I got the Reese’s layered sundae and when I say this was rich in flavor and satisfied every taste bud and craving I had lol...they didn’t have the icecream that goes with it which was no problem, I just got the butter pecan icecream in place of it. But the young the lady who created everything was quick and polite.

We like the ice cream. However, this location is not currently being well stocked. The past 2-3 times they have been out of waffle cones. Plus they were out of about a fifth of the flavors for scoops and had about only 10 flavors of pre-filled tubs.This was most likely our last visit because we dont go out for ice cream to disappointed.

I gave them two stars because I like Baskin Robbins but this particular location I went to last night it was 8:55 and they told me that they were closed. The doors we unlocked and people were in there eating. I had looked online and it said 10pm. If it is 9pm then you guys just need to update your hours on google so this does not happen again.

This place was our favorite place to go. In the past 6 months it has gotten worse and worse. Went in again tonight and order a vanilla malt. They were out of vanilla ice cream. My wife wanted a scoop of chocolate in a waffle cup and they were out of all cones and waffle bowls. We order 2 shakes and they were out of kids for the cups. How embarrassing! They might as well close up the store. It is something every time now.

I’ve visited this location 3 times…they are always out of ice cream. Extremely disappointing.

Very slow, even with two people working. No masks, no gloves. Even if there wasnt a worldwide pandemic, Id still be grossed out. Obviously the ice-cream is good, but the entire environment just felt nasty

I was purchasing 2 quarts of ice cream (icing on the cake) little did I know they weigh it at this location which means your quarts are not packed or full. The person who fixed the quarts, fixed them like any sensible person would, only for the girl ringing us up to weigh it and have him to remove some of the ice cream. Like really, you are going to basically dig out of the ice cream and still expect me to pay $7.99 per quart? About 2 and half scoops were removed, making the quart looking like someone had been eating it, plus the ice cream was melting in the process. Before they had a chance to dig out of the second quart, I told them I would not be purchasing it or anything else from them.

Ice Cream is good, but the prices are outrageous! 2 small vanilla shakes would have cost almost $10.00. I left without the shakes.

Delicious icecream, great service

Went to this location to purchase a premade birthday cake and picked out a 30$ one with several treats and went to pay with giftcards given from a relative. She got an error message on all. I even called the baskin robbins number and made sure there was balance on all. I suggested she clear out the transaction and start over and she did nothing to figure out why the system wasnt working just asked what other way I could pay. So I left the cake and treats and paid cash for what we were already eating. Cost that store 40$ in product cause it was too hard to call or try something else. I dont care how tasty a product is if you hire poor customer service. I wont bother to revist this location. No gloves were witnessed being used here either.

Baskin Robbins Madison,MS designed my bridal shower cake and they did an amazing job! Very friendly and professional staff and a great location! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Witnessed an employee making bowl cones with his bare hands. Asked if they were suppose to wear gloves and the response was no. After he made the bowl cones, he proceeded with fixing ice cream and then checked out a customer, who was using cash. During the entire interaction, he wore no gloves. None of the employees wear gloves.
