Extraordinary customer service!Today I brought a friend of mine to get their 1st car and was assisted by Jose (Pepe) who was well trained and knew what he was selling. Management and staff was very friendly, would like to give a shout out to KC and Jesus for their assistance and making the process smoother!

I was interested in buying a used vehicle and wanted to make a cash offer. It was difficult getting a call back from one of the sales managers. All of the lady’s who answered the phone were nice and professional. The problem is the sales manager. There is 2 that I’m aware of. KC and Shawn. I don’t know who I spoke to because he did not introduce himself and when I asked if he was the sales manager he just said “yeah.”He was rude and condescending the entire call when I made my offer he paused for a second then proceed to tell me he couldn’t discount it not even $100. My offer was less than $1000 of asking. I don’t recommend spending your money here as the character of the manager is vile. I hope the owner of this dealership reads my review.Edit: Bought a 2022 Pathfinder instead! Could of had my business.

Amazing customer service!!! 10/10 would recommend, come in and ask for KC, Pepe, or Jesus! they will make sure you walk out with style, a smile and worry free!

They don’t have the greatest selection in the valley but this small dealership makes you feel like you’re VIP. They let you know up front the pros and cons of a vehicle and try to upsell you only once instead of persistently trying to convince you. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Best part is, they play Christian music overhead at a nice volume. Best experience was when I bought my Maverick and the detailing side was closed, Pepe went out of his way and picked up my truck in Fresno, lent me a rental, and dropped off my truck during the week at my convenience. They go above and beyond and are willing to give you the best deal possible. They were also upfront about their markup which was still lower than the other dealerships I had gone to. Definitely recommend.

KC helped get the financial company that I wanted. Staff was friendly and welcomed my family and I right as we arrived. No one was pushy and the environment was relaxed. Nelson was our sales person. Reported he had only been there for a short time but handled himself professionally. Good over all experience.

Ryan Melgosa, Service Manager, was an answer to prayer! The education received on Transit functions was a gift given freely that probably took an hour! Repair work done by Mario put an end to a really serious brake issue. Kim, Receptionist, also proved knowledgeable beyond her job title. Michael was kind enough to do extra customer service helps. Brent was the gentleman who properly diagnosed the issue about half a dozen other mechanics at non Ford shops failed to do. Hats off, Scott, Service Manager, to your perfectly competent people! Take them all to lunch! Raises, promotions, both are in order here; they saved our lives! PS Great hospitality, too. Loved the hot chocolate, etc! Blessings!

I came in to get a purchase order for my bank, I test drove the car I wanted and just needed the purchase order. We went inside to get that and then 2 of their salesmen stepped in to try to make me finance through them. They pressed so hard to get more information that they did not need to know. They didnt know how to hold back and couldnt awnser my questions. Ive gotten cars financed at places that dont even know what my bank was and they still would give me a purchase order. These guys were like vultures and would press you to finance through them and waste your time. I spent extra time with them and by the end of the day they tell me they wont take the check from the bank if i finance through my bank. I specifically let them know at the start when I asked for the car that i would be financing it through my bank and they proceeded to keep that information from me and waste my time. All that time and end of the day, they refused to sell a car because i wont finance through them. Be careful, they take all your information then tell you the catch after they got what they needed. Ill keep checking my credit cause they said they wont run it and I recorded him saying it just in case.

I’ll give Silva Ford 2 Stars because the salesman, Jose was awesome. Purchased a used car, payed cash. Bought extended warranty and service package, paid in Full. Discovered I was lied to about needing the service package for my extended warranty. Took the car for service twice, only to discover I didn’t receive the full services I paid for in advance. Tech lied on service paperwork TWICE. Save your money and take your car to Jiffy Lube. At least they won’t hang up on you when you call👎🏻It says a lot about your company, when the best thing about it, is Jose. You better hope he never leaves.

The most unprofessional dealership I have encountered. The sales representative Allison booked me an appointment, to where I drove 35 minutes to come to Madera and they didn’t inform me they sold the car I wanted to see. She also did not have the courage to confront me and had a colleague tell me. Wasted my time and gas, should have flashed my 10k in cash that I brought so I could be treated like a decent human. This is not stimulus or unemployment money, this is hard earned money that I earned on my own!!! Screw you Madera Ford!

Dont buy from here! The sales guy told us that friends and family take the car lots out for the night when he was trying to sale us a package deal. The manager is rude and wont even work with youre number if it doesnt fit there numbers. Then they make up stories in the middle of a deal stating the car has been sold to another person. Like what you sold the car while i was buying it! Take Youre money some where else dont buy from here cant even take a penny of the market price. Is this a dealership or a B LOT unprofessinoal

I went with my mom and my brother to buy a truck. They were very pushy and didnt listen to theyre requests of running their credit through a certain finacial center instead said they ran it through four when they asked for it to be ran through one place. Credit karma showed they only ran it through allied only and tried to force them into a 9 percent interest. Very untruthful.

Without me even asking for a deal he offered me one which I appreciated because I tend to be tough negotiator.Hes been in the car business for decades and truly cares about people. He definitely puts the customer first and gets things done! So if you want to feel at ease buying a car go straight to Frank.When Im in the central valley and know of people who need Ford, Id highly suggest they make the trip to Madera and go to Silva Ford!
