I had a few broken spokes from a pothole and stopped in before the holiday weekend. The same-day service was quick and professional. I’m not a hardcore cyclist and they still made me feel comfortable! I’ll be back! Love the location too!

My wife and I visited Black Saddle Bike shop in hopes of finding a pair of new bikes. We unknowingly walked in the back door finding ourselves in the shop area. We walked out the front door with 2 new bikes and accessories. Mitch was friendly, knowledgeable, very low pressure and a pleasure to work with. We drove an hour and half each way to get there and will not hesitate to go back.

Great new(ish) shop that focuses on repairs. Mitch was extremely thorough in his inspection so I didnt have any surprise expenses. My 17-year-old commuter rides like new again. I also appreciated the nod to Black Flag in the shop logo. Will definitely go back.

Great place! Stopped in halfway through a ride because of a loose crank. They tightened that and put on a new chain. In and out quickly. Friendly and informative! Fair price too!

Great experience. Brought my bike in for a spring tuneup, and it came back cleaner than it’s been in years. The mechanics got my bikes breaks working great, and shifting perfectly. The work was done within my budget and the owner even offered me a cup of coffee. 5/5 would recommend!

My favorite bike shop in town. I have visited just about every bike shop in town, and this is a great option. Mich is an awesome guy who runs a great business. If you are just starting out as a cyclist, or an experienced rider, this is the place to go for great information and great service.

I took my bike in for a flat repair and even during this time while bike shops are overwhelmed, the bike was repaired in a timely manner. The next day while out on a ride, 7th gear was slipping/wouldnt engage. I called Black Saddle and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone! Mitch was great and will definitely recommend Black Saddle!
