So, I ordered a pair of shoes online to pick up in the store. It wasn’t delivery, they had them in the store, and I made sure of this before buying. In fairness to FL, the email said to wait for another email advising product was ready for pickup. I went early. I take all the blame for this, and I told the guy when I first walked in. They found the shoes but had to call the help desk because the order wasn’t ready. 20 minutes or so later he tells me I have to come back later that night. I just don’t understand what the difference is from me walking in and buying them. I even offered to pay for them again or buy another pair. Hell, I should’ve just not said anything and canceled it later.Either way, I canceled the order just because of the hassle. No one really did anything wrong per say, but this is how you lose customers when your not operating efficiently.

Tons of staff in the store. Very very clean store with a fabulous selection. Toddler kids and adult shoes are all well start. I cant say enough about the staff and the store. They taught us a lot about shoes and were very very helpful you

I will NEVER buy anything from this store again! I bought a pair of shoes for $120.00 from here last week and once I got home and wore them around my house a little, I decided I needed a half size bigger. So today, I went in to simply exchange the shoes and the dude working told me the price went up and that I needed to pay the difference. Ha! Well after Arguing with the guy he called his coworker to correct everything and I did not pay the difference and I will never shop there again! I was totally insulted!

Fancy shoe store costs you a minimum of 30 percent markup. If youre looking for fairness, look away from the guys dressed as referees because we know their bias is for whatever team has the most green. Its like buying a used car.

I like going here for most of my shoes that I purchase and they have some of the best prices for shoes.

I wish I could go lower that one star. I spent 80 dollars on a gift card for my little brothers birthday with him being young he lost the card ( Not their fault) however when I went back to the store with my receipt I was told they could not replace a lost or stolen card. This to me is ridiculous, so I called the corporate customer service and they told me the same thing. This to me is a company that just cares about selling the next pair of over priced shoes and doesnt care for the customers.

They never have right size in stock or colors and when I finally had to order online shipping took as long as possible
