I made an appointment a week ago to get new tires put on my car. The earliest appointment available was 5 pm. I got there by 4:40 and waited about 10 minutes before someone was there to help me. I was told that they now close at 6. When I said I was given this choice of appointment time a week ago. He responded they let people make appointments as late as 7.He said he would start but couldnt guarantee they could install the four new tires on my car by the time they closed in a little over an hour. I told him they had my contact information for a week, why didnt they call and ask me to come earlier or at different time? I was free most of the afternoon and could have come in earlier if I had known. I postponed something else because I had this appointment. I picked the first available time when I was online. They texted me a reminder about the appointment so they knew how to contact me.This is terrible customer service. I saw several employees in the back when I was waiting for service, so lack of workers doesnt appear to be their problem. I went down the road and have an appointment in about 36 hours for new tires. At a lower price. Unfortunately we recently purchased new tires from this store for our other car. Hope their service improves.

They were able to work me in on a Saturday after Mavis couldnt get my tires even though there website stated they were in stock. Great price on a set of tires for my old truck. The guys did a great job and were friendly. They also need help so if you need a job check them out.

I blew a trailer tire on the freeway part way into a 16 hour drive. The tire that blew was the spare I had just put on because the other tire was out of round! I limped to this place and got two new tires. I called around and stopped at other places and it was going to take 3 hours! This place was friendly, and the guys got me fixed up and back on the road in under an hour! I would highly recommend them as everything from customer service on the phone, to in person, to the techs who helped get my new tires on were all friendly and helpful. Thanks to the team at NTB my trip wasnt delayed an entire day since I still had 12 hours of driving left. Thank you.

Fixed a problem that a competitor told us we needed a new tire for. Very nice, very professional and showed us where the other store was wrong in what they were telling us. Did not charge us anything to fix the problem. I will go back and from this one visit, recommend giving them a try.

My uncle and I came in with a bad sensor on our tire and Marcus went above and beyond in helping us remedy the problem when the last company had told us they couldnt help. Marcus took initiative by examining it closer and was able to fix the problem we were having. We are truly grateful for his determination to solve our problem and quickly get us on our way. I had a scheduled an appointment to have oil changed at this location. Once I arrived they mentioned that they couldnt do it. No phone call or any attempt to let me know prior to driving 30 minutes to get there.

I am very happy and satisfied with the great treatment that the manager Mr. Frank gave to my husband and me. After a long trip we took the Explorer Platinum in for an oil change and he did a general check on everything. In this way we were able to bring the vehicle up to date for our return satisfactorily. Manager like Mr. Frank are the ones who make a big difference in the workplace. Also he was very courteous, kind. I would definitely recommend this place and whenever we visit Alabama go there to check out our vehicle.

Stopped in for regular maintenance and was shown a few things about my vehicle I didn’t even know were an issue. The manager Frankie was so informative and helpful in getting me safely back on the road. He showed me multiple repair scenarios and what routes to take to make my vehicle reliable and safe again. On the side of intestate 65 No spare, raining and a lug nut that wouldn’t come off we found your store and L J. 11 sparked miles later LJ immediately started to help and is truly our hero! Came in for an oil change and the staff was really helpful and nice. Manager Frankie notice some repairs the vehicle needed and explain them to me. Overall very satisfied with the knowledge and capabilities of the staff.

I visited your store on Highway 72 West The Manager was on point with the knowledge of servicing my need. He was very prompt and courteous. When I departed I was very satisfied.

They are very slow. If you are coming in without an appointment I recommend that you not use them. Waited an hour while they moved other vehicles ahead of me with no information. Maybe they should give you some idea about the wait time. I was at the Madison Alabama store on Hwy 72.

I scheduled an appointment at 1:30pm on 1/6/21 (my only day off this week) to have my tires rotated and balanced, along with a brake check up. I believe the manager checked me in (not 100%) and after waiting an hour (the estimated time for the service).. my car is still sitting in the parking lot. I asked for my keys back and would take my business elsewhere. I did not even receive a phone call apologizing for wasting my time.. although I did get an email stating my service was completed after they cleared it out of their system. Avoid this place and make sure they do not charge you for the rotation as its included in the balancing price**

I went in at 9 AM on Friday March 5, 2021 to purchase some new tires for my vehicle. I was notified by a mechanic around 11:30 am that a lug nut on my front driver side tire had broken in half with the other half still attached to the thread. I called and spoke to the gentleman who checked me in, LJ and had the story confirmed. I was told to give them some time to see what could be done. Around 1:40 PM, LJ called me back to explain that due to the lug nut breaking, they could only install three tires and would have to leave the old fourth tire on as is as they could not do anything to remedy the situation. LJ understood I was none too happy about this and I asked once again if anything could be done since it was an error on the part of the mechanic working on my vehicle. They were afraid of damaging my wheel and I was told this by LJ. Regardless, I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed. I did not bring my vehicle in to have three new tires installed, have the fourth tire I purchased put in my trunk and to have a broken lug nut and a used tire left on. I asked that the service manager call me immediately to rectify the situation. Around 2:15 PM, Frankie returned my call and basically repeated what LJ had communicated to me previously. I then asked if Frankie understood where I was coming from and how this situation seemed to me. In disgust, I made the trip out to collect my vehicle with 3 NEW TIRES installed, a fourth new tire in the back of my vehicle, and a fourth USED tire with a broken anti theft lug nut still halfway on. While I was given “discounts” and even a “generous” $17 credit off labor & was recommended to see if a dealership could help me with my issue THAT WAS CAUSED BY YOUR MECHANIC AT NTB. So, I took your place of business’s advice and went to Bill Penney at 8:30 Saturday morning March 6, 2021 on a last second appointment booking that took all day getting the broken lug nut removed which resulted in an additional $353.90 extra expense out of pocket, due to a mistake made by an NTB technician. I will never return to this location ever again.

As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable in this shop! I felt like I was being taken care of, honestly! I will be going back to this shop to have my vehicles serviced!

**DO NOT USE THEM**!!! They price gauge horribly and for unnecessary services! They just tried to charge me over $500 for REAR brakes and rotors to be replaced on a car with only 100,000 miles, when they are perfectly fine. Extremely overpriced and very untrustworthy! I used to recommend them to friends and family, but I will not ever again! Deserve less than one star.

Went there for oil change. Wadnt but one person in there in front of me she left all I seen is 2 young guys that come out of the back look like high school kids little older an other guy took info I set there think 1 hr I ask that guy when they going change it an be ready he said he go back check. He come back 10 min later an showed me my oil plug said it looked like it was flatin they could order another but it would took me longer to set there told him. My bf last one who changed it when he put it back in was fine. .what I like to know is if it was like that before he took it out to change it why didnt he come an tell me. It was like that an see if I still wanted him to do it most places do they tell me before they done it. Not saying they did but I think one of the guy did it.

DO NOT, I repeat DO go to the NTB store on Madison Blvd. They are not honest and will lie about breaking something your car. They broke the undercarriage cover on my Lexus due to improper installation. I am a car guy and normally do all my repairs myself or take my cars to the dealership due to dishonest mechanics (aka technicians since real mechanics are hard to find these days) and I am very meticulous about most things. This should have been one of those times I didnt not deviate from the norm, but my coworker informed me that NTB does oil changes for $25.00. The inner cheap guy in me made the decision to give it a try. Everything was great the first couple times I went. The store manager, Mario, was a very nice guy and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Mario is no longer with the company. Around my third time I go to get my oil change I noticed their was a couple new people working there. This visit I sat in the back waiting room by the restroom so I could see the person changing my oil. During my oil change I noticed the technician kept slipping off the screw (stripping the screw) so I asked Mario to stop her and give her the correct socket. Low and behold the right size works every time. At the conclusion of my visit I start to drive out of the parking lot and the flap under the car that cover the oil filter fall down before I can get out of the parking lot it rips off. The manger, Mario, comes out and apologize and stated they would repair the car the next time I got my oil change. The reason the flap fell down is because the technician misplaced the screws or pushpins that hold the flap up. Upon further investigation the manager and I also notice that the flap that broke off also broke the tab off the other 2 pieces that it connects to. This happened because they used zip ties(thats correct zip ties) to connect the pieces, but I guess the technician didnt know that this would not secure the pieces because there is nothing there to secure the pieces to the frame. The manager and I agreed that the next time I came to get my oil change they would repair the damage. During this time COVID-19 happen, and Mario left the company. I went into the store 4 months later to either get my 70 Nova or Jeep Wranglers oil changed. I asked the new store manager, Frankie, about the repair and this great guy (sarcasm) stated that he sent the parts back since I did not come in to get the repair done. It had been 4 months and we are in the middle of a pandemic. I then informed him of the agreement that Mario and I had to get the repair done during my next oil change and he stated he was aware. I then ask him when would be a good time to come back to get the repair done. Frankie stated he is no longer willing to honor the repair since it took me too long to return. He also stated that he called me to bring the car in (lie #1)to have the undercarriage repair. He and I go back and forth about it so I ask for the corporate office number. I call corporate office and inform them of the situation and after a couple months with no resolution I call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, and finally things are turning around. The corporate office schedules my appointment for repair. The partial repair is done. After investigation I notice that they only replaced one piece and it is zip tied again, meaning it will rip off again. I contact corporate again to inform them of the half a** job by the store AGAIN. We agreed thatI would get a estimate from the dealership for repair. I provided that estimate to them, they contact the distract manager for resolution who denys my request for proper repair.I have asked for the district manager to contact me several times during this process, but of course he still has not called. They then inform me that Frankie stated the damage was done by hitting the curb (lie#2). If I hit a curb there would be a lot more damage since the wheel is far from the center where this is located. I contact corporate after the denial of my claim and I am still awaiting proper compensation/resolution.

I had an overall great experience at this location. The manager Frankie personally welcomed my family and I into the store and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The staff helped me determine which products were best for my vehicle without trying to sell me things I did not need. The facility was clean and organized and all employees were wearing their COVID PPE. I would absolutely recommend this location above all other NTBs, Midas, PepBoys, or OReillys locations Ive visited over the years. I would give 6 star rating if I could.

Good prices but slow!!!! And then they charged me for TPMSs but didn’t change them so I called them out on it. They then put new ones in but it took another extremely long wait. Painful watching how slow their guys were moving. Almost wish they didnt have a window so you can watch them work.🤣

Ive now purchased/repaired/installed tires here 4 separate times, and I am always impressed. Their prices are very competitive, and the customer service is excellent. They are also a TireRack.com installer. Last time they provided this service, my new tires did not fit (TireRacks fault). NTB handled the return shipment and did not charge me 2x fees to install the second set. I use them exclusively and so should you.

Spent over 4 hours here and the brakes were significantly worse than when I brought the vehicle in. The only reason its getting 2 stars is because one of the front desk employees was extremely helpful and did all he could to make it better.

The guys at the Hwy 72 location are really helpful and honest. Their prices are fair and they dont try to sell me services I dont need. And I love that they are open later than other places. My vehicle had a warning message and I called them up at 7:30pm. It turned out my alternator was failing and I was able to drop it off that night and pick it up the next day. And for less than the dealership and way more convenient. Ive also done oil changes and purchased tires here.

I have bought three sets of tires in the last 3-4 years from Mario and his crew at this location. They always give me great service and friendly automotive advice when necessary.I recently dropped my 2007 Lexus on custom coil overs / wheels and they helped me with my alignment to achieve a suburb ride. If you need tires or specialty alignment help they will take good care of you!

I used to enjoy this location, but it seems as of late they have varying levels of support and on-time attendance from their technicians. When you get there at 640am (20 min before they open) as the first in line for the day, and your vehicle doenst budge for almost 2 hours, it is rather disappointing. If you use this location, be prepared to wait around a while or have someone pick you up/drop you off.

The staff here are always friendly and professional. They do a great job and provide A+ service. They have a nice waiting room with Windows to see in the bay so you can watch as they work on your vehicle. They also provide free coffee and have a TV to help time pass. Prices are competitive and value is the best Ive seen.

The employees were very friendly & professional and the store was clean. They received the tires from Tire Rack on a Monday afternoon and we made an appointment to drop the car off at 11:00 am the next day for tire installation and wheel alignment. It took about 30 seconds to give them a little bit of info about the car, hand over the key, and we were on our way. We requested to pick the car up at 5:00 pm that day and they assured us it would be done well before then. I got a call at 2:20 saying the work was complete.They gave us a before/after printout of the alignment measurements and he took a minute to explain it to us. We paid and were on our way again after about 3 minutes. The car interior was just as clean as we left it. A great experience overall.

We love this location. My son looks forward to oil change day because it means we are getting fast food while we wait in the very clean waiting area. The staff is honest, polite, respectful and fast. I have intentionally left cash in my car while they work on it, its there when I get my car back. Thats a good sign of a honest mechanic.

Damaged one of my rims on my BMW 435i convertible. I took straight on pictures of all of my wheels when I dropped my car off. There was no visible damage. When I picked my car up, I was shown a picture, taken by an employee, of one wheel laying on the ground with damage. I showed the manager my pictures and no damage was seen. He said it was because of the angle I took the pictures at. The damage on my rim included an area on the face that any angle would have captured. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I will never be a patron again.

Outstanding customer service was provided by Nick the service rep and Terry the mechanic. On my recent visit I was so surprised to be provided the best service I have ever experienced at a tire store.Terry did an alignment check and other systems checks on my antique 1950 GMC Street Rod pick-up truck. When I was called and told that the truck was ready and I would not have to pay one cent for the check-up. I was stunned. NTB stands by the promise of a Free alignment check up. The honesty and integrity they displayed during my visit has set a new standard for other tire stores who try but cant come close to the bar set by Nick, Terry and Brian the store manager. Ill make this very clear to everyone reading this. I have shopped around and found that NTB on 72 will treat all the customers with the same care and honesty. You will have no worries if you take your car to them. Thanks NTB and staff.

Im very disappointed with the level of service I obtained from this location. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to service me in a timely manner for an oil change, ended up having to leave after it has been 50 minutes and my car had still not been moved back.

Had all four tires replaced for a reasonable price and within a reasonable time. I also enjoyed the waiting room. I went on a Thursday morning and an employee named James assisted me. He was very friendly, informative and was able to answer all of my questions.

The guys there are nice and very helpful. I have been there a couple times. They always have excellent customer service. I definitely would recommend them to my friends and family.

At this NTB, they do good work and have a friendly staff. Oil change is usually done in about an hour and a half. Only four stars because they seem to neglect their front office sometimes and can make you wait a while to check in or pick up your car.

They dont know how to mount wide, low profile tires. They also want to replace the seals on your TP Sensors (not free of course, not needed on a 2 year old car). I wont go there again.
