Just had the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all the years I’ve been a car owner, about 30+ years. Have been keeping an eye out for a good, solid deal for a pick up truck for our college-aged son in his final year of school before entering the Navy that he could afford on his own after graduation. For what he was wanting in a truck, we just couldn’t find anything that fit our budget— we learned quickly that trucks are just not cheap. But then just this morning when prospects fell through at CARMAX, we found Imperial Highline in Manassas (through Car Gurus)with a too-good- to be-true-truck on the lot— excellent, new condition and good, solid features… I had a very good feeling in my bones about this…Ahmad made contact right away and in minutes we were on the road heading over there…. I was ready to get my haggling hat on, only to find out that the price for this truck was an AMAZING deal that just couldn’t be beat… we saw that there were others who had inquired about this very truck at the same time we were, but we beat them all to it. Did a test drive even though we already knew we wanted it… what made this experience excellent was the hassle-free, responsive, straightforward and expedient customer service…they ran a credit check, got us an excellent financing rate, answered all of our questions — not to mention their fun friendliness! We signed all the paperwork while they had the truck detailed and in less than an hour, we were on the road heading home. If you’re looking for a good car purchase and want to do solid business without all the hassle and hype, check these guys out… you won’t be disappointed!
Ahmad is probably the most down to earth guy I’ve met. I was looking at the truck for a few weeks and did a lot of research about the truck and the history of the truck. Gave Ahmad a call to schedule a time to stop by, and he didn’t hassle or push to sell me a car. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he brought the keys out and said to look it over and take for a test drive and he walked back inside.I originally came in with a pre-approved check from my bank with an already set interest rate, and Ahmad was like bro, you have a good credit score, I can get way lower than that, just give me a minute. 10 minutes later and he was able to get a lot lower of an interest rate for me. Like I said, super down to earth guy and he saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend Imperial Highline for any buyer, thanks again for the hookup!
Super satisfied with my purchase picked up a 2014 Lexus GS350 for a good price after looking for months and not liking anything, ended up being more than I even expected. Thanks to my boy Yosuf he was a great person to work with and made sure we saw every step of the way on financing. Make sure to inspect a used vehicle CAREFULLY before purchasing‼️ Unfortunately for me I have I brought a vehicle from here with a BLOWN head gasket 🤦🏻♂️ other than that the salesman was pretty cool about the transaction but please look at the cars carefully, because whoever runs this dealership just buys cars just to make them look pretty without doing the proper maintenance or repairs before selling them putting them in the lot

Went yesterday to look at a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder I saw on Cargurus and I have to say it was dead on straight what I wanted. No hidden nothing it was perfect just what I wanted. Think ten times before going here HUGE RED ALERT,even if you buy a high end car from them,they treat you like they dont care largely because of the colour of your skin i guess and the worse is their level of rudeness is high end as your car might end up not passing inspection most especially out of state no matter how smooth and good it sounds....be very careful even if they try to convince you with all the words in the world.Terrible and so horrible experience.

This goes to anyone buying a used car, get everything you want in writing because you own every defect once you drive off the dealers lot -they have that in writing. You may pay a little extra but look for dealerships willing to back their vehicles with at least a 30 days 50/50 or 100% warranty coverage, be suspicious of dealership that cant back what they are selling just a general rule. -Unless you are mechanic or absolutely love a vehicle, this is a simple buyer beware PSA

Rude staff and place lacks some integrity when buying something a important as a car. Understand that this is how these 2nd rate dealerships function, however not much of a dealership” if you sell a vehicle with maintenance issues.Favorite line here seems to be “let me talk to my manager” who is nameless.“We have no hidden fees”Btw other 2nd hand dealerships offer $300-500 processing fee and their “hidden” fee is generally $18-$25.The only dealerships that charge around $900 for a processing fee are actual reputable dealerships such as Toyota, Honda, etc.I don’t like bashing small businesses but I hate that people get taken advantage of in these scenarios as other reviews show

Public Service Announcement (PBA) BUYERS BEWARE!!I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango RT from hear and I certainly would not recommend that you purchase a vehicle from here. I have had the worst experience with them and even had to pay $355.46 to do repairs to the vehicle that they had done that was faulty and not even the correct parts, which could have killed me. Thankfully I was able to get the faulty part and pictures of their McGyver repairs which will be given over to the Virginia State Police as a Complaint is being filed with not only the VA State Police, for them passing the Safety Inspection of this vehicle which had multiple issues that was obvious and would have failed the inspection to include a Safety Recall which was not brought to my attention until the Check Engine light came on, but also with the BBB for Deceptive Practices and Fraud for failure to disclose the above mentioned issues and for Computer tampering, Emissions hosing and sensor tampering, to make the Check Engine Light be off at the time of purchase. When attempting to contact them regarding the issues, I was told by my salesperson Ahmad Rahim, that he didnt know anything about that and he would have to speak with his General Manager and I have not heard from any of them. This on a $29,665.09 vehicle that I put $17,165.09 of my own money down own!! It was clearly obvious that someone tried to McGyver the emissions hosing and sensor with make shift hosing, black electrical tape, black zip ties and a medal bracket and the part wasnt even the right part which allowed for not only the fumes to leak, but gas as well, which could have combusted and caused my car to go up in flames. Thankfully I have not only pictures of the shabby work but the actual parts as well thanks to Lindsey Dodge as I will be turning that over to the VA State Police as well as someone could be looking at Criminal Charges. Do Not purchase from here and if you do, and you have issues with your vehicle, do your Due Diligence, keep records of everything including your contact with them and file the necessary complaints.
Unfortunately, I have to give a two star review. We bought a 2015 Suburban from Imperial Highline on 3/23. Ali the sales rep was amazing, we live four hours away and he helped me handle everything over the phone before making the four hour drive. We got there, the car was washed and sitting out front ready for a test drive. Ali did great at getting me a deal with my trade in which put my monthly payment in the range I wanted. We did a test drive and checked the vehicle over very thoroughly, signed the papers and started our four hour drive home. Not even five miles from the dealership (which is closed by this point as they stayed open an extra half hour for us to finish the deal which was appreciated) the check engine light came on and started blinking. We stopped at a nearby Auto Zone and spent an hour working under the hood in hopes it would be a simple fix. Again about a mile after leaving it came back on again and we were not sure we would make it home. After having a local dealership look over the vehicle, they came back with injectors are bad. We called the dealership and spoke with Ali multiple times who was very nice and helpful, saying he would talk to a manager, see what he could do and return the call. Phone calls have not been returned from a manager and when we try to call the dealership we are placed on hold for as long as 15 minutes without talking to anyone. I am fully aware that I bought an as is vehicle and I dont believe the dealership knew the injectors were going in the vehicle prior to the sale nor am I placing any blame on any party involved. I however, am just trying to get half or all the money that we now have to pay for parts and labor, which was estimated at $2500. We cannot drive it another four hours back to the dealership for them to fix it (which is what they keep saying to do) with the current situation, actually I have a nice car sitting in front of my house that I can not drive. For us giving business out of state and driving as far as we did and having the issue literally right after leaving, I do believe management should step up and help out a little with the parts as we now have to pay out of our pocket for it along with the labor required to fix. Since management seems to reply to reviews online, it would be nice to get a returned phone call.
What purchasing a vehicle should be like, headache free and I even got a better rate than buying a new vehicle. Which in itself, was mind blowing, thanks to Ali and the staff. Will definitely send and bring any future business to them!

I just purchased a BMW X6 with Imperial And can say that it was the best experience, all paperwork took me less than half an hour. Fahim was very profesional and helped me get the best finance rate possible as well as an extended warranty (insurance). I was able to take my car for a pre purchase inspection with not one issue. Their vehicles are in great shape. I’ll be coming back here with my wife for her new car pretty soon! Thank you so much for all your help and for the gorgeous vehicle!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SECOND RATE DEALERSHIP.We’ve all seen Matilda right? The employees here lack integrity and will knowingly sell vehicles that have engine problems and other severe issues just to make a quick profit. I’m still paying on a vehicle that the dealership refused to take back after two weeks of piss poor performance, until ultimately the vehicle broke down due to engine failure. And the finance company also refused to cancel the loan, and I ONLY HAD IT FOR TWO WEEKS. This place is a pathetic excuse of a dealership. I implore you to go to Carmax or any other reputable dealership.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!I bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 srt8 off these guys the beginning of 2021. Let’s start by then falsely describing the car on the ad and over text message with the salesman himself for example it was listed with a sunroof which isn’t my big concern but just 1 thing, then I specifically asked Ali their salesman if if had launch control, and track plus sport mode and he texted back saying yes it did! Obviously when I got to the car it did not! Another issue I had the car was listed at 109k miles I got into the car it was at 111k miles so someone was joyriding the car while they were trying to sell it!! When arriving to the dealership the salesman told me 1 single interior trim wasn’t on inside the car so upon looking I seen that not a single interior trim accent that the car has in on the car at all none of the doors nor the dashboard, so now over 2 months have gone by after them agreeing to buy me accents and have them shipped to me they don’t answer me and constantly the manager is out or the person who orders them is sick or the salesman is out and I keep getting fed stories also when I arrive the car is parked so that I can pull directly out the lot and be on my way no reversing nothing, when I get home I parallel park and realize my reverse camera doesn’t go on just a black screen so I call Ali and he says it worked before I took the car which I’m 110% sure it did not they got over on me yet again! I also did not receive even a half tank of gas when buying the car which isn’t a big deal either but on my way home my change oil light comes on ! So I couldn’t even get fresh oil in my semi new car, then my rims losing air i take the wheel off to see if theirs a mail and their is a nice size crack over a welded crack on the rim! This dealership cuts every single corner they can and the salesman or owners drive all the goof cars around doing god knows what inside and to the car ! Very terrible experience and I’m still regretting doing this deal! Take your money elsewhere they don’t even appreciate the sales or the customer satisfaction! Instead of lack of communication their just is none they got their money and that’s all they worried about
Honestly, this was the best and most stress-free car buying experience I couldve asked for. This was my first major car purchase and the guys were so knowledgeable, helpful, and I never felt like I was working with a traditional car salesman. They even helped SAVE ME MONEY! They keep their cars in excellent condition (I climbed into almost every single one on the lot), and the lot in general is kept very clean.Super happy! I have never had a better car buy experience in the multitude of cars that Ive ever purchased. Mr. Alis professionalism exceeds any reputation of a salesman Ive worked with. At the same notion, he really took the time to really follow up with me and make sure all of my needs are met as opposed to just selling me a car. There was consistent communication about everything throughout the entire process and I thought he did a fantastic job. I also worked with other members of the team including Mr. Merino in the financing department who also exceeded my expectations and was really able to help me finalize a deal that same day. Great customer service! Car looked even better in person and once I saw it I had to have it. The process was someone what long since we were negotiating. Got a good price for a great car which was the hellcat! I do recommended them if your looking for a high end car. From what I saw on their lot it looked like they had some real head turners esp with that AMG GT!I would post my car but it doesn’t give me the option! Btw I got a 2017 hellcat. I purchased a used Honda Civic Sport this past week. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the manager even talked to me at length and helped me look over my old car and encouraged me to sell it elsewhere as I would get more for it than if I traded it in. He also helped me get the best financing, and encouraged me to turn down a bad offer while waiting on a better one from another bank.They were flexible in allowing me to test drive the car and take it to my own car guy to look over before purchasing. There is a loose wire hanging down from a modification the previous owner made to the car that they have told me I can come in and get taken care of for free, so I will do that ASAP.Its not a fancy dealership, but if you know what youre looking for and they have it in stock, I would absolutely recommend visiting Marino and the staff here!

Respectable and amazing dealership.I have one criticism.You guys are selling cars nearing $100K and consistently sell high end cars.Please make the office better looking. Just basic maintenance or power washing / facelift and modernize. It doesn’t look good on the business when the cars your selling are great and the office is maybe a 6/10. Investing in your own business will go far. Other than that great job, good selection and professional salesmen.
Never ever dealing with them again. You should definitely think twice before getting your car here. At first, the are very nice when you go to test drive and in the process of purchasing the car. If you have questions or any problem with the car they look for any excuse not to help you or pretend that nothing is wrong plus you have to pay for any repair that has to be done to the car.After 5 days of purchasing the car, I heard a cracking noise in the back of the car when parking in reverse and turning the steering wheel all the way. I took it back and wanted to return it but they dont have a return policy. They took it for a ride but didnt hear anything; although you were able to hear it. After talking to them back and forth I had to take the car back because nothing was done and they were very rude and unprofessional. Apparently, they were doing me a favor by checking the car, as they said. They are not accountable for anything and it seems all they care about is sell regardless of what happens next because for them is your responsibility, basically your problem.

I went in roughly two weeks ago to purchase a truck. I’ll be going on my third week and all of a sudden my engine went out on the highway. I had no warning signs of any issues. The car just suddenly broke down. Since I I just bought the car two weeks ago I figured I might as well take it back there to take a look at it. Come to find out there was no car oil in my Ford F150. The oil light never came on to warn me about any type of low liquid levels. This means they sold me the car WITHOUT ENGINE OIL. So now they want me to pay for a new motor for something their liable about. It’s already a pandemic going on and they want to scam people during this time?!? What kind of customer experience is that. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this establishment.
I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Imperial and I must say that my experience there was one of the best that Ive had with regard to buying a vehicle. Although I knew what cars I wanted to look at prior to my arrival, I was impressed with the inventory of cars that they had available. Samuel was great with regard to his knowledge of the car features and his patience with my wife and I as we asked several questions about how things worked. After I purchased the car from Imperial, their excellent customer service didnt stop there as an issue arose with my inspection and they were quick to resolve the issue and get me back on the road. I definitely appreciate the customer service and feel that I got an excellent deal purchasing the vehicle from them. Don’t buy from them. Bought a Land Rover from them a couple months ago and they promised to fix the cracked sunroof, but made up excuses about having difficulty finding the right glass (ex. they “accidentally” ordered a yellow colored sunroof lol). Brought the car to a Land Rover dealership for inspection and the repair man told me that it was a super easy fix and they had the exact glass in their shop already when Imperial Highline (still) hasn’t said a single word to me about finding the correct glass in almost a year lmao. Obviously, I’m not paying to get the glass fixed when Imperial Highline promised to fix it themselves, but they blocked my number when I continuously to contact them about it. Bonus, the repairman at Land Rover has heard of Imperial Highline because they’ve had another car come in with a really bad experience from them. Take off the rose colored glasses and purchase from somewhere else.
In my very strategic process of shopping for a vehicle, Imperial Highline was one of my top three picks. Ive read through some of these reviews and in my interaction with these guys, they dont deserve such pretentious nonsense from online reviewers. They most certainly dont deserve 1.5 stars. (One reviewer was traumatized by their car buying experienced? Really? Get a life.) Sam was very helpful, down to earth, and honest about what I wanted to buy and the trade in I presented. My wife was very impressed with him, and thats hard feat to accomplish when it comes to sales people. Shes usually skeptical of all of them (because she married one). I felt like I was negotiating with a neighbor, not some guy behind a desk with a cute little uniform and a script. Their inventory is fairly priced, the website was easy to navigate, they were very responsive, and they were as transparent as possible when it came to the information on their products. Although I ended up purchasing somewhere else, Ill definitely refer people in their direction. Keep it up guys.

I’m actually speechless on my experience. Trying to purchase a vehicle and get a price then turns around a couple hours later and says we can’t do that price the salesman can’t do that. $500 difference cost to lose a sale and a customer and bad review. Please fix your customer service, when you say you will call a customer back and also on the phone when you speak to a customer. Take accountability for this.
I brought a car 11/25/19 and the service was above and beyond expectations. In addition, I received a call today checking to see how we made out going home last (3 hours). I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good vehicle at a reasonable cost!
EDIT: I FINALIZED ON A SALE.The team was very easygoing to work with, and although I didn’t get approved for financing (kinda glad honestly) I left a deposit and actually paid the balance down on the vehicle over 30 days. Totally unique, but damn, it worked extremely well and I got my dream car! I drove off in a sweet drop-top that was at the LOWEST market price you could find. Now I’m looking at another car they sell!No issues as of now. Friendly staff, pretty prompt to email responses.I’ve inquired via email in regards to a vehicle on lot. I was surprised by the trust instilled in me on site when I was offered to test drive an exotic right away and even though I was a bit weird and overly cautious about it, I find that my reaction was my own fault and from being a bit too nervous about the potential purchase. After stepping back and remaining in contact I’ve been met with nothing but professionalism. Moe has been helping me and hopefully I’ll close on a car within the next few weeks. I wish the location was a bit better, but beggars can’t be choosers.
Mr. Peter and the team at Imperial Highline are excellent! I live two hours away and found a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in. Mr. Peter was quick to respond to every message and provided all the information I needed to determine I would make the trip to look at the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was even better than I imagined. They honored the appraisal I brought for my trade-in and went out of their way to make sure the vehicle I was purchasing was in top condition. They are honest and up-front in all transactions. I Recently purchased a BMW from Imperial High Line. My salesman Samuel was everything I want a car salesman to be. Knowledgeable, informed flexible and willing to work with me as much as he could. Most of all he was not pushy. The sales managers I felt with were also awesome. Again, not pushy and willing to work with me. I feel like I got a fair deal and in return I am confident that Imperial will be loyal to me as long as I have this car. Already thinking about the next car I will buy from them. Lastly, in regards to their finance department - often this is where the buying process takes a sour turn. However, Peter was the best I have ever dealt with. A true professional.

Shortly after a new Toyota Sienna purchase for my wife it was my turn. I diligently searched for a used Toyota Highlander XLE at various dealerships in Va. and Md. with no luck. Either theyre too expensive or none to be found with the options that I wanted. Then I found a 2016 with 36,807 miles online via cargurus.com. Pictures showed it as very clean inside and out. And an attractive exterior champagne color with all the options that I wanted. A real beauty for a very reasonable low price! Until I read that it had an accident report. Ugh!! I knew that it was too good to be true but I went to see it anyway. I thoroughly looked it over, and it was love at first sight. I noticed on the front window passenger side was a posted sign that said AS IS.A salesman named Nick came out to me and we talked. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He offered to let me test drive it and I did, I didnt want to return it after that! A very smooth ride from every turn and speed .....however, the accident report loomed over me. Nick was very proactive and accommodating, he asked me if I wanted to see the CarFax report. I did, and it showed all the service records including the accident report. It revealed a slight fender bender incident at the rear bumper that was repaired perfectly with no other damage to the vehicle. I was thrilled to read that! We sat down and agreed to a contract that offered me the highest Blue Book value for my 2004 Ford Explorer and payments at a low rate for the Highlander. I couldnt have been more pleased with Imperial Highline for an excellent car buying experience. I bought that Highlander AS IS and Nick was very open about every question that I had. He displayed integrity, honesty, a very knowledgeable gentleman who took the initiative and time to show me the technical details and operation of the Highlander. It was close to closing time and he spent overtime to make sure I understood all the options on the vehicle. I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty after we closed the deal. Nick could be the poster boy role model for the perfect car salesman! I took the Highlander to a Toyota dealership for the 35,000 mile check up and a going over for anything that might be wrong. Just a dirty air filter was all that needed to be replaced, and nothing else. I was relieved!A caveat emptor to all used car buyers is to make sure you know what you are buying. Take your time to research and check everything out carefully before you make a decision on any vehicle. Dont be hasty in a big purchase such as a vehicle. If you buy a vehicle that says AS IS, that is what it means! dont expect the dealer to take responsibility for what goes wrong after the deal is closed. You bought it AS IS END OF STORY. In about 95% of the accusations toward any dealership and salesman over a bad deal are totally unwarranted, because the buyers were not knowledgeable in what they were buying. I have little to no sympathy for buyers who complain afterwards. Sorry, theres always two sides to a sad used car story.I give Imperial Highline dealership including Nick more than 5 stars if I could.
Low pressure sales and so far excellent after sales support. I dealt with Fahim and Salim, both were patient, answered all my questions, were upfront and most importantly, honest. That earned my sale.I had an issue after I got home and despite the ‘as is’ sale, they are assisting me in making the problem right. At this point I will definitely recommend Imperial to friends and family and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Could not have had a better experience! I called to schedule my appointment for a used Tesla Imperial High-line had in stock. When I arrived, the vehicle was cleaned up and ready to go for me. I Worked with Peter who was friendly, professional and helped us in a pressure-free way. My wife and I did a lot of research and the price was considerably lower than anything else we had seen. They were not joking when they said they have more Used Teslas than a Tesla dealership. Once we decided on the car, we signed all the paperwork and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Bobby the financing manager gave us an excellent rate! The rate was even better than the bank that already Pre-approved me. After the sale, we forgot our sunglasses and our garage door opener, which peter mailed to me. I am very happy to give Peter and Imperial Highline our business and would highly recommend!
Im an out of state customer and I saw an ad for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and fell in love with the car. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Nick where I expressed my interest in the car and my intent of driving up the next day to purchase the car. I communicated with him the entire day to get the bill of sale for my credit union and called the dealership at 4 pm to update him that I had everything together on my end, but I spoke with someone who told me he was unavailabe. I tried again at 6 pm where I spoke to a lady that said he was busy and I told her to let him know that I would be leaving NC at 4am and would get to the dealership by the time they open the next day to buy the car. I get a call an hour later from the same lady telling me that someone walked in 15 minutes til close and they sold the car I was planning to buy. I was extremely disappointed as I wasted so much time getting everything I needed together to purchase the car the next day, just for them to sell it to someone 15 minutes before closing. I spoke with the general manager Marino where he explained how it was an unfortunate situation and how I shouldve came to get the car sooner because they operate on a first come first serve basis (regardless of how far a customer is in the buying process apparently). He assured me that he would look for a similar Jeep for me and call me back the next day with updates and I have yet to hear from him. I have called 3 days in a row and have been given exuses by several employees about why I cannot get in contact with Marino. All the while, I have a check made out to Imperial Highline from my bank that must be reversed, my car search has been delayed, and I have to start the search/buying process again from scratch. My experience has been extremely disorganized and the customer service has been less than subpar. I got an I could care less attitude from the employees who I explained my situation to and through the lack of initiative to find a solution by the General Manager. I am fully confident that if I had not called again at 6pm that day to attempt to get in contact with Nick, they would not have informed me about the sale of the car to another person and I woud have been met with the news the next morning after driving 4 hours from NC to Virginia.
One star for being a local business that sales luxury cars in a low income area.One star for being attractive people of color with a business that sales luxury cars.One star for having a large inventory of Tesla vehicles.While I can’t speak to the car buying process of this company, I will say I’m a little disappointed in their customer service. I went there because I was interested in buying a Tesla Model S. I was met by a guy in all black who seemed nice enough, but only spoke to me once. After I explained to him what I was interested in and why, he offered up a little information on the Tesla brand and their current inventory. He then asked me to come inside to look at their prices online (I had already done that prior to stopping by) to which I replied I’ll just look around. Then, I never saw him again. I walked around the lot for about 10-minutes looking at all the Tesla’s and finally just left because no one came back out. So, I got back in my car, which was parked under the window to their office, saw them smiling and laughing at what I can only assume was me, and I left — Sad, a little frustrated, and disappointed lol. I wonder how it is they’ve been in business for 15 years if that is their customer service model? Anyway, I wish them all the best, but I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Great selection or exotic and domestic cars. Vehicles priced below market value. These cars are are meticulously detailed, cleaned, nice facility. There are two facilities, make sure you go to the larger lot, the smaller lot preps the vehicles.

Easy car buying experience for some of the most luxurious cars. My car was in great condition If it wasnt for the missing cup holder that I found out is going to cost me $112 I would have said excellent condition. But the service was good and quick would buy from them again!
Ive visited several car dealerships in the area and based on the reviews my husband and I decided to try this one out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately and offered some donuts!
