Service technicians here like to cover your in-car dash cam with oily rags so you cant see the shady work practices theyre doing, and they love to talk down to you on the phone and cut you off and talk over you mid-sentence when youre trying to give them the information they asked for... They take so long with the repairs that people are falling asleep in the waiting room! This location needs to trash all its mechanics and hire people who actually want to work, and actually want to make peoples days better by fixing their cars.

I had an airbag recall and needed to get the airbag replaced. I was trying to make an appt with the Warrenton location, but no one ever answered. This location was quick to make an appt, kept me informed, and gave me a car to use while they worked on it.
