The last several times I have been there I have had the pleasure of having the service tech Pharaoh complete my work. What an amazing experience he creates every time for his customers!!! This business is so fortunate to have someone like him working there directly with customers and I even got to overhear how well he encourages his fellow employees kindly to do their best as well.

My first visit on a busy Tuesday afternoon and waited in line for about 20 min but wasnt a problem. A mechanic moved me to another lane once it became available. Easy to talk to, professional, and wasted no time.Once in the bay it took no more than 15 min for profile setup, oil change and system checks. Wasnt sure if tips were allowed but the service was deserving of one.Only neg I have is the size of the exit lot and having to turn around to do so.

They always do a great job and are super nice! Yohan even noticed that I had an old inspection sticker that’s from a lot of residue on my windshield so he took the extra time to get it off for me! Great Experience; Yohan was friendly and helpful making sure I was taken care of and he explained everything I needed to know. Highly recommend and will go back for all my oil changes!Totally different experience than I had two days ago.Made an appointment for a tire rotation as I was on a schedule. No one inside was wearing a mask (I was) and he had me fill out paperwork as though I never made an appointment. He asked if I wanted to wait and when I asked how long it would be he said it might be an hour and a half as my car would have to wait. He never acknowledged I had an appointment. When I said I was on a schedule and couldnt wait that long and asked for my keys back he looked at me in shock. I had to ask again for my keys back and I will not be back for a tire rotation that cannot honor the appointment time and no consideration was made for my appointment.

This is MY STORE! I love the staff here. They are always friendly and professional, even on those bad days we all have. Yohan will always let me know if things look worrisome so I can call the service department to have it taken care of at my convenience. Eric has been changing my oil for almost 10 years now, at multiple Express locations. Tara and Eddie make my day when I need service. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and straight up honest. Have used this location many times in the past. They are always professional and courteous! I had Yohan service my 2004 Honda Accord today with an oil change. He also changed my cabin air filter for a minimal fee.(which I think has never been changed after seeing it) All in all, this is the best place around town to get a quick and professional oil change. When they say express they mean it. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes including waiting for the customer ahead of me to get finished up.

Had a flat and 6 other places were booked up and turned me away. The guys here took care of the tires and helped me get home. Great service.

I have been coming to Express Oil for about 6 years now. Here is an example as to why.Recently, I had an unexpected battery failure. I jumped it and called Express Oil from the road. The person I spoke to understood my explanation and hustled to determine if the battery I needed was on hand. It was, so a few minutes later, I pulled in. I spoke to Pharaoh in the oil line and explained what was going on. He directed me to the maintenance bay in the back and met me there to guide me in to the Service department. He was sure to let me know where to go for the oil change I requested once the battery was replaced.In the Service department, there were two people behind the desk. I asked a few questions which they handled in a professional, efficient manner and my car was pulled into the bay. 10 minutes later, my battery was replaced and it was ready to go. Quick, no-nonsense effort… just the way I like it.After the battery, I pulled in to the oil change line. When it was my turn, I met Yohan. He was well groomed, professional and obviously knew his job. I felt very comfortable with his service and our interaction. We discussed the synthetic oil I use in my car and I even asked him about an issue my son had with his own car pertaining to transmission fluid and oil levels.The oil change was also conducted efficiently and I was out of there within a few minutes. What had begun as a less than perfect Saturday had turned in to a great day single-handedly by a professional, personable staff at Express Oil.To note… prior to calling Express Oil, I spoke with Firestone as well as several Dealerships in town. None of them were able to see me for the battery issue or the oil change that day. They could not or would not do what Express Oil did in less than 30 minutes with no appointment.It is this exemplary service and professional approach to vehicle maintenance which gains my patronage. Yohan, was very knowledgeable about the services, he noticed my air filter needed changing and he asked me did I want it replaced, I did. He also saw that I needed two back tires, he gave me 4 estimates because I told him that my husband will have take care of that. Then one light is out up front and the washer fluid hose is busted, he recommended the mechanics for express oil, again something for my husband to take care of.Yohan was great, I was in and out. I always get my oil changed at the location.

This location is always professional and courteous. They were very busy and a little short-staffed today, but they were very up front about the wait and were working very hard without any loss of service. When you move into a new city, one of the first things you need to do is find a mechanic. Ive typically stayed away from big companies since they tend to overcharge and push things on you. Not so with Express Oil.I have gotten my oil changed here, had new tires done here, brakes done here, and I always get exemplary service. I mean, it is a tire shop/automotive place, nothing happens too quickly. But they do their best to get you in and out, but more importantly - they are honest and do not push things on you. Thats the best part.Recently - Yohan, one of their service techs, helped me out, and noticed my tires were getting awfully worn. Sure enough, he was right. He told me he didnt think Id need to replace them right away, but when I told him I would be going on a trip pretty soon - he suggested I go and see the service dept and get their opinion.They did not push anything on me - but I decided to go ahead and get the new tires. This place is great.

Great, nice people but I feel like I’ve been shorted. They were supposed to rotate my tires after fixing my vehicle’s issue but they did not and still put it on the invoice. Little did they know that my tires have a distinguishing feature that tells them apart and they were all in the same place as they were before my appointment. My vehicle was there all day because of walk-in oil changes and they got it back to me minutes before close.

Everyone was courteous and professional! They didn’t take long to get me checked in, fixed up, and back on the road! I’ve always had a pleasant experience.

How can I express how great this place was let me first explain what was going on. I had 3 hours before I had to be at work. I called them and asked if they’d have time to change my oil and rotate my tires. The lady on the phone said if I could get there as soon as possible that they could get me in and out before I had to be at work at by 2 pm. I went to auto zone on Hughes road to pick up some oil and an oil filter (not knowing the new one on Madison Boulevard had opened yet.) After leaving autozone I called them to confirm that I could still come and and be done before I needed to get to work. The guy on the phone asked how soon I could get there and I told him I was 10 minutes away and he said they could get me in. When I got there I was greeted by Yohan and he was great. Very friendly and gave great customer service. I did have to wait like 20 or 30 minutes to get my tires rotated, but that gave me time to walk over to the McDonald’s next door to get something for lunch. About 10 minutes after I finished eating my car was done. And I was able to get to work 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service. Also if you bring your own oil and oil filter you get a discount. And I got a “new customer $5 discount”. I will definitely be taking my car back here. The Kia dealer charged me like $30 more to get the same service. That’s the price I paid for the oil and filter plus the tire rotation and oil change.

These guys are super fast and do great work.

Been here two times for an oil change and once for brake issues in our 2002 suburban. Our brakes were squeaking even when we weren’t pressing them and they would grind when we would press the brake pedal. They could have easily replaced all our brakes because we didn’t know what the issue was but they took a look and the noise was because of the alignment pins being dirty and not allowing the break pads to pull away from the rotors. Our front brakes didn’t need changed and they only replaced the rear pads that needed changed. So thankful for the honesty and them explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it and the work they did. Our suburban breaks completely fine now and doesn’t make any noise. We will continue to go here as long as we live in Huntsville. Thank you!
