Showed up late in the day last week with a low tire on a car we just purchased. They got us right in and turns out it was just a screw in the tire. We sat outside waiting when the gentleman came out with the ticket saying it was almost finished. I said I’ll be right in to pay and he said no charge. All of our other cars have their tire service done here so he has no trouble taking care of these little issues. Great place for tires and service.

Have done business with Madison Big O for many years and have referred many people there. However, after my experience there today dealing with an employee of theirs named Butch, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. He is an extremely mouthy little fellow.

Great service! I thought I had a low tire, my car was telling me so. I pulled into Big O and before I could even put my van in park an employee was waiting there for me asking if I needed air in my tires. I told him yes and he checked every single one of them for me. Never had to get me or my children out of the van and to the cold weather to do so. He proceeded to tell me after he was done checking the air gauges that my tires werent low, its the cold weather that is making my car tell me my tires are low. I dont even know the employee guys name, wish I did. Thank you Big O Tires!

I went to Big O Tires in Madison Indiana today and I have to say that I just received the best service I’ve ever had at any place I have ever been to! The people that work here are some of the most genuine and most helpful and amazing people I have met! They helped me and my family in ways I never would have imagined and thought that a tire place would! If you ever need service for your vehicle I recommend this place hands down! They will do whatever they can to help their customers and have far surpassed the standard of any company!

They did change out the hub like I asked but also broke my abs and TCS sensor and wanted to charge me for it

After arriving at the store, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he even tried to help me save money on a purchase.After deciding on a tire and having ALL 4 installed, I didn’t like the aesthetics.Scott said -“Don’t worry about it, we will get it right”.So, they went ahead and changed ALL 4 tires again to a different tire I wanted.They earned my money and my business. I will be glad to drive another 45 minutes, one way, to get service from this place.I want to say THANK YOU to ALL these guys.

Today, my brother and I went to Big O Tires and Service in Madison Indiana. Boy was I ever surprised, Big O went through the braking system front and rear, steering control systen, tires (the known problem needing attention), and last was a wheel alignment. Scott, the store manager, was insistent that the product delivered was actually needed by producing proof of the defect as well as associated cost for approval before the work commenced. I was amazed that a store manager was actually putting meaning in the term Service. Not only was he personally ensuring customer care and service, but he was insistent that the actual mechanics understood that only mechanical needs were addressed; not fake needs for the sake of money. As it turned out the vehicle did need a couple of brake parts and a left wheel bearing alongside tires in order to be road ready as a safe vehicle for use. And, for once was happy that my wallet didnt feel rapped; I was actually pleased with the bill. In closing, I truly felt that I had gotten my monies worth and was now driving a road ready safe vehicle. So if you find yourself in need of tires, brakes, alignment and or other steering issues go to Big O tires and service and ask for Scott. From that point on, like Allstate you will know you are in good hands.

I was so worried about the repairs and tires I was needing for my car. I called Big O and talked to Scott who is the store manager. He set me up. Amazing customer service, incredibly clean, and very fast service. Did I mention great prices? Repeat customer for sure.

A cute little lady who came in after me was given extra attention and was done and checked out ahead of me. Maybe she was returning after having dropped off her car, but that didnt seem to be the case. And the cost of an oil change is too much. The man who worked with me was very nice and professional.

Scott, the manager was fantastic. He showed me on his computer screen that the Goodyear tires I wanted had just been issued a recall. He explained my options, pros and cons, with no pressure. I was regularly informed of the installation progress by Scott and others as I waited a reasonable period of time. This was my first time purchasing from Big-O. They earned my future business.

Day after Christmas and they were busy..Took my sisters car in to get the tires checked out. They were old tires and had a lot of cracks in the sidewalls. Scott took at least 10 minutes of his time to explain in detail over the phone to my sister, exactly what was going on with her car. And all of her options. Big O in Madison, Indiana was very helpful and noticed issues with my car that I was unaware of. They took the time out of their busy schedules to keep me updated on my car and the workers were all nice.

I had a bad wheel bearing. They replaced the front passenger side. Said the sound was still there so drive it until it breaks. They even told my parents at big o that my car was going to nickle and dime me to death so i shouldnt even bother. I was told to get a new car. I took it home, jacked it up, and it was the back passenger wheel bearing. The wheel would hardly even want to turn. So i spent $230 at big o on something I didnt need. And then managed to get a rear bearing on my own for $60.

Last week I bought a set of Big O tires for my car.at the Madison, IN location. It was not the first time the men of Big O have helped me. Each time Ive gone into the store, everyone has been interested in what I need and I have always left with the issue being solved in one way or another. The man who got me started thinking about buying tires from Big O was Brandon (I think his name..he had a healing hand injury). Bought a new set of Big O brand tires for our 14 Town and Country, had rear rotors replaced, front rotors turned, new pads all around, and the alignment checked. All told over $1200 worth of work. Asked for their military discount and the guy that did the paperwork said he dropped the price on the tire disposal fee and took $50 off the price of the tires in lieu of the discount. After getting home and looking at the website, you get $50 off the tires just for buying the set of 4, and the money he claimed to save me was no where near how much the military discount would have been. After we had the work done on the van it started having a weird vibration/wobble issue when we let off the throttle after accelerating that wasnt there before.Edit: Talked to Scott, who was off the day we had the work done. Got everything straightened out.

I feel comfortable with the care my vehicles get. Tom and Scott are pros when it comes to customer service. Their knowledge plus their willingness to do the best job is not matched by ANY other auto/tire care business in a tri-county area.

They broke the TPM on one of my tires then spewed lies at me to cover up thier mistake. Then had the audacity to try to sell a new one.

Paid 2,000 dollars for a set of mud tires to be put on a set of after market rims. The did not take the factory market drum Clips of caused the tire to come off destroyed my rim, studs, an break drum.an now they refuse to do anything even though I bought the warranty.

My boyfriend brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and asked them to check the steering and some lighting issues with the car. The oil change was completed, but the new sticker inside of the window was forgotten. They didnt listen to him about the steering problems and said hed have to make an appointment for the lighting issues...even though the store clearly says it doesnt make appointments. He did not feel as though the workers took him seriously and he left very disappointed with their service. He gets all of his cars and now all of my cars serviced at this Big O Tires in Madison, IN. However lately we have not been impressed with the service. We will more than likely be taking our cars elsewhere to get serviced.

Took my Acura RDX in to get a tire replaced. The man who waited on me told me he would not replace just one tire because it is an all wheel drive. He only checked the bad tire, and none of the good ones. He refused to even sell me a tire. He was arrogant and very condescending. I took it to Craig Toyota who said the tires were fine, and they would replace it. Only issue was they didn’t have the tire I need. They directed me to Koelher who checked all my tires and ordered me the new tire. Koehler is putting the tire on as soon as it comes off the truck in the morning. That is service. Big O was trying to scam me into buying a full set of tires. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from there. You all should take notes from Koehler Tire.

Theyre slow. Matt and Jason are the good workers. They put good effort. They wait to the last minute to pull tires. The shop people could easily pull them in while the workers work on cars.

Good tires and friendly service. Be sure to come more than a hr before they close. One hr to closing, it becomes more about getting the stacks of tires in than getting customers out. Took 1.5hrs to change a tire that I had off the car already. Set outside another 20 minutes before they brought in the work order

I walked in to get service and was couple people behind counter talking and nobody said anything to me. Ok they are working on something that’s fine. Couple minutes later lady walks in behind me and would you believe they spark conversation and a knowledge she is there. Not her fault she doesn’t know what I’m standing waiting to do so she walks right past me to the counter. I decide go elsewhere as I’m walking out the door an employee who was outside assisting another customer asked me “what’s up”. He followed me out the door and I couldn’t get word in to explain how thought was rude before he cuts me off mid sentence says, well maybe they helping other people. Guess one positive was he at least saw I was there. I’m happy go somewhere else wish this place best of luck.
