My service advisor Josh Galindo does an excellent job in attending to my needs. The last time I was there I needed to be out at a certain time because I had to pick up my son from school. He made sure that my vehicle gets done right away and I made it on time to my son. I also like that they have Toyota parts in the same location.
Ive been here before (last year) and had a wonderful experience but this time around things were painfully dragged for over a week.I think this is an excellent location if you go in for a quick service (like an oil change or something like that).BEWARE of costs being thrown in to your total. I went in for over $2k worth of work and someone tried to squeeze an air filter ($80) in my total. In the middle of a pandemic, Im struggling enough as it is, dont take advantage. I changed my own filter at home for $20 bucks and 10 minutes.Again, if youre in and out quick this place is great but if you need serious work done just beware, attentive and ask questions.EDIT (5/17) : In response -Al was extremely helpful in regard to the flywheel that was suddenly added days after I was already given a diagnosis and given a price. Al was not aware that someone (Im assuming the mechanic? But how it got past him and made it to me is insane) added work into my total without my consent. I did not ask for my air filter to be replace, and had I not asked for a break down of my costs, the work would have been done, I would have been charged, without knowing about it.Al wasnt aware that I had to wait even longer for my car because a spring was missing from the parts that the dealership had had for a few days.Im assuming Al wasnt aware of all my issues only because he was only contacted regarding the flywheel.Additionally I never mentioned to him that I was looking to get a car to borrow as well. I was recommended the rental department but considering the hassle and the fact that I have a job I needed a way to get to work. Al could have definitely handled all of these very big problems but they shouldnt have happened in the first place.

They do a good job on service but they have to work on updating the customer about the vehicle I always have to call and ask about it. Please work on not Scheduling many appointments at the same time so the vehicle that have a appt at a certain time will be out as told .

The Toyota sales department are very professional and friendly. I bought a car twice from here and it was great service. However, the service department is awful. I take my car to get service about 2 times a year and one visit I was told my car was ready for pick up and someone would come by to pick me up in 20 minutes. It was around 4:00pm. At 5:30 pm no one has shown up and I called several times and no one answered me until finally at 530 they answer and say that all the shuttle drivers had left already. They apologized and had a clean up crew member or someone else pick me up, I dont remember who. Then on another visit I tried to get ahold of service department and after calling all day I got no answer. They told me it might have been a busy hour but I called every single hour. The very next day I took my husbands car in for service and same thing happened. I did not get a call saying my car was ready for pick up and I called every hour to check if it was ready but no one answered the phone all day. So I finally called the sales department and the lady was nice enough to walk over and check for me. And it was ready for pick up but it was already 530 pm so I was not able to get a shuttle ride or pick it up anymore because they close at 530. I was given a cleaning service as a comp but I would rather have better service the first time then getting a comp. Its a waste of time and Im having to pay hundreds of dollars to them, to get both cars serviced. But I do want to add that the lady monse is very kind and did try to help me the best she could which I do appreciate.

When I went in I had told them I was already pre-qualified and I didnt want my credit ran a bunch of times. They said no we wont do that here! What did they do? Well, they ran my credit over 7 times per credit bureau and still came back to me with the same lender I had already pre-qualified with having the best rate. They may have nice cars, but you cant trust their word. Wont do business with someone I cant trust. Thanks again.

Had a terrible customer experience with the parts division. Ordered a rear view mirror from their website and the product arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the day/night tab on the bottom was broken. So I went back on the website and requested an RMA number so I could have a replacement mirror shipped. Received a prompt email saying “Madera Toyota will be contacting you shortly to finalize your return.” After a week of silence, I called them only to have someone tell me that they couldn’t help me until they received my defective part. So why not just tell me to ship it back in the email?I ran out and shipped them the part with tracking. After waiting one week after receiving confirmation that the part had been returned, I had to call them again. They were busy and took my name and number so they could call me back.After waiting 3 1/2 hours on the return call, I called them back and finally spoke with someone who could help. When I asked about the status of my replacement part he told me that I would have to re-order the part again and then they would refund the monies to my credit card in 3-5 business days. They didn’t care about providing any kind of customer service.I WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
I had Erik Bustillos help me but everyone there was very friendly and doesn’t beat around the bush. The service was quick and easy and they make everything very clear to understand. As a first time buyer, they treated me very well and explained everything and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to buy your next vehicle!
I had a great experience with some routine maintenance on our Toyota. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I would absolutely trust Madera Toyota to take care of our vehicle. They were open and honest and gave me an accurate quote for the maintenance to be performed.

Very poor service by service rep Frank...did not listen to me, did what he wanted regarding my requests for specific servicing, and claimed he had been in contact with me twice to review costs but had not...had to go in another day to have service completed correctly, ended up being charged almost twice the original quote amount. Met with Manager over each issue and he took care of things...not something anyone should have to go through though as were trusting service reps to simply do their jobs and communicate with us. I do not recommend this service department.

Its interesting owner that I had to wait at your dealership for 30 days or use it on a 2021. I went to Clovis and they were willing to work with me on a 2020 Blizzard Pearl xse that Rolled off the truck yesterday morning. I guess my business and referrals are more important than turning me away.
They had wired our car incorrectly and had to take it elsewhere to fix.
Don’t buy a car here. They Will run you’re credit multiple times. They literally ran my credit 9 times. You’re better off getting a car somewhere else.
Beyond terrible service!stay away from this business! They literally sold a family friend a car that did not start in 4 months. In addition they were trying to charge hundreds of dollars for a repair that was an easy fix and cheap. This business takes advantage of whole hearted people who dont know how to stand up for themselves stay away!

They fleece their customers by adding unnecessary add ons to their cars that dont need it, like CilaJet and LoJack on cars with built in theft protection -- these both add on about $2400 to the car.
They quoted me one price for replacing a power steering rack, then when I called back to reschedule they doubled the price

Stopped here for a simple oil change while on a cross country road trip. Somehow it took these knuckleheads 2 hours to completely botch the job. The didnt attach the splash guard correctly which led to it coming off and braking while driving at highway speeds. Now I have to spend $400 to replace it. Dont bring your car here. The extra 30 minute drive to a different dealership is worth it.
I was looking to buy a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid xse in metallic gray. I was offered to reserve it until the owner of the dealership found out I have an employee discount. I was then told several other people are interested in it and that if the car sits on the lot for 30 days after it arrives then I could buy. Im already a toyota tacoma owner and was looking forward to getting this one for my wife. But now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye Madera Toyota
Do not purchase your car here. They will literally sell you a car that becomes faulty in a few months and deny that it is their responsibility to fix it. Definitely a greedy establishment that takes advantage of customers.

The uncomplicated things are what make a company gallop. Entering Madera Toyota parts and services today revealed the lack of professionalism they acquire. Common courtesy goes a long way when dealing with a customer. They did not maintain these common tools that make most businesses tremendous and reliable. Treat your customers like they are the CEO and not like someone who is beneath you that isnt the standard. No one should ever have to experience and tolerate the impoliteness that I experienced at Madera Toyota.

You have to keep going back to get them to fix the DEFECTIVE vehicle they sold you. Then they don’t fix it properly. So you have to go back again and again and it’s still not right. FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They act like it’s an inconvenience to them. They are too busy to take care of the defective parts that they never fixed before selling. If it affects the driving, it is NOT cosmetic.DO NOT take your car here for repairs. Mechanics lose, break, do not tighten, forget to put back.....etc.You all need to take care of your customers you SCAMMED instead of trying to SCAM new ones. I would have been better off buying a cheap used car at some shady car lot.MADERA TOYOTA————F. FAILED
Lupe was an excellent sale guy. Very professional and supe knowledgeable. Never pushy like most car salesman. He is very active in finding why I want and need. I will be purchasing my van there soon. I had a wonderful experience! Robert English is the man to talk to! He asked what I need from a car and then gave me the options that fit with those needs. He remained patient and explained the pros and cons of each car. He wasnt simply selling a car, he was working to find the perfect match for me. It also helped that he had a laid back yet professional personality and clearly knew the fine details of his job. Dan, the finance manager, spent a lot of time going over every aspect of buying the car of my choice and explaining package available to me. Altogether the dealership made my first car-buying experience fairly easy and efficient.
