were very high estimates. Turns out, I was right! David gave me a quote to do what I asked for over $3000.00 less than both the other shops! When I got the car back, they had fixed the bumper and fender, as well as several other little dings and dents. The car looked much better than it did before the accident that necessitated the body shop visit. I could not be happier with the repair! Wow, i can not believe the customer service here. After paying $30,000 We requested some documemts on our Supercharged Lifted Hummer H2. Not only was salesman Mack very hostile and actually cursed me out on the phone but he refused to give me any form of contact to the owners or his superiors which i find very unprofessional. The ONLY thing I would slightly complain about is their detailing service, car was still dirty inside around the head unit and cup holders but I have car detailing materials at home for a reason and it’s not that big of a deal. Will 100% come back when I’m ready to trade in my Avenger.

I took my 2000 Honda Civic in for the annual inspection to a local gas station and was failed for a parts issue and told my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I had a friend tell me to take my car to Shannon for any repairs in the future, so I called. I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and was told I could drop my car off at any time. The next morinig I dropped my car off and asked them to look at the brakes for me. Six hours later my car was fixed, told the brake pads still had 40-50% left on them and was charged an even lower price than the quote. If you ever buy a car from this dealership, please make sure you take it to a good mechanic for a good check, I bought a car from them and you have no idea how much money I’ve spent fixing a lot of things they hide when they sell them, including transmission, shocks, sensors, etc. they were also supposed to replace the headlights since they were getting foggy all the time, they had me waiting for a year, they said they were in back order so I had to replace them on my own, that’s really disappointing, I know I got a used car but I was expecting something in better condition, I wouldn’t buy a car from them again.
