Isaac and the staff at Neffs are incredible. They never make you feel like you have to get something done to your bike. Theyll make suggestions on things that can be done but youll never feel the pressure of having to get it done. Whether its a simple tune up, you need tubes or tire, or even want a bike custom made, they can do it all.

By far, my favorite bike service shop in all of Madison. The quality of bike service was excellent. Isaac had some suggestions for increasing chain lifespan and he caught a few issues while servicing my bike that I didn’t originally mention. Scheduling and paying online was super easy. Great bike shop. Took an older Trek and they made it new and kept to the price they stated (maybe even a bit less than stated). Very helpful and friendly staff. There are several really good bike options in Madison and I consider this to be one of the best in town.

I first heard about Neff Cycles from a number of Madisons top riders, and Im very glad to have checked the shop out. I bought BMC road and TT bikes from Neff Cycles and have been really impressed with their professionalism, skill, and honesty. My bike fit has never been so dialed in, and all of Isaacs recommendations (fantastic custom wheels!) have been right on the money. Neff Cycle Service has more than lived up to their reputation, and I highly recommend them to all cycling enthusiasts.

Excellent communication, could not ask for better service! I needed a bike shipped on short notice, sorted out everything over the phone, and the bike has since arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packed. Were I closer to Wisconsin this would for sure be my go-to shop!

I had my best bike shop experiences here. What has set Neff above is that my cycling needs were more of a conversation. I sort of know what I need and know what has and hasnt worked well for me in the past, but Im far from an expert. Talking through all of that has gotten me feeling better than ever on my bike, and I cant imagine going anywhere else now.

I enjoyed talking with the staff and found them very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me out and deliver when I needed a quick turnaround, and I’m pleased with the work they did. I recommend this shop. :)

I scheduled a bike fit with Isaac and it was so worthwhile! His attention to detail and clear explanations were absolutely brilliant. As a person getting back into biking after a 40 year break, I was so happy to be treated with as much care as any other level of athlete. By far the best bike shop in Madison! It maybe a small shop but they can get what you need and have extensive experience working on everything from your kids BMX bike to a $20,000 performance race bike.

1st off, normally I go to 2 other shops but they are a couple hours away. They are far cheaper. So time was an issue so I almost went to a couple closer but I reached out to Issac, got a quick response & was blown away in the end. Either wanted to upgrade or just do a tune up, he didnt try to upsell me going the upgrade route like some shops. Talked it over & thats it. Just did the tune up & got the free adjustment. Hes knowledgeable, nice & knows how to treat customers. Took a couple test rides while I was there. Since they dont do rentals Ill have to go back when demos are available because I want to test out that one bike on the trail that I took for a spin. It is a little pricey but its totally worth it. The bike feels like its brand new & looks like it as well. They do a phenomenal job cleaning it, better than I have. Its no wonder people rave about Neffs. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

I booked a Mobile Bike Service online (super convenient), and Dave came by today. I got to work at home for an hour, while he worked on my bike. It is now super clean, shifting smoothly, and I have a good idea what to expect in the next few months. Ill definitely be back. Thanks, Dave and Isaac!

As a Professional endurance athlete for the last 12 years its pretty easy to know whether or not a mechanic is good and can be trusted. I can honestly say that Isaac is great and does know his stuff. Go see for yourself, test the man and his staff...you wont be disappointed!

Isaac and the crew at Neff Cycle Service are amazing! I purchased a used frame and needed the components to get it all set up. They worked with me to get the best setup that meets my needs perfectly. Their level of commitment went above and beyond what I would have expected. Once the parts came in, their service was tremendous. I dropped my frame off and they had the bike completely built and ready to go in a very short time. They did a great job and even went out of their way to bring it out to their parking lot and wipe everything down with bleach wipes before heading inside so that I could pick it up. This Covid-19 is a weird time we are living in but they made this transaction even easier than pre-lockdown. Before having this bike assembled by Neff, I had come in for a triathlon fit by Isaac, I have been fit by multiple other professional bike fitters and this was the best fit I have ever felt, I have never been so comfortable in all riding positions on my TT bike. Thank you again everyone at Neff Cycle Service for the AMAZING fit and the PERFECT bike build. I would highly recommend Neff to anyone from the beginner rider to the competitive professional athlete.

They shipped a fat bike supposedly professionally packed only to have down tube dented & scratched by the hub ends not being properly padded! The plastic circle inserts fell out and my like New bike is no longer a like New bike. Make sure to check their work! (Response - one must assume that side loads will happen when shipping bikes! Box was fine, pad the hub ends! Seller refunded the shipping cost only.)

Bought my bike (BMC) from Neff Cycling last year. Excellent ride. Had some reoccurring issues with SRAM etap, but they backed me up all the way. As a business owner I know what it takes to win over a customer...this shop is all that and more.

Ive been working with Isaac for 7 years now(?), purchased 2 bike from him, a set of wheels and all my maintenance through the years, chains, tires, new cabling etc. Been super satisfied with his advice/recommendations for upgrade and making sure my bike is in top condition.
