Ive been living in Northern Virginia for about 10 years now and had yet to find a mechanic or shop that I really trusted or liked. Thats officially changed - this place was great: very honest, very straightforward, and clearly geared towards customer satisfaction. No hard sells of vague threats of doom if you dont do some extraneous service to your car. Timmy and his team were extremely polite and helpful and Id recommend them to anyone who asks.

P&B has been sold and is now Convenience Tire & Auto. I was a loyal customer for 20 years to P&B. I have used Convenience now for over 2 years and will be a customer to them forever! I have used them for regular maintenance for my BMW and Prius, installation of a new soft top for my Jeep, rust proofing the undercarriage, and a new brake system installation. Top notch work at a very fair price that is completed early or on time. I cant ask for more!

Not cheap, but theyll get the job done thoroughly with integrity.I forgot the name of the guy who works at the front, but he was very informative and genuine. Had a great talk. Hope all is well. Sorry for forgetting 😅

I came here to get Emissions test. They staff is very courteous and professional. They took the car in immediately for the emissions test without any excuses to come back later or cant do it now. I definitely recommend this service station.

Moved to the area just last year and took my car in for service at P&B after it broke down nearby. They were very helpful and professional, and most of all I found them to be very friendly and trustworthy. Been taking both of my cars in for service with them ever since.

Their waiting room is very clean and they are very nice people.

Privately owned. You will not find better mechanics than they have here. I know them and use them. You are not going to get rip off here.

The guy at the front desk did not seem very friendly, though he was friendly with the customer before me. maybe because I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt? Who knows. Might give them another chance.

I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry in for routine maintenance and now it rides like a luxury car! It glides on the road!

I have dealt with them many years and spent thousands of dollars for my vehicles. But I finally realized that they have been over charging me and not doing the work right. The same mechanical issues were keep coming up and they were charging me over and over again . The owner Bob and Mark are both dishonest and unprofessional. I will NEVER take my business to them and will WARN others do the same .
