Great experience here this morning! After driving around and/or calling several places to get my oil changed, Meineke got me in with a same day appointment. The service was great - especially the gentleman working the front desk this morning! So happy to have found this place today.

This is a great place to get work done on your vehicle. The people are very friendly, which you dont normally find at auto repair shops. Prices are very fair and they dont try to add on work just to increase the sale. The whole place was very clean too which shows an extra level of customer service. Highly recommend.

They did a great job changing my oil. A bit pricey but the work was done well.

I was looking at buying a used car and took one there to get it inspected. The staff was friendly and was extremely helpful in pointing out what was good or not on the car. They saved me a huge hassle and I loved the experience so much that I took another car back the next week.

I got an oil change and a tire rotation. Moments after picking up my vehicle I checked my tire pressure since my vehicle has automatic sensors. They were filled to 53 psi, which is about 20 over the recommended 35 psi for my vehicle and almost 10 over the marked 44 maximum psi that’s printed on my physical tires. I then spent my time fixing the tire pressure on my own. It also made me frustrated because whether this was intended or not, my tires were put at a high risk for puncture or popping.

When I called he was very down to earth and friendly! I scheduled an appointment right away! When arriving he answered any of my questions and ran everything through me. This is the guy you want to have call you with bad news!! He was informative and easy to talk too! He also gave me all the codes so I could pass the info on to a friend! I will definitely be going back for any car issues! .. Well, after I buy a new car that is!

Easy scheduling on the app, very honest/quick/reasonable assessment and repair of issues brought to their attention.An unfortunate disinterest/unawareness in basic health and safety protocols demonstrated where county health orders are concerned, breathing openly over the top of his mask at the customer service counter.

I went there for an oil change at the end of May and near the end of June my car started leaking oil. I tried putting in an oil leak sealer and also topping it off with oil until I could make it to my mechanic. Once I took my car into a mechanic that I trust he told me there was a hole in the oil filter. He said it looked like someone put it on with pliers and it wasn’t installed well. So because of Meinke, there is oil all over my driveway and I had to spend $100 on oil, the sealers and inevitably getting another oil change. An oil change isn’t that difficult of a process so this is pretty ridiculous how much stress it has caused me.

Took a little bit of time checking in, but overall experience was kind, helpful, and very professional ! (comfortable waiting area too)

Great honest service! I went in for an oil change and through their inspection the found my brakes were quite poor. They installed new brake pads and rotors for an honest price and explained the need for all the service. Highly recommend this Meineke location!

Went to get an alignment at Meineke on milwaukee street and they had my car over a week without calling me. They told me a couple days. Then I call and talk to manager Don who was rude and short with me saying they are over booked and come get your car no charge. Don the manager then lied and said I needed 2 hours of wotk before they could align my car. I went to get my car and Don the manager again was rude and threw my keys on the desk and briefly walked away back to the shop as I was questioning his judgement. I then took the car to Goodyear on e washington and they aligned my car within an hour with no extra labor needed. This is the first time I have been lied to about repair at any shop. Great service, very friendly. Efficient and went the extra mile to offer to fix a few things I didn’t come in for.

They fixed what I asked. Unfortunately, of the three employees interacted with, two of them wore their masks on their chin with no attempt to correct it while in close contact with me. They do have the Dane County mask order information posted on the door, but it didnt help with the employees.

The experience was all together a good one with fast friendly service and its a nice facility. My only issue is that the man who was helping me was wearing his mask below his nose. Theres no divider on the counter either so it definitely made me uncomfortable. I feel like at this point in the pandemic wearing your mask improperly is a choice!

Went in for an oil change and they informed me of other upcoming work that is recommended by my car’s manufacturer. They didn’t push me to get it done but rather informed me. It was great to get that squared away all on my lunch break

I made an appointment 24 hours in advanced to get an oil change then come time of my appointment as soon as I walked in the person just looked at me and said I canceled your appointment I don’t know why you didn’t get it. Only email I ever got was just to confirm my appointment not they canceled on ME! I also have a text message from them reminding me of my appointment for 9:30am. Once I came in and the person at the front desk Repeatedly told me that he canceled on me then said well I can still do it but was not thrilled to try and help me in any way. I will never take my business here ever again. The reason this guy was refusing to follow through with my appointment was because he stated he did not have the tool to clear lights on, on my dash however I never requested that service nor do I even have lights on, on my dash. But instead of him having this discussion with me he just refused to follow through with my appointment and just do the oil change.

Took care of me promptly and without judgement. Worked with me in my timeframe making sure I reached my next appointment on time.

Don was extremely aggressive and rude and shoved the diagnostic papers in my face when I asked a simple follow up question. Even more disappointing, the other employee at the front desk did not step in to help when Don was yelling at me. Their behavior was disgusting and unacceptable. I will never take my car here again.

Excellent service, professional, timely. The mechanic went above and beyond. I was aware my turn signal wasnt working and the mechanic did some investigating and uncovered that the signal harness was faulty. I really appreciate that he took the time to uncover the root cause.

I drove to Oshkosh with my family for a concert. We dont live in WI, and on our way home, the shock went out on the back drivers side of my sisters vehicle. It was a Saturday and we wouldve been stranded in Madison until Monday if we couldnt find a mechanic. We called Meinike, explained to Rob our situation and he serviced it immediately, stayed late to get it fixed, and even turned some customers away so he could get it finished. We had another 150 miles to go and made it home without a hitch! 10/10

So a few weeks ago I was in a weekend trip with three others people. On our way home on Saturday around 2:30pm we started to realize there was something rly wrong with my car.After calling multiple mechanics we found this one! We got there around 3pm and they closed at 4pm, but Rob (literally being an answer to prayer) said he would take a look and fix it if he could. A little over an hour later we were back on the road and we made it home safely!Thank you Rob for helping us out! 😊

I was thinking $400 - $700 total.i was told $1394.00.two days later my bill was $1695.00. I cant afford to go there anymore, theyll have to make there own mortgage payments from this point on.

We broke down on a road trip through Madison on a Saturday afternoon--our driver side rear shock busted out of the whell and the car was not drivable. Rob got us in ASAP and quickly fixed and serviced the vehicle so fast. Rob saved the day. He was literally our last resort. He even stayed late! 10/10. Now we can drive 150 miles home as planned because of him.

Meineke‘s staff are very professional. They did all of my repairs/maintenance timely. They called me with updates before completing the repairs/maintenance. They thoroughly explained my bill to me. I highly recommend Meineke.

I leave for a tournament on Sturgeon Bay tomorrow morning and this happened. A huge thank you to #meineke in Madison on Milwaukee Road. #aaa towed my car to them and they rushed to get my car done in a few hours so I can make it to my tournament. I called 3 other local places including a Jeep dealership and none of them could get it done before next Monday. The charges were also less than expected. Thank you once again.

One specific worker was being very rude while explaining the price for the service by making implications that I was unintelligent. The worker took a call while assisting me, resulting in myself having to wait until he got off the phone. Once getting off the phone and returning to me, I asked a simple price question to which he reciprocated, “well, if the price we discussed was $40 (*point to a $30 point and then the confusing $70 end value I was about to sign off on), what’s $70 minus $30?” He so easily could have just explained in a nice manner to my simple question where I was getting tripped up, rather than belittling me and using a very rude tone.Moreover, upon arrival the worker’s mask was well below his mouth. It was not until after I had to make myself obvious and step pretty far back that he pulled his mask up (still leaving his nose showing). Wisconsin is currently the worst documented place on earth for covid-19. Cover your face.There was another moment where the worker gave me a rude remark about my intelligence that I don’t feel exuding the effort to keep explaining. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the employee, but if you go here, be prepared to be belittled.

I had an oil change scheduled at 1pm. I got there early and the person at the desk told me 40 min for it to be done. They got it done so fast. I was done at 1:12pm. I recommend going here!

Came in for an oil change on an old car that I had decided to trade in for a new car. Had a very noisy exhaust system that I’d been told needed replacing but didn’t want to put that kind of money into an 18 year old car. The Meineke mechanic discovered the issue & was able to cut out a short section of pipe & solder in a new section. I left after about 90 minutes with a quiet car that runs great that cost me around $200 to fix instead of spending $36,000 on the new Forester that I was about to buy. Thanks to Meineke I can put that off for another year at least! Don was very kind, the waiting room was clean & comfortable & I would go there again in a heartbeat! & they didn’t say a word about my messy car. Thanks guys!

Meineke on Milwaukee St. is a beautiful, brand new, state of the art Car Shop. I was immediately serviced by Mr. Don who was very welcoming and accommodating! Don accessed my needs for the Car and explained the process very clearly and after the mechanics inspected my car, was able to show me what work needed to be done! The confidence all the employees at Meineke has gives me a willingness to come back and get more work done on my car. They were able to temporarily fix a problem I had my switching my wobbly front passenger wheel with the back passenger wheel, giving me better control of my driving until I can come back and fix the wheel! I am very happy that I stopped by and “wheel” be back soon!

The first price was high but it was all brand new parts so I ask if there were some that could still be used instead of replacing to save money, they looked and saved me $100 so they seem to be honest and I will continue doing business with them.

Follow up with brakes and rotors replacement from March. They were still making noise. Had too much grease on them. They wanted to turn my new rotors to get a glaze off them. After asking questions, they just removed the grease. Ill drive it a week and see if they improve.

The employees while working the register and coming into close contact with customers showed blatant disregard for following mask wearing protocols. As someone who is of high risk for severe symptoms/hospitalization, I as apalled by the lack of concern for customer safety.

I had an emergency tire problem and they got me in right away. I had a new set of tires on my vehicle by the end of the afternoon. I didnt have to wait at the shop. One of their staff drove me home. They were very solicitous and attentive to my needs.

Quick and easy, everything went great I had a conference call I had to take, and they showed me a back patio area I could use...perfect!

I blew a brake hose open around 9pm on a Friday night 40 miles away from home, luckily I had a friends to stay at but out of about 6-7 places I found that was open on saturday, Meineke was the only place that didnt tell me theyd do it probably on Monday.The guy at the front desk who helped me and was answering phones (Saturday morning, June 27th) was kind, professional, helpful and very straightforward. I dont plan on breaking down in Sun Prairie/Madison again (who does plan on it) but if I ever do, Ill be coming back here specifically because of him.

I needed new brakes before going on vacation, and they got me in right away. They showed me the existing damage and explained why it was problematic. They gave me a loaner so I could get to work, and my car was done as promised. They even told me about an available coupon. The employees were very personable, as well. My car drives noticeably better!On my follow-up oil change appointment, I took a book thinking Id be there a while, but I didnt even get the Forward read. I used points from my previous visit, so I got a free oil change!At my last visit on 10/20/20, they took me on a test drive to verify the issue I was having. As always, they took me into the shop and explained, as well as showed me, where the problems were. I appreciate how transparent they are.2/1/21 - Had another oil change. I expected it to be an hour, but they were done in about 30 min. Got another free oil change by using the points I earned from repairs made on the last visit!

I took my car in for an oil change and they did not secure the oil pan back on properly. It started dragging the ground making a loud noise. I called to ask about getting it fixed. When I arrived a gentleman came out and started typing away on the computer. When asked if there was somebody else to help me. He rudely said what do you think Im doing LaToyoa I said to him, I did not know what he was doing because he didnt acknowledge my presence at all. I asked him his name and was he Don and he said yes. He stated that he was the store manager and has been for many years. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. I have a right to be upset, real damage could have been done to my vehicle because of the oil pan dragging. He was rude on the phone and in person. People dont have to spend their money in a place where the customer is not valued. Being rude to a customer doesnt look good either.

My mother has been recommending Meineke so I finally went when I needed a tire replacement (ran over a nail). It was too close to the sidewall to repair so the guy at the front took me into the shop so I could see for myself. He helped me order up a tire and I came in the following Monday and was in and out in 30 minutes. This would’ve been a hassle and probably more expensive with my old mechanic 🙄 Thank you Meineke!!!

The guys were very very helpful and did everything they could to work with me and get my brakes fixed. Just when I thought my car was trash they figured something out and I left driving my car. Definitely recommend.

First of all, the waiting room is clean & comfortable & they have great coffee. Tgey were able to get me in right away in the morning. Everyone there is very friendly & makes you feel very comfortable. I was shown what was wrong with my car & explained what needed to be done to repair those things. My repairs were complete in about 4 hours & I was given a loner car so I could go home easily during my wait. It was a very good experience.

Today i went in to this location to get a tune up on a vehicle i just purchased. The mechanic was very friendly and informative. After inspecting my vehicle he came to me with a laundry list of things that needed repairing. I told him we can do half today and the rest next week. He said to secure my appointment i would need to deposit the $407 for the essential repairs. Dropped the car off they said it would take a couple hours so after about 4 1/2 hours i called but they asked to keep the car overnight because they were having trouble diagnosing the windshield wipers which initially i wad told was a free inspection but they still charged me $65 bucks for it, Which i would have not agreed to if I’d known. I said i needed my car back to get home he said ok let me see if i can get some one to put the car back together however a hour went by and i never got a call back even though the store was about to close this was the first red flag. So i just showed up and when he gave me my receipt he said let me see if i can give u back your credit you over paid a bit. As im looking at the invoice it looked alot different from the initial one the mechanic showed me. I was told the car was going to be aligned once they rotated the tires and the oil leak would be fixed yet on my receipt it says customer declined. So basically the only service they did were replacing spark plugs, rotating two tires and repairing two tires which came to 60 dollars totals for both things. This is not what i agreed upon its almost if they did not have time to fix everything they said they would so they filled the gaps on my receipt with unnecessary non essential services i did not agree to. I asked for the original invoice with everything they said they were fixing and still did not get it from the manager. On top of that when i asked what about the credit he said well it was only 10-15 bucks i was gonna give back but since u made a deposit i cant give it back. Second red flag. To sum this up i paid 407 for spark plug replacement and a tire rotation of that the parts were only about $80 dollars. It was a very disheartening experience. We are in a pandemic i would never have expected to be deceived by a professional car repair shop. If you don’t know much about cars please take someone with you so you don’t get bamboozled like i just did. I called back spoke with manager he ensured me he did not switch the receipt which makes no difference when the actual mechanic that reassured me of services being performed was gone. So my word against theirs he also gave my kids coupons for a ice cream at McDonalds which does not equate to my overpayment which im sure is way more than 10-15 dollars.

They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repairs to my vehicle were done in a timely manner and done well. I was given a loaner car when a part was ordered from out of state. This is the second time I have brought my car here and will continue to do so.
