I had West Coast install a 3 inch lift kit on my truck and it turned out great. I am really pleased with the work and attention they gave to my truck. I really recommend this place for any lift kits in your future

Would never recommend this place to anyone locally. I called first and spoke to one of the managers and I told him I wanted to purchase 1 tire that I needed for a spare and he said it would be no problem to come in so they could help me out. I arrived at the store and spoke to the same manager I spoke to on the phone only this time our conversation was WAY DIFFERENT. He started going on about how they didnt have have the tire in stock that they would have to go to a different location to pick up and I said no problem Ill wait. As I waited he then told me he has one tire but its not my correct size that I can use a smaller size I said no thanks. He then immediately told me and I quote you know what man I dont think I can go ahead and pick up just 1 tire it just doesnt benefit us if you were to do 4 of them we can do that today he then proceeds to try to sell me 4 tires and gives me his reasoning. I then told him so youre not going to be able to service me and he said no. This place lied to me over the phone, and the customer service was really bad I would take my business elsewhere (I personally recommend American Tire Depot its local and its got great reviews)

I went to West Coast Tires in Madera yesterday to get my oil changed. When I left the establishment, and as I was headed home, I noticed that the hood on my car was not latched completely, it was moving up and down. When I stopped to investigate, the hood was not closed, the hood latch cable (In the cabin) was broke, the mechanic has left a rag under the hood (right next to the serpentine belt, which could have gotten tangles up), and the oil was too full (about one inch on the dipstick, maybe a quart or more too much oil). Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of work performed, and I will be telling others of my experience. If I could give no stars, I would have :(Update 4/10/18I went back to West Coast today and they checked my oil and agreed that it was overfull. They changed my oil again and also fixed my hood latch. As they were apologetic and fixed what was wrong, I will change the numbers on my review, from one star to three stars (not to five stars as they still made the initial mistake). Good job manager Chris :)

Great staff and quick service help. They want to help you come in and come out of their shop as quick as possible. Mechanics are nice people who are open to answering your question as well. Price for their services is expensive though. Still ask for a price quote through. The parts they get for your vehicle come from AutoZone.

It is a great place! I went there for my oil change for my Honda accord. The service took about 10-15 min. Everybody was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely come again for other services.

Great customer service. They have no credit for tires and other products.

My first experience five months ago was great. And my second experience was horrible. This guy was on the phone the whole time. Didn’t really pay attention to what I need it. I told him multiple times not to run my credit because I did not want a hard inquiry. Guess what he ran my credit and pretended he was shocked when I reminded him I did not wanted ran. Now my credit score has dropped. I will not be returning unless the other manager is working!

I’m here from out of state and was expecting a horrible experience due to other companies in Madera and surrounding cities To my surprise Jay was extremely knowledgeable and was very interactive with me regarding the parts and labor involved. Isabel at the front desk instantly greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and was very friendly the entire time. She went through my estimate line by line with me and answered all of my questions. She ordered my parts and I look forward to working with Jay and Isabel in the future and as long as I’m in California.

Bad quality work. In one occasion they left a ground wire hanging which was creating sparks as I was driving. Luckily my car didnt catch on fire.

Best place to buy tires and wheels and much more for your truck or car. Great deals and great customer service.

They wanted to charge me $30 to patch a tire that i got a nail in. I was waiting for 45 min so i decided to leave and go to a little shop down the road i paid $10 and i was in and out within 5 min. i gave 2 stars because maybe they were capable of doing the work idk i did not want to wait around anymore. Also the price here is crazy high $30 here $20 for pepboys and $10 for a small shop... hmmmmmmmmmm

This place sucks went in for a 2/4 drop it took them 16 hours to complete the job then they didn’t even align my truck properly. The worst experience of my life as far as customer service goes don’t go there.

Classic bait and switch tactics used here. I received a coupon for an oil change with no expiration date on the coupon. A week later I go to redeem it and this place wanted go charge twice as much as advertised.

Didn’t have my size in stock waited weeks no call, had worst time getting refunded, charged restocking fee and the refund check had an $8 fee to cash. Long story short they took my money and I didn’t get tires.

By far the worst place to get service.they will give u the run around to just to get your money...
