Madera Tire and Auto Care is awesome! My family has been coming here for years. They have always taken great care of our cars. Very friendly staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our car needs.

Horrible fixed everything they said needed to be “fixed” and took it back and then they said now something else wouldn’t smog it.. took it to another place smogged right away without changing anything and passed with flying colors idk what that guys ken problem was but he was not honest never going there agin...

Said they fixed my check engine light but did not. Refused to come pick up the truck.

I came in for a tire repair. Leaving with 4 new tires at a decent price. Was told at the dealership that my breaks were shot. These awesome guys checked my breaks and theyrth fine! Honest mechanics! Will gladly bring my car back here!

David was very helpful when smog-ing my truck, answered all my questions and didn’t try taking advantage of me like other smog shops with no customer service. Also did a great job patching up a weld in my exhaust that was done wrong at another place. Highly recommended getting these services done here!

My truck broke down right off the Clevland exit. AAA recommended this business, so I trusted that and had my truck towed there.The service was perfect, truly. Ken, the owner, diagnosed the problem right away, called for the replacement part, and told me he thought he could have me out in three hours. Amazingly, the supply store sent a broken part twice, which Ken caught each time before trying to install, and still had me out and on the road in the 3 hours estimated. Rare, rare level of professional and exceptionally cordial, relaxed service. Thank you, Ken and all there who worked this out!

Always get my auto needs taken care of here! One of the cheapest smogs in town with no appointment needed. Honest company that wont take advantage of you and is aware of other things your car needs.

Left for car for night they told me it was necessary I picked it up noticed some of my belongings were Missing. The guy in front who helped day before ignored me and did nothing

Pathettic! They will scam you out of your money at every possible turn! They fail people on smogs with fake paperwork and then still charge you for not doing a thing. I had a truck smoged there 5 months ago a d they did the same thing. Said the monitors were not set, then the next day smoged it no problem. I went back today and they played the same game on the exact same truck!!!!

Always helpful and get right to the service requested

Came in to just get my tires rotated, didnt take that much of my time to do it either. Price is reasonable compared to other shops in the area. Would come back if more services are needed.

I WOULD NEVER GO THERE!! There smog tech/service counter person is rude and challenges costumers to fight. and challenges costumers about what they know or not know. They are worst place I have ever had the miss fortune of dealing with. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for you service needs.

Horrible customer service. I stopped by for a simple vehicle inspection before 4pm and I was told to return on Monday cause it was close to closing time. I sure wont be returning here.

Great customer service, but a bit pricey

Left my car overnight for new brakes, next morning had a bunch of things stolen. Asked the manager about the situation, but he just started getting nervous, & was afraid to confront his workers about it .

Great service

Just stopped in to get a patch people werent very pleasant and when I said thank you he just looked at me like a prick! Not sure if hes the owner but rude service the mechanics were okay even though they scratched my rim a little just trying to patch a tire. I am in the auto business and will go somewhere else next time 👍
