The guys at Madison Service Center are nice, honest, and efficient. I am alway confident that they have my best interests in mind and are completing any service or repair to the highest of standards. Yes, they are busy and yes, you may need to wait for an appointment, but isnt good quality and peace of mind worth waiting for?! As long as Im in the area, they have my business. And heck, if I move, I might even drive back! :)

I must say this place was a lifesaver for me and Dave went above and beyond to help me fix car which I was driving on I 95 in Branford when I lost my steering and my check engine light came on I pulled over in Branford rest area were a Spanish women in Assisting me to drive to exit 61 which landed me at the Madison service station Dave took a look at my car and my belt broke on my car he called for the part and within 20 minutes it was there he put a belt on filled up my tires and I can honestly say he was an angel sent from heaven I was on my way to Rhode Island and thanks to Dave he save the day👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks again for getting me back on the road again ... you certainly were a lifesaver and I highly recommend this place thanks again

Without a doubt the only mechanic I have ever used that I totally trusted. They did phenomenal work, were polite and professional, and were honest about what my vehicle did and did not need. I cannot recommend enough!

If you have a car issue i would call for an appointment and have them determine the severity of the problem.. Seems like a well run group.. Also they have a good profile on Google.🔤😀🐟🐡

The technicians at Madison Service Center dont ever gouge me or try to sell more work than is needed. Last week I came in with a vague description of a noise my car was making—the guys kindly drove the car, diagnosed the sound, and fixed the problem. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I am happy to have found such a good team.

I have been using these guys for nearly 20 yrs dating back to the former location. They are awesome and trustworthy.They just saved me $700. I took my 3 year old car to the dealer for a regular checkup and got an estimate of $800-900 after paying for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Because the dealers location is not convenient for me, I decided to take the car to Mad Svc Center who Ive trusted for years. If something didnt need fixing, they would tell me. The charge was $100 as only one of the four items suggested to fix actually needed fixing. I essentially saved 90% by going back to my trusted mechanics.Each owner is trustworthy and great to work with!!

Fixed my tire well & the gentleman who repaired it gave decent customer service. Mostly ok customer service. However, 2 of the guys did not speak. In & out past me at least 10 times & not a glance or peep. I was invisible.

Quality, friendly service at highly competitive prices; the techs always work within your schedule and keep you informed.

I dont know about the repair service but i would never fill my propane there again. One expensive charge regardless of how empty the cylinder is and they dont bleed the air from the cylinder. Any fill station that doesnt bleed air is doing you a disservice. Underfilling and over charging. Really a rip off. Go somewhere else for propane.
