This shop did a great job in fixing the big dent and attaching the rubber guard on the left rear passenger door after I hit the steel/pipe bollards at a gasoline station. They also polished my car and the reams of the wheels. Excellent service! Jin remains professional the whole process. His empathy was really commendable with my situation. He took care of the dealings with the insurance after I reported the accident. Hassle and worry free. I highly recommend this place.

Such a nice team of people working there! Went there to have an insurance claim repair done and they were so great, I had them repair an unrelated issue as well. They did an excellent job both on fixing my cars front end after a fender bender AND did a beautiful job repairing and repainting my drivers side door. You would never know my son gouged it with his bike handle! LOL!

This place is awesome! I went there with a dent in my car. Instead of doing a $1000 repair, the owner worked out the dent without charging us. While we shouldn’t expect him to work for free, his professionalism of seeing a simple problem and presenting a simple solution is generally unheard of with car repairs. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Fast and affordable service !

I was distraught when my brand new Civic got its rear caved in by an inattentive driver. Madison Auto Body took care of me, brought me to a rental place, and fixed my car up as good as new. When I picked it up it was detailed both inside and out and the staff were ready to answer any questions I had. My Progressive insurance agent said they were a pleasure to work with, and the repairs were handled without any issue.

Like most auto body shops they are very nice until you decide to leave your car there. Very rude after that. They also said they would have everything done much faster than they actually did. I dont trust them and no help on my deductible.

Called to get a bumper painted the lady on the phone was rude and said they wont paint parts purchased elsewhere. Look elsewhere there are so many other bodyshops in the area.
