Zanzibar chocolate is my ALL time favorite ice cream. I came here last weekend while my father was in town visiting and he told me they had a lemon poppy seed flavor he read about .... I got one scoop of Zanzibar and one scoop of lemon poppy seed.... OMG was it delicious . A great combo..... and lemon poppy seed is a game changer . I need it in my life . I can’t stop thinking about it. I need it and want it. Not sure if it’s seasonal or what but I sure hope I can always have it. Haha!

What a great group of young woman working tonight! I took my 2 year old granddaughter as was promised for ice cream. I didnt want her to have a big scoop or shed never sleep! The girls worked with me and made her treat special as promised!

Mint chocolate chip is my all time favorite. Ice cream is smooth, creamy and flavorful. Wish they still made Cherry Chip. Also got strawberry but we didnt care for that as much.

They ignored me and wouldnt let me order. It seems they dont care if they lose a customer. Very sad. I went in thinking, Hey, Im here and thats there, why not get some ice-cream? Turns out I wont be getting ice-cream from here now or ever.

The ice cream was delicious and the shop was clean. The staff was trying keep up with the rush of people looking for ice cream. The system for servicing customers was not very effective, but sometimes theres not a lot that can be done when 15- 20 people come in the door. I really enjoyed the two flavors I got, but I forgot to say that I only wanted 1 scoop of each, not 2 scoops, so I got an excessive amount of ice cream.

Really good ice cream. Id recommend the Italian Ice flavors like Mango/carrot, raspberry lemon, etc. A bit over-priced in my opinion but worth it.

I was so overwhelmed when I stopped by for a treat on my roadtrip. There are SO many flavors and types of ice creams to choose from- I wasn’t sure which to pick! Not only do they have savory and creamy authentic dairy ice cream, they offer some vegan options too! I wish I lived closer to go back and try more. Highly recommend you stop by here, but be prepared to loosen your belt as you will be stuffed by the time you are done.

Amazing ice cream and great service

I absolutely love this ice cream shop. The atmosphere is great and the design in the inside is wonderful. The flavors are spectacular and my favorite one is the Cherry Flavor. It has real cherries in it so you can eat real cherries and ice cream together.

Yum! I love the creaminess of this ice cream. Now that we can get together outside with friends, nothing beats treating ourselves to one of their fantastic flavors at the midpoint of our walk.

We always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly and efficient, and there is a great kids corner to keep little ones busy. The ice cream is delicious! Its always fun to see the new flavors. Definitely worth the money!

Ive been coming here for ice cream for about five years, and have never had a rude or disorderly server. Yall have incredible ice cream and a huge selection of it. Bicycle benefits is nice, and has saved me a lot of money shopping here, and I would recommend it to anyone who lives nearby. Despite what might appear to be a high price for the cones, they put a lot of ice cream on. My only gripe would be the removal of the physical menus and having the menus be digital and regularly change to a special. Just slows down the ordering a bit.

My personal favorite is this $#!t just got serious, its SO good and I could not stop craving it during my whole pregnancy. They have a great selection, though, and very high quality ice cream.

My husband loves the Zanzibar Chocolate! I was pleasantly surprised to find nondairy ice cream selections! And gluten-free comes made it a great experience! So had chocolate & raspberry, yummy! Its hard to find the nondairy & gluten-free in one place, they did it!

The girl behind the counter with braids was extremely rude and rushing us to order even though we had just arrived and never been to this place before. Perhaps it could of been sped up if there were suggestions, but it seemed they were more concerned with their own pizza delivery. This may not be HER Dream job... but TBH, people who cant give good service should not be in service type jobs.

This place is a joke. How are you supposed to know whats in the flavors? When i asked the clerk, she said only way is to read the fine print on the miniature labels at toddlers eye level. Yeah, i enjoy to bend over and stick my head between other peoples butts very much...

This is a local ice cream company in Madison. They have all different kinds of flavors of ice cream. And they have dairy free ice cream as well. Their shops are always super cute. They sell fudge, cookies, candy, and cakes as well. They make some of the most unique ice cream flavors around. This is a great place to bring the kids too. Theres usually lots of toys to play with.

Ice cream shoppe is hands down my favorite ice cream parlor! This location in particular is very nice to sitting down to eat. They also have some nice kids seating and toys.

Delicious ice cream and other treats available to eat there or carry out. Seating is somewhat limited, but there is a childrens play area. Its near a library, pet store, pizzeria, nail shop, and bead store, as well as other shops all located in a mixed-use building grouping up the street from a grade school.

I would like to start out by saying, I LOVE ICE CREAM! Ah omg what I wouldn’t do. But sadly, this tasty ice cream can not satisfy my experience. I went in with my boyfriend and there was one small family in front of us completing their order, I don’t mind waiting, I don’t even know what I want yet however there was three workers, two were helping this family and I can’t even tell you what the other was doing. When the family finished both workers walked away. One went to stock spoons and the other turned away until a large family walked up and she quickly greeted them. Uh, little annoyed. But still the third worker was off in the corner. We waited another five minutes, until the other worker was done stocking spoons he then assisted me very slowly. All good things come to those who wait but dang nabbit I’ve been waiting enough. FINALLY the third worker comes up and asks what my boyfriend would like while the other is only half way through making my milkshake. We paid and left. Kind of annoyed but the ice cream was good.I’d also like to say I work in retail and I normally side with the workers. This time I just couldn’t.
