I’ve used Eagle several times in the past, they are always fast & friendly and do quality work.

I had some body damage to the drivers side of my car. Several shops had given me two to three months wait time before they could see me. Eagle saw me within a week and had my car turned around in 2 days. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. As a young woman that’s huge for a body shop. I even had some car trouble as I was leaving (not fault of Eagle) and they ran out to assist me. I will be recommending them from now on!

I wrecked my car and after waiting nearly a month for them to have time to fix my car I dropped my car and my keys off. And they call me 10 minutes later and tell me that theyre not going to be able to fix my car because it has been wrecked before and fixed. I was absolutely amazed. I asked them so you dont fix cars that have been fixed before? He said no not cars that you bought at an auction. So now I have to wait another three weeks before a different shop has time to work on it meanwhile pay out of my pocket for a rental car. Absolutely unprofessional absolutely ridiculous. If they did not want the work they should not have agreed to it a month ago. As far as Im concerned they should have to pay for my rental car for the extra 3 week waiting.

Very professional... great timing.... they keep their word... fast and friendly... they was very understanding about my situation when I was involved in my wreck... and I couldn’t get a rental they fixed my car within a day and had my car looking good as new... keep up the good work you guys... y’all are awesome

Eagle collision seems like a honest business because a representative from there called me and let me know that my vehicle was a total loss and that my insurance company would not repair the vehicle due to the extensive damage. I was kindly informed that I can come by and pick up my license plates. They also informed me that soon they will be selling used cars

Work was accomplished quickly within the time frame we were told and the car looks great. Paint matched and pin stripe.

I know Eagle Collision is waiting for this feedback.Since the painter hung up on me after expressing how he is such a great painter and all the luxury cars they fix. Since luxury cars just don’t go to the dealership and rather go to a backwoods collision shop.The painter the first time had trash in my paint, rough paint on my bumper, and bumbled up paint on my trunk near the emblem.Told them to fix it. Came back and the trunk felt like putty. I knew he painted over it due to a scratch being on mu trunk and the first he painted you could still see the scratch and the second time it was gone. Due to him just spraying over the trunk again.Also you can still see trash in the paint and the right side of my bumper needs more paint. You can see the black in the bumper coming out.I would rather have the damage instead of their work.

Work so far is holding up. But their up-to-date service not so much. I would get a text saying my car would be ready by expected date, well a week later it was ready with an hour and a gift before they closed. Like really. Had I not picked up my car that day I would have had to wait until after the long holiday. Picking up a car in the dark one could not expect the repair properly there at the center. Also made me rush returning my rental to which something was left in the car, to which I feel the rushing of the whole situation contributes to the item being left behind.

Having a teen driver Ive had to use Eagle Collision, twice and both times the quality of work, courtesy and professionalism have been excellent. Would highly recommend

Wow. I came here for just an estimate, but the appraiser looked at my car and said, Go sit in the waiting room for a minute, I think this will come right off. I waited a few minutes until he came and got me. Holy cow! With a little paint thinner he was able to rub off 99% of the markings left from the bump with the other car! All that was left was a little dent - nothing worth fixing and especially not on a 9-year-old car. So they saved me $900 in repairs. Ill definitely go to Eagle Collision Center if I ever really do need body work! You just dont find this kind of service these days very much!

Went to get an estimate and specifically asked for only what would make the car safe to drive as we were paying out of pocket. They then added about $1k of repairs they wanted to do and when I pointed them out and asked if they were specifically necessary to make the car drivable they said no. Went to a different company and got a significantly better estimate

Took our 2016 pathfinder in for repair and was given an estimate which I was very pleased with to begin with. The car was repaired by the next day and Troy called me and advised it was ready and that one part that was quoted did not need to be replaced. Most shops would have charged for it anyway and not put it on .. It was behind the bumper so I would have never known .Instead they sent the part back and the repair was significantly less .Not only was the repair awesome but they are super honest people . Thats hard to find these days .I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repair. Thank you for your honesty and awesome work . Steven F

Everyone was very nice here and they repaired my car quickly. I needed my car back by a specific time because I had to go to work and their technician stayed late to put my car together once the paint had dried. I thought they had great service and they even cleaned my car up on the outside for me! I would definitely recommend working with them. It was an easy and all around great experience.

Eagle Collision is the best. I recently took my vintage 1966 Chevelle to them for an all over paint job and the results were spectacular. The Eagle folks worked with me every step of the way and their attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend Eagle Collision and I will certainly go back to them for any project large or small.

So service has been spot on, took my car right in, arranged my rental in minutes and if all goes as planned will be back on my vehicle in 10 days.

Im from Chicago, IL area and I brought my car down to northern Alabama to get some chassis work done to my street/race car as well as get painted. Justin and the guys at Eagle Collision Center are the guys who painted my car and I couldnt be happier with how it came out. There are some fiberglass parts on this car and on the first pass, I felt it could have came out better. Justin, no questions asked understood where I was coming from and re-did the components and they came out incredible. Exactly like I was looking for. And overall, a very reasonable price too.I would have zero problems bringing my car or another car down for work and/or a paint job and happily endorse Justin and his teams work.

Do not and I mean do not have Eagle Collision repair your vehicle! I had my bumper repaired there and two weeks after the repair the bumper started detaching from my car. I went up there to get the issue resolved only to be told by the very rude technician that a rock mustve cause the bumper to detach. I told the technician if a rock can make the bumper detach then it was not put on correctly. The very rude technician continued to explain to me that it was something I did. I am very dissatisfied with the work and the people who work there. I will never allow Eagle Collision or any one they are affiliated with to work on any of my vehicles again.

They were very courteous and had my car ready in two days, when they had projected almost a week. Great service!

I rather let Stevie Wonder paint my car than to go back here. They must be stacking reviews from their friends and family, bcus the quality of work is bad. Some parts of my car looks like they painted it witha paint brush and put some clear coat on it. Stay away!

Ugh😐 i just cant recommend this place to anyone. I honestly tried to remain positive with them but i cant. My car has been bk to them 3x trying to get stuff fixed they shd have fixed the 1st time. For starters i got my car back with buffing swirls you would think since they paint cars all the time someone there would know how to properly operate a buffer🤦🏾‍♂️NOT! Also i had to take it back because they didnt repair everything that was damaged. Then i took it bk aga because the windshield or sunroof is leaking air when im driving i hear wind and the car builds up moisture so the windows fog when its not even raining. They left over spray on my car and to top it all off THE CLEAR COAT is PEELING where they painted my car and its only been 3 MONTHS😠😡. I been bk 3x im just going to sum it up to them not knowing what they are doing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS PLACE SUCKS🚮

I took my Toyota Tundra to Eagle Collision for repair after an accident. The customer service (Justin) treated me with respect. They worked with my insurance company to revise the repair estimate and get all increases covered. Justin and the repair team also went the extra mile to complete the repairs in time for me to use my truck to haul a trailer to (Boy Scout) summer camp.
