TiaLyn did my fitting and shes great! For the first time I have bras that are comfortable and dont drive my sensory issues nuts when I wear them too long. I love this place sooo much! They are always super nice and helpful and I love the selection they have. My bosom is quite large and they were able to help me find the perfect fit. The fact that they size you helps tremendously. I will always find my way back here.

I feel like when you are paying over $100 per bra, and you ask them to tell you your bra size they should be honest and tell you. But they claim they can’t “because all brands run differently and no bra size is the same.” Spent hundreds on bras and I did not appreciate their dishonest policies that prevent you from shopping elsewhere, I will never return.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Been to other bra futtings but I think the knowledge of these ladies is by far the best. Will definitely be back! As for the lady complaining they dont tell you your size...they right. All bras fit differently. One bra you might need a bigger size atound than another. I am 2 different cup sizes depending on the bra. Ii is all about the bra and comfort. I will never buy bras off the rack in a department store again!!!

If you have never had a custom bra, it’s life changing. 10/10 I would recommend this store to anyway. As a bigger busted woman my back and neck were hurting from lack of support, typical sizes weren’t cutting it. The first bra I fit into fit LIKE A GLOVE. I will be a customer for life. I contemplated how many stars to give this boutique for a while as the bra I purchased from them is BY FAR the most comfortable Ive ever had but the experience I had at the store was far from it.While being fitted the saleswoman:-made comments about how ill-fitting my bra (which I knew) that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed-told me I was putting my bras on wrong and laughed at me-walked away from me while I was in the fitting room for 10+ minutes with bras that were the wrong size(the woman next to me was also being fitted and she was given plenty of helping adjusting and finding the style she was looking for.)-The store had originally bragged about the numerous styles and sizes they carried but apparently in my size they only had 3 bras that were tan, black, red, and all the same style/brand.-When I asked what size it was so I could purchase others (as I had told them I had issues with finding bras,) they said all their bras are on a custom size scale and are unlabeled with sizes so you can not purchase from another store after being fitting by them.I bought the bra - for $70 - and loved it but the underwire popped through the cup 2 months later. I have yet to find another bra I love but I really dont want to go back because of how uncomfortable and upset I felt when leaving after my first experience.

I needed to quickly find a bra that would work with my mother of the brides dress, so the straps and back strap wouldnt show through the lace of the dress. The woman that helped me at Contours Lingerie was very friendly, honest with advice, funny, and did a great job at picking out some choices that worked perfectly. I was 18 minutes late for an appointment and, when I finally arrived, the door was locked with a post-it note saying they would be back tomorrow. I drove all the way up from Beloit and was late because I had to detour off I-90 North due to a fatal crash. This was going to be a birthday gift to me from my husband. I tried calling twice but no one answered and apparently there was no way for me to leave a message. I am extremely irritated by this, my first and only experience with Contours. I dont plan on rescheduling.

Be prepared for price shock but you get what you pay for. Best customer service and fitting. Felt very comfortable. Best fitting bras Ive ever tried on. Lacy ones are not scratchy due to high quality of lace. Lots of styles to choose from. When you need to treat yourself, ladies, stop in here even just for a new pair of panties.

Finally giving a review after 10+ years of purchasing at Contours. You deserve the service that is given by the wonderful staff. This is NOT your typical bra fitting. The staff takes their time with you and you have many styles to try on once fitted. This is what they do with each person. If you expect to come in and be seen right away, that is your lucky day. This establishment is like making an appt with a great hair stylist. I would be worried if I could get in within minutes. I am a loyal customer for life.

Some friends and I popped in for a girls night before Valentines day and it was so much fun! The staff were super sweet and supportive, the bra fits were fantastic, and the items were so cute! They have something for every size, shape, and taste. I will never buy a bra anywhere else.

First time shopping at Contours today. It was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the most perfect fitting bras for me! Beautiful bras in many styles and colors. Perfect for a big breasted woman! Will definitely be going there from now on for my bras!

I really struggle to even give them 1 star. My mom went in there a week ago to get fitted for a bra for her dress for my wedding. The OWNER was so terribly rude and made comments to my mom that made her feel uncomfortable and self conscious. I’m sorry but in a place like this, you should feel confident and feel so good about yourself when you leave. Also, be careful, they do not take returns on bras as they cut the tag off for you and make you wear the bra out of the store.

If you want to be fitted correctly and feel good in your bras, COME HERE!!!IThis place is amazing! I have really top heavy and bra fittings are almost always traumatizing for me. They always size me several cups smaller then slowly going up...but Contours was different, they tried a couple smaller cups then immediately found the right size for me. They were really sweet and helped me pick a couple good bras in the right size! Ive been going here for years! Previous to finding this place, Ive tried MANY different stores and NONE would size me right. I always leave happy here. Even when I lived in TX, I would wait until I had a trip to WI to get new bras. No other shop compares!

I haven’t been fitted for a bra or bought a new bra in years and this experience really made me feel good about myself, happy with the product and happy that it didn’t take half an hour of going back and fourth between fitting rooms and the racks trying to figure out my style and size. The owner put no pressure on me to buy anything but was extremely friendly and helpful regardless.

Just because you get fitted and find a bra does not mean it will work for you. Keep this in mind when buying from them. They do not take returns. You could lose a lot of money. I know. I recommend getting fitted and being careful when purchasing. They were not able to fit me. I had purchased two bras. No returns. Almost $200 lost! They also have their own sizing and so dont think you will know your true size. Go elsewhere!

I have a larger size and I usually buy my bras from an online shop out of England. This place is so much better. They have great selections and any extra cost is so worth it for the great service and professional fittings. I love being able to actually try items on with no hassle. This is the second time Ive been here and I love it. I will most certainly be coming back again.

The consultants at Contours custom measure you and find bras that actually fit you. They carry sizes normal stores don’t carry, like less than a 32 inch band size (I’m a 28”) and larger cup sizes in smaller band sizes. They have practical t shirt bras and also very cute fashionable bras as well. I highly recommend this store!

I was referred to Contours by a friend just over three years ago and have bought all of my bras here since! Such a knowledgeable and professional team, I have never felt anything less than welcome and comfortable while shopping or being fitted. Thanks to their expertise I always leave with products that last long and fit great. During my last visit I was interested in a pajama set that was out of stock in my size, and since the store would not get a shipment in until fall the owner wrote the vendor’s name down so that I could purchase directly from them online. I absolutely love the customer service. EVERY SINGLE lady here treats you so wonderfully!! They listen, fit you and keep you comfortable. The big problem I do have is EVERY bra Ive gotten here (10) the wire pops out. That immediately ruins these expensive bras. They do offer fixing them, which is great, but I live and hour away. I was hooked after my first visit. It was hard to find cute bras in bigger sizes, but they have them here with over 180 sizes. Plus with the right size the wires dont bother me anymore.

A-mazing experience. I worked with Alyssa and within one minute of measuring me she had me in the most comfortable fitting bra Ive ever put on, and I dont wear an easy size to find. I had the hardest time choosing what to buy! I wish I had bitten the bullet and gone sooner.

Contours Lingerie has given me consistent quality service. With a small band and large cup, they are the only place Ive ever been able to find bras in my size. Everyone Ive worked with there has been kind, polite, professional, and really taken the time and energy to find what fits the persons needs best. I went back the other day to find one bra to replace one that had worn out, and the owner helped me find two. I didnt have the money to afford both at the time, but she was great in working with my financial needs and we were able to make an arrangement that worked for me. Everything there is worth the price, and I always feel better after a visit!

Was referred here by a dress shop and was very excited to go see what I could find. Was measure by a sales associate and fitted while my mother waited for her turn and when I was finished there was a few more people who came in and another staff member appeared that we were not even aware was there and she started helping the others and said to my mother when she saw her waiting that she knows she was there first. They started helping them instead of my mom. We were going to buy my item and the staff was only paying attention to the others in the store so we just left and will not recommend this store to anyone. Very inconsiterate staff to help others that came after.

The overall experience was amazing- the people are extremely nice and the selection is huge. At the moment, there are 180 different kinds of bras. Their sizes vary to the American sizes of a training bra sizes to size O (that doesnt exist in American sizes). Ladies of all sizes should at least come and see what kind of selections they have.Anyways, my aunt suggested this place, so my grandma, my sister and I decided to try it out. My problem was that bras wouldnt fit me correctly. Everything falling out and when I exercise its not so pretty. Im 17 years old with a 38 DDD chest, so my experience with bra shopping beforehand was not so great. One of the ladies brought around 12 different kinds of bras that fit me in just one measurement! I brought 3 bras including a sports bra that Ive been looking ever since 6th grade. Ladies, please check this out or else youre missing out!

I have been going to Contours for several years now. A couple weeks ago I went back because it was that time again. I purchased 4 bras after having them about a week I wasnt feeling that they were the right fit. I went back and had Tia (the owner) work with me. We find my PERFECT fit and she had absolutely no problems with exchanging a couple of the bras for me. Contours is definitely top of the line in what they do. Will be back soon for a strapless bra. Never in my life have I enjoyed shopping for bras. Usually the experience leaves me feeling really low, self conscious, and buying a bra that will break down after a few wears. UNTIL I walked into this place. The staff is extremely kind, patient, knowledgable, and professional. The selection of bras and lingerie was incredible- especially when it came to finding pieces that were for the full figured woman while still looking (and feeling) sexy. I honestly can say that I left incredibly happy with my bra for the first time in my life. A little on the pricey end, but for the quality and fit of this bra I would give anything. Be prepared to have this place change your world. I know ill be back!

I was very disappointed in my experience at this store. I was proceeding to the dressing area and my husband came into the store and wanted to tell me he would be waiting up front. The store cleric proceeded to tell him no men in the dressing area and would not allow him to get in a word to me. I found this very unprofessional. I understand that the store has a policy and its purpose to respect the needs of another customer not being comfortable with it but1. It should be posted very distinctly and easily seen2. My husband did not need to be treated so rudely.3. If you are truly concerned about the comfort of your customers I would use dressing rooms with real doors instead of cloth drapesI also find this policy a bit out dated as we move beyond just identifying as male and female

Not impressed. I went in for my first professional bra fitting last weekend. I was really excited to find a bra that fit since my current ones are old and all stretched out. She fitted me in the ribcage and I was exactly a 38. She didnt fit me across the bust, which I thought was odd. She told me I was a 38 DD. There is no way Im a DD. Ive been wearing B or C for as long I can remember. I questioned this, but she said thats the size I am.I tried on the 38 DD bras she brought out. ALL of them were uncomfortably tight in the ribcage. I would have much preferred a 40, but the salesperson said Id get used to it. I didnt want to have to get used to it. I wanted a bra that was comfortable. So I tried on all the bras and had a lovely red mark around my ribcage from twisting the bra around when I clasped it.The DD wasnt right either. All the bras were gaping and I was swimming in the cups. The saleslady didnt seem at all interested in finding me a new size. After 12 bras, I just gave up. Their bras are expensive and I couldnt see me looking forward to wearing them.So I went to Soma and had them fit me. I was fitted for a 40 C and bought 4 bras from them. They fit wonderfully!It seems from the other reviews that the salespeople are really stubborn in the way they fit a person and dont listen to any suggestions from the customer. If they keep this up, they will be out of the bra business soon. Disappointed and wont be back.

HUGE disappointment. I called on a Friday at 3:30 to confirm their hours for a Friday evening because a business card I received stated 7:00pm, but when I Google Searched it said 5:00pm. No one answered, but their voicemail stated they were open until 7:00pm. So I drove 45-50 minutes to get to the store and arrived by 5:15pm. Sure enough, they are CLOSED. Had I gotten a return phone call, this would not be frustrating, I have now wasted my time. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of returning a phone call, especially if it is regarding hours.

I’ve been going to contours for 3-4 years now and I’ve had the best experience her every single time. After I had my son my breast size has gone from a DD to an F and my back size went from a 34 to a 38. This didn’t make it easy to shop at my local Victoria secret or jc penny’s. the First bra I got from contours I was skeptical about because it didn’t fit like the “traditional bra”, but after a week or two of not having to “tuck in” my breasts or pull down my bra strap in the back I was very very satisfied and haven’t gone anywhere else since.Not to mention every bra I’ve boight at Contours has lasted me years and years.If you’re someone who needs or wants a specialized fitting I would highly recommend Contours. They have incredible quality lingerie and everything is beautiful and classy.The customer service is top notch and they are extremely knowledgeable. I’ll never go to another Victoria’s Secret for bras again.

This was the best lingerie buying experience Ive ever had. Walked in on a reccomendation and was amazed at what a difference a properly fitted bra can make! Tia the owner was there to conduct the fitting and she was AMAZING. Would reccomend every woman go in and get a professional fitting done-no matter what size you are-its a game changer.

After being fitted incorrectly for a bra from another major pink retailer, I received a recommendation to come to Contours Lingerie. My former bra size had been 36d or dd depending what the other store had in stock. Turns out I am a 32 GG. The new bra took almost a week of getting used to. The band was tight, as it NEEDS to be to hold up my GG girls. So I wore the new bra for a few hours each day until about a week had gone. Yes, it was something else BUT after a week I was used to the support coming from the band and not the straps. My breasts didnt hang and most of all the upper back pain I experienced for the last two decades, gone! Completely gone. So YES, they size correctly. Yes, the band needs to be tight. Yes, it is awesome to have my girls up front and separate. Yes, yes, yes...I recommend this store to all women because it damn time our girls got measured correctly and receive the proper support. No, I didnt get a dime or discount for my review.

I went twice to Contours Lingerie and left the second time with some harassment attitude from the owner, crossing the breast rape borderline and her way of talking will make run away and nor comeback. They measure me 4 times because every time is a new excuse to touch my breast, they did not let me know what was the real size bra I needed, instead what they wanted me was to buy their bras. Because I needed it to take back some bras I got the famous gift card. One of the bras broke because is not a real underwire under the bra, after that failed attempt to find the exact bra, they tried to replace a bra cup size that previously got measure there with a smaller cup. But when the owner thought that I lied, she took me back to get the dressing room, my breast exposed, vulnerable and insulted me, that I was wrong about my bra. And the store owner was wrong. This gets unreal, when she tried to sell me a bigger band and told me not to look the size. That store is creepy. You can find better deals in Amazon from the same brands. Remember, you never will get your money back and it so overprice that you will not know what to do with those stupid gift cards! Buyer beware!!!

If I could rate this any lower I would. Im enraged that there is a tag cut out of every single bra I bought. That the one bra they couldnt cut the tag, theyve ironed on a logo to cover what I assume is the style number and my size. How am I supposed to order bras in my size if they wont tell me when Im in the store and they cut all identifying info out from the inside!!!! Empowering women??? I think not. This is pure and simple bulling and monopolizing. Ill never set foot in this shop ever again.

Ive shopped here several times and have always told everyone I know how wonderful this place is. Not anymore. They would not tell me my size at this appointment. They have a new system for fitting. They literally cut out the size tags from most of their bras. On the ones they did not cut off they have an iron on patch to cover it. What is the purpose of this? I have bought all of my bras from them for 6 years now and I will not be anymore. Seems very underhanded not to even tell your customers what size bra they are buying. I brought a friend with me also on my past visit and the bra she bought one day ago the wire has already popped out of.
